Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, Xiaodu war sehr hilfsbereit, die Rezeption lieferte alles sehr schnell und gab mir sogar eine zusätzliche Flasche Wasser, als ich nach Hausschuhen fragte. Der Roboter war sehr süß und der Fahrer, der mich zum Flughafen brachte, war auch sehr schnell. Am wichtigsten war, dass die Dame an der Rezeption sehr hübsch war.

I stayed at Muse Guesthouse for six nights and it proved to be an excellent choice for my time in Kashgar. The guesthouse has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and feels far more personal than a conventional hotel. The location is very convenient for exploring the old city, while still providing a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. What made the stay particularly memorable was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. She was warm, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure I enjoyed my time in Kashgar. On the day I left, she even prepared a sandwich for my journey and wrote me a lovely farewell note—an exceptionally thoughtful gesture. After six nights, Muse felt less like accommodation and more like a temporary home. I would happily stay there again and strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, characterful and personal place to stay in Kashgar.

This hotel is not perfect but overall I had an amazing stay. First, the woman on reception is very friendly and helpful. She let me check in early as I arrived from Urumqi at 8am. Thanks to her I was able to get a good sleep before I started exploring the old town. She even gave me yogurt and granola so I wouldn't have an empty stomach. Despite the language barrier, she was patient with me and was always willing to help. The location could not get any better. It's inside the ancient town so you can easily walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. Cars are not allowed in the ancient city but that wasn't a problem -the hotel is roughly a 5 minute walk from one of the entrances to the old town so it's very convenient to walk there to take a taxi, find a bus stop etc. The decor of the entire hotel is beautiful and fits in very well with the asthetic of the old town. I just wish the communal areas on the roof top was better maintained. It is starting to look a bit shabby. Overall I was happy with my room but there are some things I wasn't pleased about. First, apart from the tables on both sides of the bed, the other cabinets in the room were for show -they don't actually open, meaning there is very little storage space. Also, I like having a window I'm my room so I can feel less claustrophobic. I paid extra for a courtyard view. That's because I wanted to see the courtyard. However, I opened the curtain, and I found out that the windows are opaque. I opened the windows as far as I could without banging the TV, and there's a barrier over the windows. I understand they have these measures for privacy but in my opinions, curtains are enough. That definitely dampened my experience. Lastly, the walls are extremely thin, meaning almost every night I was woken up by other people making noise in the courtyard. Overall I am happy with my experience and I would book here again next time I visit Kashgar, but I would book a room with a city view instead for the reasons mentioned above.

1. Das Frühstücksambiente war angenehm, die Auswahl war gut, und es gab Toast und einen Toaster. 2. Die Waschküche hatte eine normale Waschzeit von etwa 36 Minuten. 3. Sie lag in der Nähe des Osttors der Altstadt, 10 Gehminuten entfernt. 4. Der Service an der Rezeption war ausgezeichnet. Verbesserungswürdige Punkte: 1. Der Platz zum Aufhängen der Kleidung im Zimmer war sehr begrenzt, mit nur zwei Haken für jeweils maximal zwei Kleidungsstücke. Für reisende Familien, die Wäsche waschen, wäre es ohne Trockner unmöglich, die Wäsche im Zimmer zu trocknen. 2. Zwischen den beiden Betten befand sich nur ein kleiner Tisch mit nur einer Steckdose. 3. Die Wäscheleine im Badezimmer bildete mit der Wand ein Dreieck, das etwas schräg stand, sodass nur ein oder zwei Kleidungsstücke darauf Platz fanden.

The location is great in the middle route along Han Bazaar. But you will have to walk in a distance from the main entrance. It could be difficult to reach or exit if it was crowded. My wife had a medical emergency due to an allergy with the food, she was swelling and difficulty in breathing. We had difficulty getting her out or asking for an ambulance to come in. Fortunately, we had the correct medication ourselves. We slowly and uncomfortablely walk to the main entrance to get a taxi to the No 1. hospital. I hope the hotel could work with the local authorities Police or Fire department to plan an emergency evacuation route out of the bazaar to reach the hospital ASAP. People with health issues or health risks should be reconsidered. Until a proper protocol is established. Overall, it's a great place to stay. We were just unfortunate to be struck with food allergies.

From the airport the taxi driver did not know location of JinJiang Inn. After showing him the address we drove on Turman Road but still couldnt find it. We rang the hotel and the taxi drive droped me off in the vicinity. I walked around for a while asking but few people knew the whereabouts. Finally i saw a small signage and turned into the courtyard and there was JinJiang Inn. Later I found out there is a huge sign at ther top of the building but for padestrian traffic its difficult to notice. So perhaps a more conspicouse signage will be helpful. Rooms are brand new and towels clean and replinished every day. The bathroom facilities were great. Breakfast , If you are not a Chinese Traveller i recommend save your money by not buying the breakfast selection as nothing there caters for foriengers. But if you are Chinese the selection is sumptious. Some slices of bread and jam would cater for western taste buds. Location is great. Kunlun Tower is walking distance and so is the Ancient city of Ashgar. The front desk receptionist are really helpful for someone like me who doesn't speak Mandarin. I enjoyed my stay with very little complains. For the price its a value for money accomodation.

Ich finde das Hotel insgesamt ok. Nebenan gibt es ein Restaurant, das, wie ich gehört habe, ziemlich berühmt ist. Es war sehr lebhaft und die Leute tanzten. Dort fand eine Hochzeit statt, also gingen wir hinein, um uns umzusehen. 😁 Eine nette Dame empfahl uns das Essen im Food Court nebenan, das wir probierten. Es war sehr authentisch. Es gibt auch einen Supermarkt und einen kleinen Supermarkt nebenan, wo man bequem einkaufen kann. Die netten Damen an der Rezeption waren auch sehr freundlich. Daher gebe ich 5 Sterne!

My stay at the Jifeng International Hotel in Kashgar was fantastic! From the moment I was greeted with a complimentary airport pickup to the comfortable and spacious room, every detail exceeded my expectations. The hotel offers the most affordable price without compromising on amenities. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully furnished, providing a perfect retreat after exploring Kashgar. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful spread of local and continental options, ensuring a great start to each day. The staff were incredibly hospitable and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or recommendations for local attractions. Overall, the hotel's attention to detail, from the affordable price to the excellent service and convenient amenities like free airport pickup and breakfast, made my stay in Kashgar truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, affordability, and hospitality in this beautiful city.

Overall, quite a decent stay. You really can’t beat the location. It’s just a stone’s throw away from the main entrance to this side of old city. The balcony overlooks the main street and I loved sitting there and taking in the sounds and smells. The building itself is a bit older and it shows. The table in my room was a bit dirty and aged, and there was an ashtray which suggests smoking can be allowed in the room for prior guests, but thankfully there was no cigarette smell in my room. Unfortunately, there were a few setbacks. The bathroom shower did not drain well and after 5 minutes water would start flooding out of the shower room to the hallway. There are two washers in a lower room but they were both occupied with sheets that were just sitting there and had not been put through the wash cycle yet. It seemed like the hotel uses these as their main washer for their linens. When I was checking in, the front desk person seemed confused if I had a reservation but that’s about as much as I could figure out with the language barrier. My trip.com reservation said I have a late checkout of 4pm but they came to my room around 2:45pm and said I was supposed to check out at 2pm. Thankfully I had everything packed up and said I could leave at 3pm. No one came to my room to clean so my trashcan was full. You can hear everything on the street which wasn’t a big problem to me, sort of white noise drowned out by the second day. However, the second day there was a new group of tourists that arrived and spent a lot of time on the balcony (as they should) but their noise was very audible and quite annoying. You could also easily hear people going up and down the stairs and in adjacent rooms.

Mr Wu is the perfect host of the most charming and welcoming boutique hotel. Siyu Boutique Hotel is in an ideal location easily walkable to Old and modern Kashi. In the courtyard are mature, thriving fig trees providing shade and cool. A magical oasis in the desert! You can hear yourself breathe in the silence of your room. Amenities include lounging area in the courtyard where you can lie down to relax, read, converse. There is a fridge/freezer, washing machine and drying space. Mr Wu picks, washes and leaves seasonal fruits on the table in the courtyard for his guests. He was obliging and went significantly out of his way to give us the best possible stay - the reason we chose to extend our two-day stay to five! Our honest rating would be FIFTEEN stars out of five. We would return to stay if we ever come back to Kashi. We’re still travelling - will upload pictures on return home with great pleasure!
