The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They provided useful itinerary suggestions, and food recommendations. As a foreign guest, the staff proactively shared their WeChat ID and it’s recommended to share yours as well, as they are cautious about scams. Communication through WeChat was smooth and very helpful. A RMB 200 deposit is required, but as a foreigner there was no issue with the transaction. They were also kind enough to help me operate the washing machine, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and well-kept. The bed was comfortable, and I especially liked the pillow—it suited my preference well. One small thing to note is that it took a bit of time to figure out how to maintain a consistent shower temperature, as it would sometimes be too hot or too cold. Also worth mentioning: part of my room had a low ceiling. You’ll need to be careful when standing up—I bumped my head a few times during my stay 😅. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience with very attentive service. I would still recommend this homestay, especially for travelers who value helpful staff and local guidance.

Der Ort ist eine alte Palast, die in ein Hotel umgewandelt wurde. Es hat eine sehr schöne Architektur, mit schönen Sofas, Keller und anderen Möbeln und Dekorationen. Zimmer/Einrichtungen: Unser Zimmer hatte ein Badezimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Essenstisch. Daher gab es viel Platz für den Aushang. Es gibt einen alten großen Klavier, der von den Gästen verwendet werden kann. Das Frühstück war ok. Aber zumindest können Sie Kaffee im Hotel haben. Es gibt Balkone, ein schönes Hof und einen Dach mit vielen Sofas, Stühlen und Tische, wo Sie sich entspannen können. Wir waren dort im Februar, aber ich bin sicher, es ist ein sehr schöner Ort, um sich im Frühling und Herbst zu entspannen. Ort: Es ist nahe an alten Tempeln, und die Walking Street, die viele Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte hat, um Saft und Snacks zu kaufen. Es gibt ein großes Duck Restaurant in der Nähe. Es war das beste Duck, eine lokale Spezialität, die ich je hatte. Dienst: Das Personal ist sehr gründlich und hilfreich. Sie machen Sie wirklich zu Hause fühlen. Die Unterkunft ist ein Zimmer in einem Drei-Store-Terrassehaus in einem ruhigen Bereich. Es hielt das Zimmer warm, aber es konnte nicht trocknen das Fliesenboden, so dass der Boden von uns gebrochen wurde, um in & aus dem Badezimmer zu gehen. Andernfalls ist der Ort sehr sauber. Es gibt keine Feuer entkommen, da es ein privates Haus ist. Sie müssen den Besitzer kontaktieren, um ihn vor Ihrem Datum und Ihre Ankunftszeit zu informieren, da er nicht immer da ist. Er ist freundlich und hilfreich.

We had a lovely one night stay Very helpful and friendly hosts who live in the adjoining building Location is perfect. In between West Street and Quanzhou Ancient City. About 20 to 30 mins walk to each direction. The ginger duck dinner (10 mins walk) and taro fritter right at the back street of this mishu (both recommended by the host) were one of the best food throughout our Fujian trip. We appreciated the host allowing us to freeze our food and helped us arrange a driver to send us to Xiamen the next day. It's door to door at RMB70 per pax (if sharing the cab with others). Cheaper than didi + train + didi and less time consuming. The room size is slightly on the smaller side but we don't mind as we were out all day. All the basic amenities needed are provided. Most important is its clean and comfortable. As I booked using non-Chinese no and can't read Chinese, I did not receive notifications from host right after my Trip.com booking . We depended on Baidu map to guess the location after the taxi dropped us at the main road. Be prepared to walk 2 mins into small/back lane and to enter an unlock gate to enter the compound of 2/3 residential building cluster. A bit confusing for us but we managed to locate the minshu after 5 mins. We wish we had more time for Quanzhou. Definitely worth at 2 nights. So much more to explore here.

The hotel, staff and owners are truley amazing. The hotel is ideally situated in the heart if Quangzhou midway between the high speed rail and airport and within walking diatance of most of the primary tourist sites. It is conveniently close to dozens of great restaurants around the corner where we found it easy to get an early breakfast or a late dinner. The staff were incredibly helpful upon arrival and upgraded us from the queen room to a king room. The hotel was initially a little hard to find as it is in the lane behind the retail shops in front where the DiDi driver dropoed us The sign is illuminated in Chinese and we were not sure where to go. Apart from that every thing is 5 star. The bed was extemely comfortable and the room was spotless. The bathroom has a wonderful shower with conventional rain head and wand fixtures. The heated mirror is a very nice feature for after showering. The owners takes great pride in their hotel. A traditional tea station is provided with local tea. We can't talk more highly of this Hotel. We have been travelling for the past 60 days and this was by far the best we stayed in.

I had a pleasant stay at Shuyu Homestay during my time in Quanzhou. The location is very convenient, especially if you want to explore the old town area. Many attractions, local food spots, and small streets are within walking distance, which made it easy for me to move around and enjoy the city. The room is clean and nice, just as shown in the photos on the listing. The photo that I shared below was taken before I checked out (not during check-in), and the room was still well maintained and tidy, which shows that the cleanliness standard here is quite good. The service was also friendly and responsive. During my stay, I requested to upgrade to a queen-size room due to personal reasons and agreed to pay the difference in price. The staff handled my request smoothly and helped arrange the upgrade without any issues, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good service and a convenient location.

There is a lot of eateries around the area, however it is not easy to find the accomodation as it is within a alley. Rooms are big and homely. There is also simple breakfast provided and service is very good. The host helped us carry the luggages up the staircase. Nice place, thank you for the wonderful stay.

Ein Ort voller Liebe! Das beste Hostel, das ich jemals gewesen bin (über Asien und Europa) Gelegen im alten Bezirk Quanzhou so bequem zu gehen die meisten der Plätze Holt eine große Lobby, wo Filmscreening und alle Arten von Aktivitäten jede Nacht hat Willkommener Front Desk und ich reaaaaaaaally wie sie. Bringt mich in die Gemeinschaft und teilt mir alles interessante über Quanzhou Die meisten Freiwilligen waren dort die Gäste (beweisen, wie schön die Gemeinschaft ist!) und dank Xinyue, Qiuqiu, Cici, Weiwei, Hongmei, A-Jun, Frau Lin, Bro Cong und Sis Nan, so ein unvergessliches Gedächtnis mit euch Jungs in Quanzhou!

This homestay is superb for me and my family member from Malaysia. The location is great and the pin location is accurate is u grab car from Didi. This homestay can grab Didi anytime.The shop Opposite hotel is 老字号马蹄酥&黄衍明口腔科 as later i will put picture for ur reference. Then u follow the signboard go in the alley then can find the homestay. The owner of this homestay is super helpful and friendly. As my luggage damage in airport, owner help me to get a new luggage online and get it just within a day. The homestay even provide us disposable towel ,face towel , tooth brush and tooth paste everyday. And no need worry about shampoo and body shampoo too. Hassle free and can bring less item if u stay in this homestay. The hotel location is great to grab breakfast and supper too. Some within walking distance restaurant I will put in photo. And 小白车u can take from this homestay to many travel attraction just rmb 2. All in all, this homestay is good value for money and i would like say thank you to the owner of this homestay for the pleasant stay during my trip. Definitely we will come back again Quanzhou just want stay in Lanxin courtyard only. 这家民宿对我和我来自马来西亚的家人来说太棒了。位置很好，如果你用滴滴打车，定位很准确。这里打车很方便。酒店对面的商店是老字号马蹄酥&黄衍明口腔科，稍后我会贴上图片供你参考。然后你跟着招牌走进小巷就能找到民宿。这家民宿 的主人非常乐于助人和友好。由于我的行李在机场损坏了，主人帮助我在网上买了一个新行李，一天之内就拿到了。民宿甚至每天为我们提供一次性毛巾、面巾、牙刷和牙膏。也不用担心洗发水和沐浴露。如果你住在这家民宿可以带更少的物品省略不少行李过重的麻烦。酒店位置很棒，三餐都能吃到好吃的食物。一些步行距离内的餐厅我会贴在照片里。而且从这家民宿乘坐小白车前往许多旅游景点只需 2 元人民币。总而言之，这家民宿物超所值，我要感谢民宿主人让我在旅途中住得愉快。我们一定会再来泉州，再次住在蓝馨。或许可以说是蓝馨让我爱上了泉州，这个充满人情味的民宿。
