THE BUILDING This apartment is on the 1st floor, but there are 2 other apartments in the building, one with a dog. The apartment is equipped for up to 2 guests. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. There is one off-street parking spot available. BACKYARD: Welcome to your Urban Oasis in Providence. While the backyard is shared among eight apartments, it still feels like your own private retreat thanks to thoughtful design and cozy nooks. Relax in comfort with lounge chairs arranged around a coffee table—perfect for a game of Jenga. Fire up the pizza oven, keep your drinks chilled in the mini fridge, and take advantage of the gas grill. Each apartment is stocked with grilling tools you can bring outside, and there are prep counters for easy outdoor cooking. String lights overhead create a warm, inviting glow for evenings. Dine al fresco (in the open air) at the outdoor table, or get active with the professional-grade ping pong table and regulation cornhole setup on the lawn. Just steps from your door, this backyard is your go-to spot for relaxing, crafting a meal, and enjoying the outdoors. We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed. The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road.
