GGastnutzerThe condition of bathroom is very poor...smelly...but one positive think is behavior of the staffs are very good. The hotel manager should give a special attention to the cleaning & neatness of bathroom. Other services are good👍

GGastnutzerThe property is located near agniteertham which-bis very close to the temple east gate. The interior was good and was clean. Expected better room service. We stayed 2 nights but no room cleaning, not even breakfast, tea is made available. Wi-fi range is not reachable inside the room. Overall i can say it was a good stay in terms of location, room, ac. Service needs improvement as mentioned.

BBouyerWir waren (mit meiner 20-jährigen Tochter) in Rameshwaram für 1 oder 2 Nächte. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten. Das Bett war komfortabel.
Was aber schade ist, ist das ***, das Moskito am Fenster! Man kann nicht ohne Moskito ins Luftblatt fliegen (damit es Feuchtigkeit fühlt, wenn wir ankommen), und das Zimmer bleibt dunkel.
Um eine Nacht zu buchen, habe ich durch eine Buchung auf der Website gepasst, sonst die Mitarbeiter bot mir einen höheren Preis... des Schlags hatte ich a priori über sie. (Während es vielleicht ein Kommunikationsproblem war)
Er hat mir nie seine Hilfe angeboten, ich habe auch nichts getan.
Außer zum Zeitpunkt des Auschecks, er bot sich an und gab mir Informationen über Zuge und Busse, er war bereit, uns zu helfen. Aber ich hätte ihn vor der Nacht anrufen müssen!
Also zögern Sie nicht, ihn zu *** zu sagen, er wird gut beraten.

GGastnutzerWe stayed here with a 2yo and booked two rooms 103 and 104 on the ground floor, hence few points will be based on that.
Pros: location is few minutes walk from the north gate of the temple, which is closer to the 22kunds where we take bath and east gate from where we go for darshana. Service was great, they were able to provide us with anything that we asked for, be it last minute milk for baby or the cash as here most of the places as for cash and we weren't carrying the ATM, (better carry enough cash or ATM card). People at the desk were very cooperative. Food : they dont provide food in the hotel, but there is Brindavan Cafe which is again at a walking distance from here and served amazing food.
Cons: the rooms cleanliness can be better, we cane accross few ants in our room. If you keep the door open there are mosquito too. Also at night the network in the room doesn't work hence you can struggle with the internet even the wifi could not reach to our room as it was far from the reception area. If room is closer to reception the wifi will work fine. Surprisingly morning the network issue is fine and we could use our own internet in our room.
All in all it is a good option to travel to in the rate that they offer and if overlooked few things this place is highly recommended.
