Ich war sehr neugierig, wie eine Immobilie mit einem so erschwinglichen Preis eine so hohe Rating hat. Ich war sofort von mir selbst überzeugt. Das Hotel liegt perfekt im Süden der Insel in der Nähe des Crocodile Mountain und seine schöne Strand sowie im Südbay mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten von süßem Meeresfrüchte. Das Zimmer ist groß, hell, sauber und riecht groß. Es gibt alles, was der Reisende braucht. Der Highlight ist eindeutig der Boss, sie ist sehr warm, willkommen und sehr nett. Es gab ein Buch in meinem Zimmer, das ich aus Neugier genommen habe, um am Strand zu lesen, und ich realisierte, es enthält große Botschaften. Ich fragte den Boss, ob sie es mir verkaufen will, aber sie gab es kostenlos. Sie sagte mir, dass sie beabsichtigt, Bücher mit großen Botschaften für junge Menschen in dem Zimmer zu setzen, da viele Studenten in ihrem Besitz bleiben. Wow ... Ich wünsche mir, dass mehr Menschen in dieser Welt wie der Boss sein würden. Zögern Sie nicht und buchen Sie hier ein Zimmer. Wenn ich jemals wieder auf dieser Insel bin, weiß ich, wo zu bleiben!!

This was my second time checking in for this new homestay. The boss is very kind to pick me up from the Beihai jetty after I returned from my trip to Weizhou island. The room is very clean and beautifully decorated. He was also very responsive when I requested slippers and clothes hangers. This Homestay hotel is strategically located near the silver beach. I strongly recommend travellers or tourists stay here to see the beautiful homestay place and the boss is also kind enough to allow cooking in the kitchen. I also did my sweet and sour pork and chicken meats in my first 2 days stay here. I gave the boss and this homestay place considered 5 stars for the best value for money.

This homestay hotel is an excellent choice for me and other travellers who like to explore Weizhou island. Mr Lin is the owner who ensures the guests feel welcomed and comfortable staying. He is a kind and generous guy who takes effort and time to send me to the scenic areas because he cares for his guest's safety as I don't really know the places and traffic conditions in the island. The location of this homestay is about 1.5 km away from the island passenger jetty and hawker stalls. He also provides scenic areas of island exploration tips. He even waited for me to pick up from and drop off at the passenger jetty when I arrived and departed the island. The hygiene or cleanliness of the room and toilet is top level. I highly recommend to all travellers to stay at this homestay which offers the best value for money.

It’s a perfect spot for visiting Beihai. You get amazing value for money. Quality room and a lot of space too , as well as a great location close to shops and railway station. Beach isn’t close but it’s easy to reach with DiDi. No issues with getting around town either. Great power shower, good a/c , bed is comfy, and the soundproofing works! A negative is SMOKING! Even though it’s covered in no smoking signs it still happens. Rooms can fill with smell of next door smoking or some ignoramus walking along the corridor puffing away. It’s an issue for most hotels due to the high number of smokers in China, but if they enforced fines consistently then maybe it would stop more doing it. Having said that , I still use City Comfort because the POSITIVES massively outweigh that single negative. No frills. Just delivers on quality at a value price with good staff.

Geschäftsreisen, Freunde reisen gut, das Haus ist warm und es fühlt sich sehr gut an! Rein und sauber, die Umgebung ist schön, die Einrichtungen sind komplett! Komm nächstes Mal wieder in dieser Familie, stark empfohlen!!!!

Das Hotel ist sehr kostengünstig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sauber und die Einrichtungen erfüllen auch die Bedürfnisse. Die Nacht schlafen ist ruhig. Die Lage ist sehr nah vom Landschaftsgebiet und ist bequem. Der Chef hat einen Elektroautovermietungspreis. Der Chef empfahl seinen Shanzhahn-Hahn super lecker und die Verarbeitung von Meeresfrüchten ist auch ein Ende. Nächstes Mal komme ich zu seinem Haus und es lohnt sich zu empfehlen!

Hotel is operated by professional hotelier who owns chains hotel outlets in different places. The hotel service is far more beyond my expectations. We booked a double studio/ family room with big balcony on the roof level. Space is really big enough for 4-5 guests. The cleanness is A+, no blind spot dirty corner. Shower system, lighting, and TV / projector are installed with high technology. Due to political restrictions unfortunately it has no lift. But the counter service is very helpful. They provide you simple guide to different scenery spots, they help you to book local taxi tram/tricycles, they advice you the local shops, they even provide you professional fishing tips... In the hotel they have a Szechuan cuisine specialist chef to cook either simple dish or luxury banquets for you. Overall it’s a high quality stay in the island.

Location is amazing , very near to the beach And it's clean But It never mentioned that there is no elevator while the to in the 4th floor 😞 , really hard for a family to take the stairs twice or 3 time a day No daily room service , the hotel is clean but don't expect any will come to clean the room , you need to do it by yourself Towels are not available, they provide 2 small towels , no one came to provide new one next day.. come ready We find around there is other hotels , more nearer to the beach and with swimming pool.. next time will not come to this one , will book another Family who run the business are nice , they tired to help , I think they can do much better if they have more regular cleaning service and add simple breakfast .. In total , wasn't bad experience, as if you come , you will only sty at the hotel to sleep and the rest of the day at the water All was good 😊😊

Die geografische Lage des Hotels ist großartig und es kann fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum Silberstrand kommen. Am Morgen öffnete sich das Fenster, der schwache Meerwind kam mit dem Wellengeräusch, am Abend ging der Strand zu Fuß, und sah die Sonne, die das Meer in goldene Farben und romantisch zu machen. Die umliegende Süßigkeitensammlung, die alle Arten von Meeresfrüchten in der Huanghao Style Street, die Zuckerwasser und Zuckerwasser zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten erreichen können, erfüllt die Geschmack- und Geschmacksnachfrage jederzeit.
