The lodge consists of 24 roomsincluding A.Cnon A.C and dormitories. SingleDoubleTripple and Rooms without coat are also available. The Management and staff keep Good relations with all its guests especially Sabrimala Pilgrims who are regular visitors every year. Sabrimala Pilgrims from all over the world namely MalaysiaSingapore and Srilanka are regular visitors of the Lodge. Also Ayyapa Pilgrims from near state likeTamil NaduAndhra TelunganaKarnataka are the frequent guests of the lodgeand the guest once stayed are preferring the lodge for their future staying and also recommending the lodge for their friends since they get a homely atmosphere here.
"I stayed in royal residency in our way to sabarimala the next day. The location was nice since it was in the erumeli center, very near the dharma shasta temple where petta jumps happens very often. Room was average in it's appearance but clean toilets and somewhat clean sheets and good room size considering the triple bed room we had taken."
