Loved my stay at Terminus Hôtel! The King Business Suite was clean, classy, and super comfortable. The whole place has a fresh, modern vibe—definitely a new style of hotel. We had a wonderful stay at QUALITY INN—perfect for families with kids! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Our children loved the clean and well-maintained warm pool especially after a long day walk in Old Quebec. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was a great way to start each day. The staff are really nice and the guest laundry room are helpful to have clean clothes after our family trip. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway.

Great location, near many restaurants and other places. Also, not too far from Old Quebec. The room was amazing!! I needed two beds and couldn’t believe I actually got privacy between the bed (there’s a wall with tvs on each side of the wall). Definitely recommend!

Guter Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen. Es ist ein Hotel mit Selbstbedienung, das nicht klar war auf der Hotelbeschreibung, bei Ankunft hatte ich nicht die Selbstkontrollanweisungen, aber ich rief die Hotelnummer und sie waren schnell, um mir eine E-Mail zu senden und sogar zu ermöglichen, mich früher einchecken. Die Auscheckung war auch sehr einfach und ich konnte auch später auschecken. Nur unten war es, dass es keine Möglichkeit für das Frühstück gibt, wie es auf der Hotelbeschreibung steht. Es wäre toll gewesen, wenn es Mugs oder Tassen im Zimmer und ein Plus, wenn es auch eine Auswahl von Tee als Ergänzung. Es war nicht in der Nähe, dass ich eine Flasche Wasser oder ein heißes Getränk bekommen konnte, so wäre es schön gewesen, etwas im Zimmer zu haben. Schließlich für alle leichten Schlafanzüge - das Gebäude ist kein Geräuschbeweise, so dass Sie leicht hören andere Gäste in den Korridor sprechen oder die Treppen aufsteigen etc. Andere als dieser gute Aufenthalt insgesamt - danke Auberge la Chouette

Nice place to stay, especially if you’re planning to mostly be out and about to explore. The location is perfect. The rooms are basic and not luxurious, but everything you need is there. Having an AC was definitely worth it. There also a common area and an unmanned reception with some kitchen facilities. I had to contact the accommodation for check-in info, but they were very prompt, friendly and helpful. The self-checkin with access codes was easy. There’s no elevator and the rooms are not on ground floor level, I knew this of course, because it’s written in the hotel info. I had a room with a balcony and that was a nice touch. There’s also a patio on the rooftop. It would be nice if they provide some more information about the place. I discovered the patio by just exploring myself. All by all, I had a good stay of 2 nights. I only slept in the place, as I was mostly outdoors.

Die Lage ist so bequem. Man kann Metrobus800 nehmen, die das Stadtzentrum, den Herbst, Supermarkt Maxi, Metro plus verbindet. Es ist eine häufige Route, einfach zu reisen. Der Bodenboden ist noch im Bau, nicht so einfach zu Fuß. Das Gebäude ist ohne Aufzug, es kann nicht einfach für alle Reisenden sein. Nach der Beschreibung der Zimmer, alle Zimmer sollten mit Wasch- und Trockner ausgestattet sein, aber das Zimmer, das zugewiesen war ohne Wasch- und Trockner, wir forderten eine Änderung. Die Person, die für uns verantwortlich ist, half uns zu ändern. Es gibt keine Zimmerreinigung und zeitliche Service während der drei Nächte, die wir bleiben. Aber alles scheint neu und sauber. Sie bieten ausreichende Gewebe, Toilettenpapier und Waschtabletten sogar. Das Gebäude ist nahe dem Verkehr, bequem, aber in gewisser Weise laut. Die Klimaanlage war geschlossen, aber glücklich, dass diese wenigen Tage nicht extrem heiß. Aber es ist sicherlich ziemlich heiß und es wird nicht so komfortable ohne Klimaanlage in heißes Wetter sein.

Excellente surprise ! Hôtel très sympa et peu cher et idéalement situé car dans une rue en plein Vieux Québec mais tout de même au calme. La chambre est super bien agencée donc elle ne paraît même pas petite. La literie au top et l'espace de toilette parfait. La taille de la douche est idéale et les produits fournis de très bonne qualité... on peut même faire chauffer nos serviettes ! ! Le personnel était très sympathique et très compétent... on est aussi bien reçus que dans un 4 étoiles. La partie ”repas” est très bien agencée et on s'y sent bien. Le café, thé, chocolat etc... ainsi que l'eau fraîche ou pétillante... tout est a volonté ! 2 belles terrasses (une en bas et l'autre sur le toit avec baby-foot, brasero...) où l'on se sent bien... Système de bagagerie disponible à partir de 12h le jour de l'arrivée et jusqu'à 20h le jour de notre départ. Bref... Nous y retournerons !! Encore merci pour votre accueil ! !

Die Zimmer sind gut hygienisch, der Raum wird nicht zu schwach, aber es gibt nicht genug Trinkwasser. Obwohl es weit von der Stadt entfernt ist, ist es noch akzeptabel. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

A male staff member was helpful and very kind when I was lost trying to get to the hotel. I will be forever grateful to him as it was very frustrating! The room was freezing and house keeping never came so I had to ask the front desk for blankets since they gave us dirty ones to begin with. Bed sheets were clean, but blankets were not clean. We did not get blankets because “ they didn’t have extras “. Instead they gave us 3 sets of thin sheets, which did not help against the cold room. I told the staff the room was freezing and they said to turn the heat on. At that point the heat was on full blast for 5 - 6 hours and did not get any warmer. Overall it wasn’t a great experience and will probably not stay there again in the future.
