We feel so lucky to have come across Lixia and Sea Homestay. From the moment we arrived, we were completely charmed. What makes this place special for me is its sincerity. Every detail shows how much Lixia and Haibo want guests to feel welcomed, relaxed, and genuinely connected to village life.
The young owners, Lixia and Haibo, are such a lovely, talented, and hard-working couple who got married not long ago and have just opened this beautiful homestay together. Their passion and warmth are everywhere. Haibo is a professional photographer and an incredible cook – every meal he prepared for us was fresh, seasonal, and absolutely delicious. Lixia is just as amazing: super energetic, thoughtful, and incredibly talented behind the camera.
They also have the sweetest dog named One Two Three – a patient and gentle soul who quickly became our favorite companion. She joined Lixia in accompanying us around the village and along the ancient trails, adding even more joy to our walks.
What truly blew us away was the photography and videos Lixia made for us. While we explored, she quietly captured the most beautiful shots of us among the old stone houses and ancient trails. At the end of our stay, she surprised us with two wonderfully edited short videos that perfectly captured the joy and laughter of our weekend. I’ve stayed at hundreds of places around the world and have never received anything like this – it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever.
The rooms are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with local touches. Every small detail – from the welcome fruit basket to the cozy fireplace at night – shows how much love and effort this young couple puts into making guests feel truly at home.
If you want to slow down, eat amazing home-cooked food, have your trip professionally documented, and be spoiled by the kindest hosts (and their wonderful dog) in Zhejiang, book Lixia and Sea Homestay immediately.

GGastnutzerYi Yuan Village is a quaint, peaceful and authentic hideaway in the mountains, away from the tourist crowds that cause chaos further down the valley back towards Song Yang City. It has a few homestays, ours at Yi Yin being the best and most recently opened. The host family (Ceng) is generous and hospitable, friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms were spotless and clean, nicely furnished and easy to reach, nearer the entrance to the village. All meals were freshly made with home-made or locally sourced ingredients, very tasty! They helped us arrange several day trips with an excellent driver (Xiao Bao) whom I also highly recommend. He can be contacted through the host family; he is popular, so I would suggest you request his services once you have confirmed your stay at Yi Yin. Yi Yin is well placed for visiting the surrounding area; there is daily, regular public transport to and from the village and surrounding countryside.

TTobias F.We had a amazing time here. We arrived by taxi in the village (which is beautiful) and got a beautiful room. The host and his family are really friendly. They showed us the surrounding and we ate together. In the area are a lot of beautiful old buildings and also some moderne buildings (tofu factory and rice wine factory). We felt like a part of the village and loved to stay here!

AAnonymer Benutzer平田村本來就是一個古村落，規模比較小，兜一圈10分鐘差不多了。由於是這次行程看到的第一個古村，感覺很新奇，邊逛邊拍照花了不少時間。
酒店是經過精心設計的，該保持古樸風貌的依然保持，但房間都是全新裝修的，床品舒服、空調和取暖器都有，衞浴也是現代的，沒有任何老舊的感覺。早餐是包在房費內的，晚餐是事先預訂的。因為村裡大概就這麼一個飯店，工作人員會提前告知。餐廳設計得簡約古樸高挑大氣，房樑上有好幾個鳥巢，吃晚飯時還有燕子飛進飛出，屋頂和腳邊有貓咪作伴，氣氛好極了。
民宿服務也不錯，入住送了25元咖啡券還有陶藝、扎染的體會折扣券，我們原本訂的是標間還幫我們升級了。
要指出的是浴室隔斷玻璃太矮了，洗澡時水肯定會灑出來；洗澡熱水是電加熱，第一個人洗澡時間長的話第二個人可能需要等20分鐘再有熱水；花灑出水量也比較小。住最高層的話有天窗，天亮時沒有遮擋，睡覺喜暗的不要選這個房型。另外我們預判錯了平田村和陳家鋪之間的距離，其實靠走路是比較難的。好在價格比陳家鋪的要優惠，要逛古村的話平田村也是不錯的，村口的那棵大樹很有氣質，算是不枉此行啊！

ZZhejiangyingxiongwumingInsgesamt ist der Hotelumfeldservice gut, insbesondere der im 8. Stock gebliebene Kellner lobend. Es hilft nicht nur, die Gepäckstücke zu besorgen, sondern sagt, es ist warm und trinkt mehr Wasser. Wenn es Probleme mit den Einrichtungen im Zimmer gibt, ruft man an. Darüber hinaus kann man Frühstück zwar nicht viel, aber es kann auch Tee essen. Es tut mir leid, dass es keine Toilettenkappe gibt.

XxiaoouoDas Bett ist weiß und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und die Gesundheit ist sehr gut. Die Umgebung ist gut und es gibt touristische Attraktionen, die für einen Ausflug geeignet sind.
