Kleine Gartenkinder mögen es am meisten, im Pool spielen, im Garten sind verrückt, umgeben von besonderer Bequemkeit, zu Fuß gibt es einen bequemen Laden, Sie können elektrische Autos mieten und elektrische Autos können in weniger als 10 Minuten an der Silberseite gelangen. Get this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave. Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play. The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way. The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned. The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture) If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe. I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China. However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too. These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host! I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

Echte Bewertung, das Zimmer ist schön. Wenn Sie außerhalb der Hauptverkehrszeiten reisen, gibt es einen Abholservice am Bahnhof Beihai und einen Bringservice am Pier. Der Fahrer ist sehr begeistert. Ich bin an meinem ersten Tag im Schwimmbad geschwommen. Wontons zum Frühstück. Ich habe den Nachmittagstee nicht probiert, weil ich auf der Insel Weizhou war. Meine Frau wollte ihn essen und kam spät zurück, haha. Ausstattung: Intelligente Toilette, ähnlich wie in Hotels in der Stadt, sehr modisch. Gesundheit: gute Gesundheit Umgebung: Ich mag die Umgebung Service: Auch der Service ist gut Ich bin nur ein normaler Verbraucher und finde es ziemlich gut. Es sollte Silver Beach am nächsten liegen.

這次在北海入住吾願民宿，房間大整體體驗遠超預期！首先衞生條件滿分，每個角落都打理得一塵不染，居住便捷度很高，住着特別放鬆。其次必須誇誇民宿老闆，待人真誠熱情，服務周到細緻，自家烹製的海鮮大餐鮮美入味，分量實在價格親民，吃得特別過癮。加上北海碧海藍天、風景如畫，氛圍感直接拉滿，是一趟幸福感滿滿的旅程，下次來北海還會回購！

The homestay is beautifully laid out and much thought has gone into the design. It’s very quiet and relaxing, and has lovely benches and swings outside surrounded by beautiful plants. The owner is very eager to please. You can walk about 10 minutes to get to the beach - the beach and the park next to it is beautiful and stretches for miles. When I stayed in March/April, the weather was miserable and cold so I didn’t make use of the pool. One thing to keep in mind, is that this is a homestay catering to Chinese people - that means breakfast is standard Chinese and the mattress on the bed is also Chinese-firm. Neither of the owners speak English, but you can add the lady on Wechat to communicate with her. Being a homestay means less crowds and more relaxing. The owner was very kind to refund me one night when I decided to shorten my stay due to the crappy weather. I really appreciate that she was flexible and accommodating with this.

Ich finde diesen Kerl auf der Insel Chau. Ich fühle mich wirklich gut. Der Name ist ”Shuang-Shuang”, ein ruhiges Dorf. Sobald sie die Tür eintraten, wurde sie vom Garten gelockt. Das Hotel liegt in der malerischen Altstadt. Mein Doppelzimmer bot Meerblick und war sehr komfortabel. Ich konnte das Rauschen der Wellen hören. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hygienisch. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und beim Zimmerservice waren sehr höflich und grüßten mich, wenn ich das Zimmer verließ. Sie waren sehr freundlich. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Beihai definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Absolut empfehlenswert!
