The best hostel of my entire trip! From the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds to the kitchen and the wonderful staff—everything was perfect! I spent 11 nights at this hostel and didn't want to leave at all. At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request). There were always fresh towels at reception. Delicious food and the nicest chefs. At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash) No stress or complications. I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible. Papa - here are my words of love from the bottom of my heart, for your care. For every morning and evening When I came to the pool bar, I always smiled when I saw you! Thank you for your kindness. For making me feel at home away from home (this is not just a slogan, it is the motto of the entire hotel. The rooms and beds - a separate love Nowhere else have I found such comfortable and ergonomically correct beds Not only a locker, shelf, lamp and socket, but also a large amount of space on the side of the bed where you can conveniently lay out your things (and hide your backpack in a large locker under the bed) No mess and always clean. Clean and functional showers and toilets. Plenty of space, no unpleasant odours. Importantly, there is space to work. The bar has enough space for fun evenings and for work. Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed. The hostel observes quiet hours. For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused. In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves. So nice! Thank you! Tolles Hotel. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Betten sind etwas zu hart, aber das Zimmer ist trotzdem schön. Das Frühstück gibt es von 7 bis 9 Uhr, was für uns zu früh war. 😅 Etwas nachteilig. Aber alles in allem würde ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

We were warmly welcomed by the owners (who don't speak English) and their son-in-law, who speaks excellent English. The hotel is clean and modern. Our room was large with a comfortable king-size bed. The price per night includes breakfast, served until 10 a.m. A Bánh Mì, a fried egg, butter, and jam. Definitely recommend it. Hotel rating: 9/10.

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

Als Paar reisen wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Seoul 2. Max war super hilfreich, aufmerksam, freundlich und gut für Empfehlungen während unseres Aufenthalts. Das Zimmer war geräumig, tägliche Hausaufbewahrung und kostenlos aktualisiert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier verlängert, da wir in Cat Ba genossen haben.

Чисто. В номере есть принадлежности для душа и чайник. На кухне можно набрать питьевой воды. Красиво вокруг и чистый воздух. Горы, птички, бабочки Два больших окна с прекрасным видом!! . Приветливые хозяева. И говорят по английски. Есть кафе прям в отеле, довольно большой выбор блюд и приемлемые цены. Возможно заказать экскурсии и трансфер, чтобы добраться до города. Можно арендовать байк. Будьте внимательны, на острове не работают приложения с такси, поэтому или нужно брать байк в аренду или заказывать такси через отели или на улице ловить. Отель все таки находится далеко от всего. Единственный большой минус - плохая шумоизоляция в номерах. Слышно очень сильно всех соседей.

Der kleine Bruder der Rezeption ist sehr nett, vermietet ein Motorrad 100k und es gibt auch vieles zu essen, aber das Frühstück ist in der letzten Zeit nicht mehr.

Die Lage ist gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider waren Bettwäsche und Handtücher bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber das Badezimmer roch unangenehm. Das WLAN funktionierte außerdem nur in der Hotellobby. Für den Preis findet man meiner Meinung nach wahrscheinlich eine schönere Unterkunft.

В отеле были 2 ночи, прилетели из Нячанга в Ханой,затем на остров, чтобы побывать в заливе Ланха и Халонг. Тут же на рецепшене купили экскурсию в Халонг за 600 тысяч d. за человека. - виды потрясающие, обслуживание на яхте всех сотрудников -супер, внимательны и заботливы. В отеле все сотрудники хороши́-заботливы, внимательны к просьбам, добры́ и веселы́. Английский язык мы почти не знаем,общались через переводчик в телефоне, они нам всё терпеливо наговаривали. Нам было приятно находится в их руках). Организовали нам безпроблемную поездку обратно в Ханой . Благодарим от Души. Отель очень удачно расположен- в самом центре острова. С балкона виден сквер, фонтан, вечером его включают с музыкой и красивой подсветкой, деревья тоже все в огоньках. Для детей есть разноцветные машинки в прокат. За сквером море. Пешком от отеля 3 минуты до нового пляжа по прямой через сквер. Рядом магазинчики и кафешки с вкусной едой и красивой подачей. Мы в восторге от пребывания на острове, на материке и в целом от жителей этой страны!
