Really good experience. Beautiful apartment, modern, luminous, clean (except one drawer where we found basura). Extremely good value for money imo. Loved the location. Cannot understand the negative reviews about the service, in our case everything was super smooth, and the guys very helpful, available and flexible. Top. Will come back.

Despite on my booking request for a quiet room, especially no low frequency noise, first I got a room with a very loud outside part of the Aircon. I asked to change, they called the floor staff, and she knew exactly which rooms are not noisy and she confirmed the problem in my first room. I'd be happy if they were more considerate from the beginning. The staff is very nice and helpful though. The curtains are not blackout. The bed is comfortable even for a person with back issues. Clean. I needed this particular location close to the port, but San Nicolas, which is in a walking distance, is nicer and a bit less touristy. Porto Madeira barrio is still not noisy at all during the night, at least you can't hear anything from the hotel room. Just the streets are much more crowded and less clean than in San Nicolas. Good security at the lobby. The elevators which close the inner door automatically. Generally, take your own shower cup etc with you when travelling in Argentina and Brazil.

Ich habe mich entschieden, nur für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel zu bleiben, und es hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Es handelt sich eindeutig um ein Hotel, das gerade renoviert wird. Tatsächlich hatte ich eine Minibar, von der man mir sagte, sie sei an diesem Tag neu gebracht und installiert worden. Das Schlimme daran war, dass ich sie nicht benutzen konnte. Laut Auskunft war in meiner Reservierung keine Minibar enthalten, ich kann mich ehrlich gesagt zum Zeitpunkt der Reservierung nicht mehr daran erinnern. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, zweifellos das Beste am Hotel. Es wurde in einer Art Restaurant serviert, von dem aus man einen Blick auf die Stadt hat. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Ich bin Nichtraucher, aber ich glaube, Raucher würden es zu schätzen wissen. An der Decke saß eine kleine Spinne, die ich verscheuchen musste. Es liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Seien Sie vorsichtig, wenn Sie dem Taxifahrer den vollständigen Namen des „Vintage Samba Hotels“ nennen, denn es gibt ein weiteres Samba Hotel, zu dem ich aus Versehen zuerst gebracht wurde, und das ist 5 Autominuten entfernt.

The room is equipped with kitchen appliances and all necessary tools for cooking. Overall the stay is wonderful, the location is perfect, easy access to tour buses, uber, train station and walking distance to few local attractions. The area is touristy with numbers of restaurants and bars nearby. You can also find many groceries stores nearby if you plan to cook. The check in and check out was easy with codes. The room also equipped with bathtub and bidet. I could say the best if you are travelling in group or looking for the best of value. They don’t have room clean up daily but they do come daily to check on you if you need anything such as toilet paper etc, alternatively it is quite easy to ask them for it if you need anything. Highly recommended hotel here. They don’t speak fluent English but overall I am able to communicate with them. Also to mention, the view from balcony is excellent. However, it is very important to ask in advance the requirements and your expectations because it is not considered a hotel, but more on apartment style.

the room is very tired very old, design is not great, its only for the picture and the actual unit is not well maintained, especially the lighting of the room is very blue its not even cozy, need to chnage all the 5000k light bulbs to 2700k

I stayed here for a month while I was looking for a new apartment in Buenos Aires and I was happy with it. I appreciate the people who work there, Fernando, Mariana, Ivan and others. It's a great staff in a great location, close to Avenida 9 de Julio. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're price conscious.

Die perfekte Lage des Hotels, Organisation an der Ankunft ein wenig verwirrt, aber es wurde gelöst. Allerdings war das Badezimmer nicht verschlossen, um aus dem Bad Wasser zu gehen, wir baten und niemand hat gelöst. Klimaanlage schwierig zu regulieren. Sehr kalt. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, ich schätze es.

Die Lage ist großartig, direkt neben der weitesten Straße der Welt (Av.9 del Julio), auch sehr nahe vom Zentrum der Hauptstadt, alle sind zu Fuß erreichbar, und neben ist ein 24-Stunden-Leih-Carrifor-Supermarkt.

The room and bathroom were modern, spacious, clean, and, with stunning views of the San Martin Square and Palace . I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, hotel restaurant is reasonably priced, with high quality of food and with a good service The hotel's location is. perfect, just on a San Martin square, near the subway station and bus tourist stop .Overall, I highly recommend Palacio Hotel for anyone looking for Central, , convenient location to explore Buenos Aires .
