Die alte Stadt Nordtür kommt in die rechten Tür und kommt, das Auto ist an der Tür zu parken, sehr bequem, es gibt auch ein paar Schritte zum Landschaftsgebiet, in der Landschaftszone, nicht nach fünf Uhr, am nächsten Tag gibt es auch ein Ticket, das Parkrollen zu senden, das Zimmer ist sauber und die Umgebung ist gut, die ganze Landschaft kann auf dem Balkon gesehen werden, die Sonne ist gut und ich kann auch auf dem Balkon setzen, Sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Tür ist der Abfahrtspunkt des interstädtischen Busses aus Shanghai. Die Straße überquert ist der Eingang des alten Stadthauptstadts Xiang. Der Service ist sehr gut, antwortet geduldig, aktualisiert den Zimmertyp, das neue Dekorationszimmer ist sehr groß und ein kleines intelligentes Sprachwort. Kinderkleidung ins Zimmer gefallen, hilf mir, schnell zu finden 👍

設施：比較陳舊，門鎖不是很好，鎖芯對不上，開門有點費勁 衞生：估計平時客流量不算多吧，床上用品總感覺有層灰 環境：靠湖邊的房間還不錯，隔音差了點 服務：服務熱情，有問題都給及時解決了 酒店離古鎮還有一公里左右，步行也能到，邊上全是吃的，大排檔，夜宵店，晚上睡覺會有點吵。酒店的早餐還可以，除了沒有現做的湯麪這種，其他基本都有。整體來説還行吧！

Sehr zufrieden mit der Umgebung und den Einrichtungen hier, sehr sauber, der Service des Betreuers ist sehr enthusiastisch, aus dem Landschaftsgebiet ist sehr bequem und sehr angenehm zu bleiben.

This hotel is just a few steps from the heart of Xitang Old Town, close to canals, bridges, and shops. I arrived quite late on the last bus, but the staff were incredibly kind and came to pick us up and brought us safely to the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view. Highly recommended!

I booked the Five Lakes Riverside Balcony Room with Main Channel View and Bathroom at Regalia Riverside for Dec 30 and 31, 2025. The room looks exactly as it does in the photos. The balcony has plug ins, teapot, teacups and tea prepared for you. Across the balcony, you can see the famous bridge and the boat station. You can also see up and down the channel. Room size is good for 2 persons. In the room is a heater/AC which worked perfectly and Ms. Sun also kindly turned on the heater since she knew my arrival time. The room has a kettle but no cups, coffee. Luckily I had brought my own. Also, know that the hotel does not provide breakfast - not a problem for me but for those we eat breakfast, just step outside. Location is perfect, it's in the heart of ancient town so easy to walk everywhere. Outside your door is snack street and at the end of the street is a ”food court”. Despite it's central location and opposite of the boat station, the noise was manageable. When I closed the balcony doors, I didn't hear anything (maybe too cold for people to loiter around?). Everyone was very nice and kind. Ms. Sun went out of her way to help me with my return bus ticket to Hangzhou, giving me directions on how to arrive at the hotel/meeting point where she waited for me, and her colleague even walked and waited for my car when I departed for Hangzhou. Going from Hangzhou to Xitang was an adventure as I read many different versions and my hotel told me another in my research. All in all, i highly recommend Regalia and Xitang! Thank you to Ms Sun and everyone for making my 2026 new year experience so memorable!

Der erste Aufenthalt fühlte sich voll von Menschen. Der Service der Rezeption ist besonders detailliert und fragt mich, ob ich Hilfe benötigen muss, und ich habe mir auch bessere Zimmer geplant, die Sicht ist super gut. Als ich aus dem Haus ging, fragte ich mich, ob ich mich an diesen Tagen nicht gewöhnen würde. Es ist so intim, es fühlt sich so warm zu Hause an!

剛從西塘回來，迫不及待地想為半糖酒店寫個長評！這次入住體驗遠超預期，可以説在每個細節上都感受到了酒店的用心。 1. 衞生：極致潔凈，安心如家 作為一個對衞生條件有些“潔癖”的人，半糖酒店給了我極大的驚喜。一進入房間，撲面而來的是陽光曬過的清新氣味，完全沒有一絲黴味或異味。光腳踩在地板上，觸感乾爽潔凈，看不到一絲灰塵或頭髮。床品潔白如新，毛巾蓬鬆柔軟，帶着淡淡的消毒清香。浴室和衞生間的角落都打理得一塵不染，潔具光潔如鏡。這種“強迫症”級別的保潔標準，讓我完全放鬆下來，就像住在自己家裡一樣安心。 2. 環境：鬧中取靜，景區內酒店 酒店的地理位置絕佳，它巧妙地避開了主街上最喧鬧的人羣，坐落在一個安靜的西塘花巷裡，真正做到了“鬧中取靜”。但步行到各個核心景點又衹需幾分鐘，非常方便。最讓人陶醉的是酒店本身的設計，將江南水鄉的白牆黛瓦與現代簡約風格完美融合。我住的房間帶有一個小船的房型，彷彿自己也成了這水墨畫中的一部分，那份寧靜與詩意，無以言表。 3. 設施：麻雀雖小，五臟俱全 酒店的設施不僅齊全，出乎意外的古鎮內三樓還有電梯，門口還有景區內的停車場，非常方便。 4. 服務：温暖備至，賓至如歸 最後，也是我最想稱讚的，是半糖酒店的服務。從入住前貼心的路線指引，到抵達時前台員工温暖真誠的微笑，每一個環節都讓人感到被尊重和關懷。工作人員總是能主動提供幫助，無論是推薦遊玩路線、幫忙停車，還是贈送了西塘特色芡實糕，都做得自然又周到。他們不像服務員，更像是在西塘的一位老朋友，讓你感受到一種發自內心的温暖。

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, direkt am Eingang zum malerischen Ort. Wir kamen um 17 Uhr an und gingen hinein, ohne Tickets zu kaufen. Der Chef war sehr freundlich und der Service an der Rezeption war ziemlich gut.

We had a wonderful stay! It was a little tricky to find the place at first — totally our fault for not knowing the language — but a very kind local helped guide us right to it. The check-in was super easy, and the host made sure we had everything we needed, even showing us how to use the Wi-Fi and other amenities. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Xitang, close to everything. The only small downside (which had nothing to do with the hotel itself) was some noise from what sounded like a nearby party or club at night. It didn’t bother me, but worth noting if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, everything was perfect — highly recommend for anyone visiting this beautiful water town!
