It’s easy to relax in cabin 3’s open space comfort. We set out to create the perfect getaway cabin. Lots of happy guests think we succeeded.The Bare (Comfortable) NecessitiesYes, there’s a hot tub. And a gas fireplace. And it’s comfortable for four, with a queen-sized bed and two bunks. And there’s more, of course, but you get the idea. We tried to think about including everything that people might want for a private, secluded cabin. All of those things are combined in Cabin 3.Take Your TimeSince everyone else tells you to “Act Now!”, we thought that the best way to explain what it’s like to stay in cabin 3 is to tell you to slow down. We’ve got all kinds of ideas for your vacation before you book, so give us a call. Let’s talk. This Cabin starts at the prices listed on the availability calendar in the upper right-hand corner of this page based on availability. Prices include up to 2 adults. Each additional adult is 20.00 per person per night. Children 12 and under are free (1 per paying adult). We do have a three-night minimum from Memorial day through Bridge day. The River View oversees the Kanawha River from bedroom and living room windows. We have two bedrooms one bath, and a fully equipped kitchen and living room. The river and mtns make this a great choice. This apartment is upstairs. They are regular steps. Outside on the Kanawaha River bank we have a picnic table, charcoal grill, and a fire pit with outside chairs. The scene is beautiful and enjoyable with family and friends. We have a Roku TV you can find your apps use your code and continue your programming. The area is filled of opportunities to discover God’s beauty on trails, fishing, kayaking. The bathroom features a full 36” vanity with a large corner shower with a luxurious rain forest shower. Enjoy a relaxing evening under the crystal clear night sky while you BBQ and sit fireside. We have an “honor system” firewood dispenser for your convenience at $8 a bundle. Parking available for 2 cars, the tiny house is non smoking and due to our insurance we can NOT allow pets. Our property boarders one of the most scenic bike trails and is only minutes away from the White water rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, hiking trails, restaurants, a short 20 minute drive to Summerville Lake, 5 minutes to Fayettville and 20 mins to Beckley.. Come visit the Historic Ghost town of Thurmond, check out the multiple hiking trails for the beginner to the most experienced of hikers. The apartment overlooks the Kanawaha River and beautiful Mtns. Sleeps 5. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with and we provide coffee. Beds are complete with Lenin’s and covers. The bathroom has towels, and wash rags, shampoo and soap are provided. We have a Roku tv with cable. We have two beds a queen, and a twin and a couch that piled out into a queen bed with an extra foam mate for the bed. We do not have access to the water. The bank is steep and we do not have steps to the bottom installed as of yet. We have a picnic table on the bank that where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while you eat a meal if you wish. It is a lovely spot on the River. There are many things to be seen nearby. The River View will provide a great base from which you can explore the great outdoors in Fayette County. Our guests have gone to The newest National State Park New River Gorge, Hawks Nest, Cathedral Falls, very good trails ask about them, kayaking, fishing, and much more. Hello I'm Joe. if you're looking for a place to relax, hike, ski or just enjoy nature this is the perfect place. The cabin is nestled between two mountains up a 1/4 mile driveway very private. With a rustic look on the exterior while the interior is very luxurious top of the line appliances, washer and dryer, spacious kitchen open to the living area for entertaining. A second-floor Deck with an outdoor jacuzzi The cabin has two bedrooms The lower level has two beds and the second floor bedroom has one bed and one pull out bed in the sectional sofa. The downstairs also has two lounging chairs in front of a wood stove and a covered front porch with couch and chairs. We are close to Babcock state park, the New River for kayaking and fishing and only 45 minutes from Winterplace for excellent skiing. We are situated on 100 acres and next to the New River National Forest with miles of trails for hiking or riding ATV's or horses. This is also a great central location to enjoy many of the festivals in the area. This is a rural area so you should bring your groceries. although there is dollar store that has some groceries a few miles up the road in Danese.
