"Gute Lage mit Spazierweiterung zum Bahnhof, Brown University & kleine Italien. Kennedy Plaza ist nur auf der Straße. Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Allerdings ist Zimmer Make-up Service nur an wechselnden Tagen und nur eine Flasche Wasser pro Aufenthalt ohne Rückfüllung. Frühstück ist ok, aber nicht viel Wahl."

"This Hilton Providence was almost finished after having a renovation. It is very nice, bed was very comfortable and room lovely. We had advised that we needed to check in early or leave our luggage as had to catch a bus to Gillette stadium for Scotland v Haiti game. This was arranged. We didn't check that there wasn't a kettle, cups, tea spoons or tea bags until we returned from the match around 2am in the morning. There was a coffee machine with no instructions. It iwas expensive to stay at this hotel as prices were inflated for the World Cup and find it hard to believe you cannot even make a cup of tea. Also we were getting ready to depart well before departure time of 11am when a cleaner was wanting to clean the room. Further to this when we checked out we requested a copy of the charge put on our credit card for incidentals which we did not use. The receptionist said she couldn't do that but would email a receipt but what was sent was a receipt showing zero. No mention of the amount held on our card. Quite disappointing for supposedly a world class Hotel Chain."

"Die Lage der Beatrice war großartig, ich kam über Amtrak und der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ich erhielt eine frühe Eincheckung, ohne zu fragen, was ein fantastisches Serviceniveau war. Das Hotel liegt in einer großen zentralen Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von allem, was ich während meines Aufenthalts zu sehen geplant hatte. Das Zimmer war fantastisch, das Badezimmer übersteigt meine Erwartungen. Ich empfehle Ihnen sicher, hier nochmal zu bleiben."

"The address is very convenient, in the downtown, there are some homeless people in the small park opposite, but overall it is safe. The hotel is beautiful and has a sense of history, but it was a bit noisy to sleep at night, and the shower didn't work on the last day. No breakfast, no kitchen, and no laundry. Going out and turning left is Avis, and it is very convenient to rent a car. Overall okay."

"The room was exceptionally beautiful and spacious, clean and tidy, and check-in was very convenient! The host responded super quickly. One suggestion is to clearly mark the location of the main entrance and the rooms on the first floor. When I was staying, someone from another room knocked on my door, and I thought it was a burglar, but it turned out they just couldn't find their room. It's within a five-minute walk of Brown University, and there's a great coffee shop called Coffee Exchange within a ten-minute walk. Overall, highly recommended!"
