I was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him! The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities. Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine. I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well. The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

We were quite disappointed in our stay at Hotel Eden, but first the positives; Let us check in early Priced competitively for Geneva Negatives; We felt the room did not match the photos on trip.com. A room with carpet and what looked like a terrace is in the pictures. We got a really old dated room without carpet and no balcony terrace. The description of the hotel states amenities like dental kit, conditioner and there wasn’t anything. There wasn’t even any bottles of water in our room. The sliding door for the shower was broken. The breakfast was really small and limited and of a very basic quality. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and there was no mention or wish of a happy birthday. This is only the second negative review I’ve left on trip.com out of 30+ hotel bookings in the last 1.5 years

The location is pretty convenient and accessible. It was 1 minute walk away from the tram station and 2 stops away from Cornavin Station. Staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. Even though, I didn’t mention that it will be my birthday, they prepared a small amenity for me on my second day stay. Truly appreciate it! Hotel and the room is clean. Very pleasing to the eyes. Room came with universal socket which came in handy since my luggage was delayed and I do not have travel adapter with me. All in all, I had a really pleasant stay. Thank you N’vy!

Als Geschäftshotel mit dem geringsten Minimum, Bett und Dusche und Komfort, in der Nähe des Flughafens, ist es ok. Das Frühstücksbuffet bei CHF32 war sehr gut. Genf ist eine teure Stadt per se. In dieser Woche fanden in der Stadt Messen/Veranstaltungen statt, die die Hotels verpackten und die Preise erhöhen. Dinge zu beschweren: Die Dusche hat keine Tür, so dass das Badezimmer alles nass wird. Es gibt keine Ausstattung wie freundliche Slips, Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta (Ja, speichern Sie den Planeten ...) gute Lage und Umgebung, nicht weit von der großen Brücke und dem Viertel. Das Zimmer ist ruhig und komfortabel. Fenster gegenüber einer Straße so kann eine entfernte Aussicht haben. Ich liebe die Kunst auf der Wand. und die Hoteldienstleistungen sind nett. Ich habe eine Tasse Lattie genommen Mein Frühstückstisch jeden Morgen.
