Ich habe ursprünglich zwei Tage gebucht, weil ich aus körperlichen Gründen vorzeitig zurücktreten kann. Besonders danke dem Chef für die gesamte Reise und die Enthusiasmus und die Betreuung. Das Frühstück ist einfach zu Hause, voller Lebensgeräusche und das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber. Die ursprüngliche Winddekoration der Wolken ist sehr atmosphärisch, ein wenig kleines Bedauern, und es hat keine Auswirkungen auf dieses warme Aufenthaltserlebnis ～ Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass es nicht sehr bequem ist, um zu essen. Es ist gut, dass der Chef in der Nähe ein einfaches Essen selbst herstellen kann. Es ist sehr vorsichtig, direkt im Hotel 100 Etikett pro Person zu essen. Wir blieben bei An und Jane Residence für eine kurze Reise nach Nanjing und wandten uns um die Stadt. Der Wohnraum ist eine angenehme Erfahrung und gut gepflegt. Es wird von einem Familienbetrieb gepflegt. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, sauber und verfügt über alle notwendigen Einrichtungen. Das Frühstück der Mutter des Besitzers war wirklich kocht und lecker zu Hause. Wichtigstens hat ihr Hom-Stadt eine Menge Freizeiteinrichtungen wie Pooltisch, Videospiel, Karaoke-Zimmer unten im Essensbereich und ein großer Projektor im Zimmer. Der Besitzer ist freundlich und sehr hilfreich in all unserer Aktivitäten planen. Sie empfahl die beste und billigste Option für unsere Eintrittskarten und Aktivitäten. Die Zimmer und Einrichtungen sind genau wie im Bild gezeigt. Die Lage des Tjw Hotel ist auch sehr bequem für Essen und nach Skyland. Gesamt großartige und angenehme Erfahrung mit unserem Aufenthalt.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL!! PLEASE STAY HERE!! I dont even know where to start. The reception staff who is really amazing kind and humble and drive us to restaurants nearby for free!! Which iI am really grateful as Im a single mom traveling with my 10yr old son with 60kg luggaes😭 And the owner himself drove us to the railway station and helped us again with our luggage to our gate😭 and again at zero cost😭 I NEVER FIND SUCH HOSPITALITY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and I travel alot & We live in Dubai but Never met incridinle people and service like this in Anji!! They are really an angel sent❤️The HOMESTAY IS REALLY A PARADISE Our room is incredibly huge & comfortable & They make you coffee everyday!! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier—attentive. The reception guy service was exceptional, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. But we think he is the son of the owner yet very humble. He is always available to resolve any questions immediately and offered fantastic local recommendations and use google translate and really go Out his way to help us & drove us to the restaurants & horse ranch for free. Even its a quiet season, the they ensured our stay was comfortable and warm, displaying true warmth and professionalism. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf im Herzen des Bamboowaldes, das wunderschöne Aussichten auf die umliegenden Berge und Teefelder bietet. Die Zimmer sind schön dekoriert und ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Die Person ist sehr nett und versuchen Sie, hilfsbereit zu sein. Das heißt, unser Aufenthalt war nicht so gut wie wir erwartet hatten, weil das Schlafzimmer und das Restaurant kalt gefroren waren. Als wir erst in unser Zimmer kamen, war die Heizung aus, so mussten wir sie aufdrehen, was war gut, aber 5 h später war es noch nur 17°c im Zimmer und es war schon dunkel... Wir beschwerten uns und das Personal genießt, uns auf ein Zimmer zu upgraden, das war gut. Es sollte warmer sein und es war, aber nur um ein oder zwei Grad je nach Stunde des Tages. Das Restaurant war nur 10°C, so dass wir mit Jacken und Hut auf essen mussten. Die Bodenheizung war noch nicht aufgeschaltet. Wenn Sie also in diesem Hostel im Herbst/Winter überlegen, stellen Sie sicher, ob die Erdwärmung vor der Buchung an ist.

Dank dieser Familie und dem Volksherrn für unsere erste Reise nach Angel brachten wir sehr gute Erinnerungen. Die Landschaft der Menschen ist sehr gut, die Einrichtungen sind komplett und es gibt Ausrüstung für die Ausstattung des Campingplatzes. Sehr sauber, der Service ist sehr aufmerksam, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, und zusätzliche Gesichter und Verwirrung können Sie Punkt machen. Der Boss ist sehr gut und kann in der Nähe erleben, wie man die Würfel und die Würfel erholt. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. There was a small mistake during our stay, but the way the hotel handled it truly impressed us. They sincerely apologized and kindly offered us complimentary drinks and fresh fruits, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We would especially like to thank 徐云 and 王永芳 for their kindness and constant support throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We are also deeply grateful to the manager, 罗会军, whose exceptional care truly stood out. What touched us the most was their genuine hospitality. When we were leaving, we couldn’t find a taxi, and the manager personally drove us down the mountain. This level of service is rare and unforgettable. Throughout our stay, the staff were always helpful, kind, and attentive to every detail. It felt like we were not just guests, but truly valued visitors. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, warm hospitality, and a memorable experience. We will definitely come back again!

We've been here for the second time. The first time was amazing, the service was really good, the owners were very caring. But this time it was bad. I recommended this villa to my friends, and we came as a group of 10 people and 6 rooms, but the owners treated us like ”one customer” and keep telling me that there are other guests here. We wanted to take hot springs, and as 6 rooms, we could use 6 times slots, but they tried to not let us, telling that there are other guests. Whole time they're trying to tell us that we're not alone, even though we didn't act like that, and eventually it was just disturbing and annoying. Also there was a power off a few times durations of 3-4 hours, hot springs, wasn't hot, AC was not so warm. At the end I decided to not stay for the second night and just left. Won't comeback here, even though I liked it first time, about a month ago.

第二次入住了，之前是20年疫情後的3月份來過，體驗感超好，房間有地暖，智能馬桶，衞生間三分離，衞生做得很好，周圍環境超棒，很安靜，這次是避暑來的，山裡麪好涼快，晚上坐在酒店前面的休息平台聊天看星星，超舒服，餐廳飯菜好吃，特別推薦他們家的紅燒排骨，連吃二頓，和管家微信點菜，做好了通知我們去吃，棋牌室也是暢打，就是不能太晚，8點就通知我們結束了

This B&B is so amazing! Even though we are all foreigners we didn't have any hard time getting along with them. The owner is so amazing, the lady boss who always cooks the breakfast is so good, she does our breakfast very well, and her Husband is also warm and very accommodating, he didn't let us go on our own when we were going to the train station. The room that we stayed in was excellent, it was big and so comfy. ☺️ The scenery was also good and neighborhood was so peaceful! Our stay was memorable and excellent experience! 🥰🥰🥰

We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
