LLateshaThis is simply the best room I've booked on Trip.com for a few reasons: location, service, cleanliness. The location is absolutely perfect. Located almost directly across the street from Beihai Railroad Station, there are a myriad of eating places, convenience stores, a pharmacy, and a popular drink and ice cream shop nearby. 宁春城 shopping mall is very close and offers nine stories of entertainment and more food choices. There are two bus routes nearby that zip along the city for only two-three RMB.
The service can't be beat. The boss lady is extremely kind and accommodating. She has always replied rapidly to any questions, and she helped me when I needed cooking utensils. The 保安们 are always so kind, and they really make coming and going a friendly adventure. Also, a washing machine and refrigerator really up the service of the room. Not many places seem to have both items, but for any longer stays, those appliances feel like a must. This is the place for you if you're looking for both.
Lastly, the cleanliness is top notch. This is the southern part of China, which sometimes gets damp in the spring and has insects in the summer, yet very little mold and insects plague this room, which is amazing.
For me, this place is a perfect fit, and I'm glad I found it.

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer ist sehr sauber, warm und warm, der Raum ist groß, die Maisbetten mögen die Kinder und schlafen sehr komfortabel. Neben dem bequemen Geschäft gibt es auch ein Restaurant, das sehr bequem ist zu kaufen. Der Chef ist enthusiastisch, wird die Überführung des Hafens organisieren, die Küche ist auch gut gemachte Meeresfrüchte sind sehr lecker. Das Bett im Garten ist sehr komfortabel, der Meereswind ist schwach, scharf, empfehlen Freunde zu leben.

GGastnutzerThis was an excellent place to stay. It's a bit far from the city center, but with access to DiDi, that was quite alright. It's very close to the beach so it's perfect for travelers to Beihai who want to enjoy Silver Beach. I invited a friend to come check out the city and travel a bit, and the two bedroom space was perfect for us. Honestly, it's a travelers paradise. We had a few days by the pool to relax, and it was wonderful.
The boss was fantastic. Any questions I had, he always answered quickly and thoroughly. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The appliances were brand new and the house had cooking utensils, pots, and a few plates to use. Although, it's worth either going into town or ordering food, there is a convenience store and a couple of restaurants literally outside the complex. A handful of other people who sell tasty treats and fruit were also often outside, which made grabbing some treats fast and easy.
I recommend this place. This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip in Beihai.

LLawcchThis homestay hotel is an excellent choice for me and other travellers who like to explore Weizhou island. Mr Lin is the owner who ensures the guests feel welcomed and comfortable staying. He is a kind and generous guy who takes effort and time to send me to the scenic areas because he cares for his guest's safety as I don't really know the places and traffic conditions in the island. The location of this homestay is about 1.5 km away from the island passenger jetty and hawker stalls. He also provides scenic areas of island exploration tips. He even waited for me to pick up from and drop off at the passenger jetty when I arrived and departed the island. The hygiene or cleanliness of the room and toilet is top level. I highly recommend to all travellers to stay at this homestay which offers the best value for money.

EEGHIt’s a perfect spot for visiting Beihai. You get amazing value for money. Quality room and a lot of space too , as well as a great location close to shops and railway station. Beach isn’t close but it’s easy to reach with DiDi. No issues with getting around town either. Great power shower, good a/c , bed is comfy, and the soundproofing works!
A negative is SMOKING! Even though it’s covered in no smoking signs it still happens. Rooms can fill with smell of next door smoking or some ignoramus walking along the corridor puffing away. It’s an issue for most hotels due to the high number of smokers in China, but if they enforced fines consistently then maybe it would stop more doing it. Having said that , I still use City Comfort because the POSITIVES massively outweigh that single negative.
No frills. Just delivers on quality at a value price with good staff.

AAnonymer BenutzerDer Service des Hausbesitzers und der Frau ist gut, der Hafen ist kostenlos, der Laden Mietwagen und die Tourismusberatung können sehr gut beantwortet werden.
Die Umgebung und die Infrastrukturbedingungen der Bevölkerung sind normalerweise ohne Luft und die Bodenfläche ist nicht trocken.
Das allgemeine Gefühl der Insel Jiazu ist nicht sehr gut, ungeordnete Chaos, es muss eine stärkere Einheitsverwaltung gegeben werden. Es gibt verschiedene Entgelte für den Parkplatz und die Einfahrt in den Aussichtsbereich, die einige Kilometer voneinander entfernt sind, und es muss zusätzliche Geld für ein Touristenwagen ausgegeben werden. Der Konsum auf der Insel ist sehr hoch.

However, the owner was extremely kind and helpful—she assisted with everything, from recommending beautiful spots to visit to suggesting restaurants with delicious food. While the beach was relatively close, it was crowded and not very clean, so we explored and found another beach nearby that was much quieter and well-maintained.

GGastnutzerDieses Mal, wenn ich an der Nordsee-Silberstrand gekommen bin, ist es wirklich richtig, diese Familie zu entnehmen, um die Leute zu genießen!
Die Lage ist besonders bequem, ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Silberstrand und ich bin müde, wieder zu spielen. Das Volk ist ein warmer, einfacher Stil, der Halle ist groß und hell, es gibt Prognosen und Freizeiträume, und hier ist der Abend mit Freunden besonders entspannt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, die Betten sind weich und schlafen und die Atmosphäre ist sauber.
Der Chef ist auch sehr enthusiastisch, wird uns die lokalen Speisen und Spielrouten empfehlen und bietet kostenlose Parkplätze. Es ist auch völlig ok, mit Haustieren zu bleiben, das ist wirklich zu intim!
