3-Sterne-Hotels in Buenos Aires

Insgesamt ist alles sehr gut, die Apartments sind neu, das Zimmer bietet alles, was man braucht, und eine wunderschöne, riesige Terrasse. ABER! Am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts wurde das WLAN abgeschaltet, die Verwaltung schickte nur formelle Antworten. Für diejenigen, die eine gute, stabile Internetverbindung für die Arbeit benötigen, ist das inakzeptabel! Auch das Handtuchwechselsystem ist unklar. Wir haben es nie genutzt, und auch im Informationsschreiben der Verwaltung wurde kein Wort darüber verloren.

Really good experience. Beautiful apartment, modern, luminous, clean (except one drawer where we found basura). Extremely good value for money imo. Loved the location. Cannot understand the negative reviews about the service, in our case everything was super smooth, and the guys very helpful, available and flexible. Top. Will come back.

Despite on my booking request for a quiet room, especially no low frequency noise, first I got a room with a very loud outside part of the Aircon. I asked to change, they called the floor staff, and she knew exactly which rooms are not noisy and she confirmed the problem in my first room. I'd be happy if they were more considerate from the beginning. The staff is very nice and helpful though. The curtains are not blackout. The bed is comfortable even for a person with back issues. Clean. I needed this particular location close to the port, but San Nicolas, which is in a walking distance, is nicer and a bit less touristy. Porto Madeira barrio is still not noisy at all during the night, at least you can't hear anything from the hotel room. Just the streets are much more crowded and less clean than in San Nicolas. Good security at the lobby. The elevators which close the inner door automatically. Generally, take your own shower cup etc with you when travelling in Argentina and Brazil.

Die Lage ist ok. Unerwartet ist die große Außenterrasse, die im direkten Vergleich zum Zimmer steht. Das Internet ist auch ok. Das einzige Problem ist in Argentinien weit verbreitet. Die Einrichtungen sind relativ historisch. Von beiden Seiten betrachtet muss es sich für eine fortschrittliche Stadt etwas rückständig anfühlen.

The room is equipped with kitchen appliances and all necessary tools for cooking. Overall the stay is wonderful, the location is perfect, easy access to tour buses, uber, train station and walking distance to few local attractions. The area is touristy with numbers of restaurants and bars nearby. You can also find many groceries stores nearby if you plan to cook. The check in and check out was easy with codes. The room also equipped with bathtub and bidet. I could say the best if you are travelling in group or looking for the best of value. They don’t have room clean up daily but they do come daily to check on you if you need anything such as toilet paper etc, alternatively it is quite easy to ask them for it if you need anything. Highly recommended hotel here. They don’t speak fluent English but overall I am able to communicate with them. Also to mention, the view from balcony is excellent. However, it is very important to ask in advance the requirements and your expectations because it is not considered a hotel, but more on apartment style.

the room is very tired very old, design is not great, its only for the picture and the actual unit is not well maintained, especially the lighting of the room is very blue its not even cozy, need to chnage all the 5000k light bulbs to 2700k

It was really comfortable stay! Receptionist is really nice and helpful. Convenient location and in the room has beautiful view , have a kitchen.

Die geografische Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Es gibt einen gelben Tourbus in der Nähe. Es ist sehr nah an den Attraktionen der Stadt. Es kann innerhalb von 30 Minuten zu Fuß gehen. Das Frühstück kann auch sein.

O check in foi simples, porém o quarto é diferente das fotos, possui um acabamento ruim, a localização é relativamente perto do obelisco, porém de noite não senti segurança de ir a pé pois as ruas ficam vazias. Bem próximo fica uma balada, por volta das 06:00 no domingo tinha um monte de jovens e adolescentes saindo do clube. Não é muito silencioso, passa muito carro na madrugada buzinando por algum motivo. Para uma única noite, apenas para dormir e sair cedo pode valer a pena, mas não ficaria por mais tempo.
