Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Eden ziemlich enttäuscht, aber zunächst das Positive: Früher Check-in möglich. Konkurrenzfähiger Preis für Genf. Negatives: Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Fotos auf trip.com. Dort war ein Zimmer mit Teppichboden und einer Art Terrasse abgebildet. Wir bekamen jedoch ein sehr altes, abgewohntes Zimmer ohne Teppichboden und Balkon. In der Hotelbeschreibung wurden Annehmlichkeiten wie Zahnputzset und Conditioner erwähnt, die jedoch nicht vorhanden waren. Es gab nicht einmal Wasserflaschen im Zimmer. Die Duschtür war kaputt. Das Frühstück war sehr klein, dürftig und von sehr einfacher Qualität. Meine Freundin hatte Geburtstag, und es gab weder Glückwünsche noch eine Erwähnung. Dies ist erst die zweite negative Bewertung, die ich in den letzten anderthalb Jahren auf trip.com abgegeben habe, bei über 30 Hotelbuchungen.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. They never replied to my emails, which made communication frustrating. Parking was a real problem — their own lot was full, and I had to figure out on my own where the nearest parking was, driving around in circles twice before finding a spot. The room was in poor condition and the pillows were terrible. On the positive side, the location is very convenient and the staff were polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the issues with parking, the room, and lack of communication made the overall experience far from comfortable.

First of all, the location is unbeatable. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the famous waterfalls and the Old Town, which made everything so convenient. We could stroll out in the morning, explore all the beautiful spots, take photos, grab meals, and come back to rest without needing to drive. Being able to park the car and just walk everywhere was such a big plus. Yes, the hotel has a slightly older, classic style — but everything is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. What really surprised me (in the best way!) was that our room came with a kitchenette. I did not expect that at all. Having a small kitchen setup made such a difference — we could prepare simple meals, make coffee, and feel a bit more “at home” instead of just staying in a typical hotel room. There was also a bathtub, which was another pleasant surprise. After a long day of walking around and sightseeing, being able to relax in a hot bath was perfect. Not many budget-friendly hotels provide that! For the price we paid, this is honestly one of the best deals in such a prime location. It’s affordable, practical, and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay — good space, useful amenities, parking convenience, and walking distance to all the attractions. If you are looking for a budget-friendly stay with excellent location and great value for money, this hotel is definitely worth considering. We would absolutely stay here again.

Das Hotel ist nicht weit von der Bahnhof entfernt, es ist einfacher zu erreichen, die Zimmereinrichtungen sind auch nicht schlecht, aber die Außenumgebung ist wirklich zu schlecht, oben und umgekehrt sind ****, ** überall, und einige *** sind auf beiden Seiten der Straße, es ist nicht stark, das gesamte Geschäft wird nicht empfohlen. Ibis kann sich entscheiden. Der Laden ist in der Nähe.

Excellent location. Walk distance to Central Train Station and stone away from Geneva lake. Very good value for money. The facilities are pretty good. It even has a separate kitchen in the room. Decoration in the hallway are looking good. Loads of restaurants around the hotel. Got the best spaghetti carbonara ever had. Walkable distance to Geneva Cathedral and other interesting places. Close to central bus station as well which has bus connects major cities in Switzerland and some cities in neighbouring countries. The only negative thing is that the bathtub is quite narrow. When you take shower in it, it is hard not to knock on the side glass or to the wall. Other than that, everything else works great! Highly recommended!

I love this room. Great location. The rooms comes with separated kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. The receptionist are very friendly. The room is newly renovated with modern style. The kitchen comes with all necessary utensils and coffee machine. You need to buy your own coffee beans tho. Will definitely choose Adagio Aparthotel for my next trip.

Ein sehr modernes Hotel im Stadtzentrum, mit einer Einkaufsstraße im Erdgeschoss, die Lage ist großartig. Das Hotel verfügt grundsätzlich über einen Selbstbedienungs-Check-in/-out und die Rezeption befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk (auf derselben Etage wie die Bar und das Frühstücksbuffet). Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns für ein relativ großes Zimmer entschieden, allerdings war das Waschbecken außerhalb des Zimmers angeordnet und das Bad nicht gut isoliert. Bis auf den Föhn mussten die meisten anderen Gegenstände im Zimmer nicht in der Bibliothek auf jeder Etage gekauft werden und es gab kein bereitgestelltes Wasser. Der Frühstücksbereich ist wunderschön, das Atrium liegt sehr angenehm in der Sonne, die Speisenauswahl ist reichhaltig und geschmacklich gut.

Ich ging einen Tag früher, um meinen Aufenthalt mit dem Hotel zu bestätigen. Sie konnten meine Buchung nicht finden. Ich zeigte ihnen meine Bestätigung auf meinem Telefon. Ich wurde gesagt, sie können meine Bestätigungsnummer sehen, aber keine Zahlung wurde von trip.com . Sie versicherten mir, dass das vorhin geschehen ist, und sagten mir, ich solle in dem Sicherheitsbuch ein anderes Zimmer als Warteschrank sein. Sie versicherten mir, dass sie meine Karte nicht schütteln werden, bis die Angelegenheit gelöst ist. Diese Versicherung machte mich einchecken. Ich bleibe jetzt und dann ins Frontbüro, und es wurde mir gesagt, es sei gelöst. Nur letzte Nacht wurde mir das von Trip.com des Fehlers in der Adresse gesagt. In der Zwischenzeit hatte das Hotel meine Karte geschnappt. Überraschend haben sie die Rückmeldungen, die ich an Hotel Montana Geneve und Hotel Montana Zurich gegeben habe, nicht gewürdigt. Es gab keine E-Mail, um sich für die Überwachung und Verzögerung bei der Handhabung zu entschuldigen. Ich ging einen Tag früher zum Hotel, um zu überprüfen, sie hätten an ihm teilgenommen und nicht vertraulich die Schuld auf trip.com setzen können, da es vorangegangene Vorfälle gab, wo [ayment nicht erhalten wurde. Ich dachte, die Hotel Montana Gruppe hätte sich besser mit dieser Angelegenheit befassen können. Sehr enttäuschend.
