"During my stay - no internet. There's a foul smell in the bathroom. Location is good but the room itself is not recommend 😕"

"Ich hatte es eilig, weil ich mich nicht an mein Flugticket erinnern konnte (die Benachrichtigung habe ich vier Stunden im Voraus gesehen), aber sie waren so freundlich, mir zu sagen, dass sie mir ein Taxi rufen würden. Die Lage ist wirklich gut, um zum Flughafen zu gelangen, so dass ich noch am selben Tag am Flughafen ankam, ohne es zu verpassen."

"Wir sind gegen Mitternacht angekommen und konnten problemlos einchecken, es gibt sogar Kaffee und ein paar kleine Brötchen an der Rezeption von 23-11:00 Uhr. Es gibt auch Trinkwasser Spender auf den Stockwerken. Die Taxifahrt vom Flughafen hat uns 390 TWD gekostet und am nächsten Tag sind wir in 10 Minuten zum HSR Bahnhof gelaufen. Die Gemeinschaftsduschen und -Klos sind sehr sauber, das Bett war bequem. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass man die ganze Nacht Menschen auf dem Gang gehört hat, die kommen und gehen oder sich um halb 3 nachts die Haare föhnen."

"The hotel is easy to find and very accessible. The area is close to the train system and other public transportation. There are also many malls and restaurants around. The hotel is on the 5th floor of a bank. Check in is at 3 pm but you can leave your luggage with the staff if need be. The hotel and rooms are ”Hello Kitty” designed. Quite quaint and very colorful. The front office, however, is a bit dark. There are free water fountains. The room is a bit tiny but manageable. There is a free water bottle and hot water kettle. The room is nice and cool. The area at night can be a little noisy due to the traffic in the area. The bedsheet we had had some small holes and some of the towels are tattered on the seams. The internet rarely works but there is free internet by the 7-11 area downstairs. TV works. There are some english channels. If you are looking for a cheap short stay that gives you a base to roam around , this is ok."

"Overall is quite a good stay.  The location is strategic, and quite near to the Taoyuan International Airport. Nearby you can find 7 eleven convenient store. Also nearby you can find the nearest MRT station heading towards Taipei. There are a few restaurants nearby which are a good choice to go. The room could be refurnished to achieve better cleanliness. If possible can provide thermos and fridge for convenience. The toilet and bath room are clean. However, the light could be more bright to have a better environment. The stay provides yummy snacks and soft drinks for the customers. They also provide croissant and bread type breakfast, which is yummy. The person in charge are friendly and patient to help. Overall a satisfactory stay. Keep up the good work."

"Stay for 1 night here due to early flight to catch. Is near to HSR hence going to airport is very convenient. Do take note that there's only a Factory Outlet, a Mcdonald restaurant and a convenience shop nearby. Not suitable for light sleeper as there are many movements outside the room throughout and opening/closing/locking of the door can be heard every now and then, perhaps due to the shared toilet."

"I rated 3 star for the location, ‘cause in the building is a pub I think or KTV with girls in it. And elevator going to the hotel isn’t separated, so it smells cigarette. But overall, the room is sooo clean and good with its prize. Plus the amenities are good, you can refill water and other amenities from the lobby that is just few walks away from rooms. There’s kiosk to buy drinks as well, and a microwave in the lobby to heat the meals bought from restaurants or convenient stores."
