Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, die Rezeption ist sehr nett, es gibt einen Shuttle, ich habe am nächsten Tag um 6:00 Uhr einen Termin für den Shuttle vereinbart und um 6:00 Uhr an der Rezeption nach dem Frühstück gefragt, aber vorne Die Rezeption ließ mich ein paar Minuten früher frühstücken, der Shuttle-Fahrer war sehr pünktlich und wartete im Voraus. Mit dem Hängekorb und dem Kaffee in der Lobby kann ich meine Jetlag-Zeit glücklich verbringen.

Es war wirklich gut zu bleiben in Toronto. es ist so nah am Flughafen und sie haben einen Shuttlebus. Frühstück war auch großartig. Ich empfehle es sehr.

Best hotel and service

This location provided an airport shuttle service from 6am-10am and 4pm-8pm. It worked out for my flight schedule to get me to and from the hotel when I needed to. I called this Hilton Garden Inn location's phone number and requested that the shuttle to come pick me up from the airport. There was a little confusion as there are multiple Hilton Garden Inns and I took the wrong shuttle, but it was sorted out in the end. The front desk workers also texted me to make sure I was happy with my room/stay. This hotel had a pool and a gym. I checked out the gym which was pretty nice and clean and had a decent amount of equipment. It was a small gym, but sufficient. The room was clean and spacious and I enjoyed my stay. I also liked that there were a few food places within walking distance, so I ordered food and brought it back to the room to eat. Very cozy!

We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

My stay was good for my husband and I. However only at check out was I informed we were over charged ( the front desk insisted we were booked for another night) I was delayed for 30 minutes trying to sort it out until I told the guy at the desk I had to go because I was becoming late for my flight, so he said he would sort it out and call me. He called about 30 minutes after to say it was sorted out and a refund will be issued To my credit card. I was also sent the receipt showing the refund. A week after a refund was sent to my card and then withdrawn from my card on the same day. It was less than the amount on the receipt and to date nothing has been refunded. Not has the hotel contacted me to explain what is on.

A lovely jewel of a hotel right by the Pearson airport. It serves its purpose well; it is primarily for guests flying in or out of Toronto the following day. No reason not to stay longer, except for price and the fact it's in a highly industrial zone. The staff are highly professional, the amenities are plentiful, and the hotel itself is spotless and decorated beautifully. The rooms are small though well-appointed, and all anyone needs for a quick overnight stay. The hotel restaurant is extremely pricey and seemed like more of a bar than anything else; however there are plentiful nearby restaurant options to either go out to eat or order delivery. There is a pool and gym, though I was too pooped from a day of travel to just get to the hotel to use them. Front desk will happily arrange an early wake up call to make sure you don't miss your flight! Would happily stay there again should the occasion arise.

I booked this hotel for a night before our vacation and a night after our vacation leaving our vehicle on the property for an extra fee. The restaurant was excellent . Best calamari ever . Excellent service at the bar and at the restaurant. Concierge and reception was super helpful. Love our stay on both nights . Will definitely rebook on any of our trips leaving from Toronto Airport . Ich habe drei Tage mit meiner Tochter für eine Mutter- und Tochterreise geblieben. Das Aussehen ist schön und das Büropersonal war schön und hilfreich, aber ich denke nicht, dass das Zimmer, das wir geblieben haben, für Gäste geeignet ist, die dafür zahlen. Ich habe diesen Ort für einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und in der Nähe von YYZ gewählt. Das Zimmer war unglaublich klein und strukturell falsch, um sich ins Zimmer zu bewegen. Die Waschtür war nicht vollständig geöffnet und die Decke war sehr niedrig, so dass ich sehr vorsichtig sein musste, nicht meinen Kopf auf die Decke zu pumpen. Das Zimmerbild, das sie auf der Website veröffentlicht haben, sah großartig und gemütlich aus, aber das ist nicht mehr wichtig, wenn wir nicht umziehen können. Eine weitere, sie hatten eine Hochzeitsparty am zweiten Tag und sehr laute Musik war um 1 Uhr und am nächsten Tag gab es eine andere Party, aber es war nicht so laut. Sie müssen prüfen, ob sie Partygäste während Ihrer Aufenthalt vor Ihrem Buch haben.

Ich blieb nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Ich habe es gewählt, weil es etwas besser als der Durchschnitt sein sollte, aber insgesamt war es nur ok. Die Eincheckung war freundlich und schnell. Das Bett war komfortabel, mit schönen Betten und Kissen, aber das Sofa im Zimmer war überhaupt nicht komfortabel. Das Zimmer selbst fühlte sich klein und nicht sehr gemütlich. Ich hätte lieber geeignete Gräber statt Rollerblinden bevorzugt. Das Hotel ist unter einem Flugweg. Es störte mich nicht sehr, als ich schlief, aber sensitive Schlafer sollten das in Erinnerung halten. Die Aufzüge waren auch etwas frustrierend, da der Kartenschalter nicht immer sofort funktionierte, obwohl es letztendlich funktionierte. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Die Gegend war extrem besetzt und das Essen war unter dem Durchschnitt. Ich würde letztlich nicht mehr für dieses Hotel bezahlen. Es ist sehr ähnlich wie viele andere in der gleichen Kategorie, und der Preis fühlt sich überpreist für das, was Sie tatsächlich erhalten.
