2-Sterne-Hotels in Mataram

Such a beautiful spot. Everything was so clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly, gave tips on what to do in the city.

Great hotel super clean definitely the cleanest I experienced in Indonesia! They cleaned when I asked & helped me with my luggage, it also included breakfast which is great! They also let me check out a bit later for free 🙏🏼🥰

The rooms were as we expected. It was reasonable with the price. The location was great. You can go to the town area by foot. The food need to be upgraded.

The facility is clean and the staff are excellent. It is centrally located and you’re able to access many beaches with less than a hour drive. There is free motorbike parking as well. Restaurant is great value also. Where to improve: the bed sheets had blood on it from previous guest - they changed it at my request. There was dirty tissue in the cupboard from previous guest. There is no soap provided. The trash can was filthy and attracted ants so I put it outside and the ants were no longer an issue.

A pleasant stay, near Epicentrum Mall very convenient to get around. The room is nice and spacious with industrial interior design look. Plus points for the huge windows and prayer mat provided.

Overall is good!

Zufriedene Service, gute Reinigung.
