GGastnutzerThis really is a 10/10 place. My husband and my favourite place we’ve stayed, this trip to Thailand. We’ve already decided we want to come back, with friends, next time.
We wanted a place to cut our drive to Bangkok and had no idea Sarat Thani and the surrounding area had so much to offer.
Mr. Pongsak, the owner, could not be more lovely. He is so thoughtful and invested in making sure everyone who stays has the best experience and shares his knowledge of the area and all the things there are to do and see.
We drove a rented car, and found it sooooo peaceful and relaxing to be there. And so close to get to town, markets and lots of yummy foods.
We cannot wait to share this gem with friends and try the other cabins. The pond with all its fish is a gorgeous water feature too.
They opened in 2025 and are building a third cabin. They are modern and still so charming and relaxing.
Cannot wait til we can return on our next trip.
My only concern is that it is such a great spot and is going to be so popular, we will need to book well in advance next time!

GGastnutzerWir waren schon einige Male hier. Der Service ist immer sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber. Die Lage ist für uns wirklich perfekt. Transfer vom/ zum Flughafen und weiter zur Fähre ist wirklich easy. Und der Besuch das Nachmarkts ist für uns schon zum Ritual geworden. Ich mag die Gegend.

Wir benutzten dieses Hotel nach einem Visa Run von Ranong. Da wir von Ranong nach Koh Samui reisen, verbrachten wir eine Nacht im Papangkorn Haus und es war großartig, werde ich wieder bleiben.

GGastnutzerThis is a nice little resort, located near the hill with fantastic view. The price is budget and the room is of good standard (there is a kettle even in a standard room). The area is nice and quiet. The bathroom is clean and the water is strong and warm. The receptionist is not always at the front so check-in and check-out can be slow. However, overall this is worth the price and I don't mind staying there again.

Ddlo_music_It’s a smaller room, at least the one that I booked. As a solo traveller what more could you ask for? I’m not seeking a massive space, all I need is: a bed, A/C, a fridge, shower, sink, and toilet. This booking has it all, and the bed was VERY comfortable for me. I would book again.

GGastnutzerA very reasonably priced hotel with clean and comfy room and small balcony. The location is just over the bridge the other side from the main town but it is quite peaceful and very easy to access the night markets. I would recommend renting a moped or even a bicycle would be fine. If you visit, walk down to the waterfront near the crossroads bar and you might see a big monitor lizard in the tree. Also I recommend a little trip to Koh Lamphu which is a little island you can go around on foot or bicycle. Next to the entrance there is a little food market which opens at night. A perfect way to experience a bit of local Thai life.
