The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They provided useful itinerary suggestions, and food recommendations. As a foreign guest, the staff proactively shared their WeChat ID and it’s recommended to share yours as well, as they are cautious about scams. Communication through WeChat was smooth and very helpful. A RMB 200 deposit is required, but as a foreigner there was no issue with the transaction. They were also kind enough to help me operate the washing machine, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and well-kept. The bed was comfortable, and I especially liked the pillow—it suited my preference well. One small thing to note is that it took a bit of time to figure out how to maintain a consistent shower temperature, as it would sometimes be too hot or too cold. Also worth mentioning: part of my room had a low ceiling. You’ll need to be careful when standing up—I bumped my head a few times during my stay 😅. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience with very attentive service. I would still recommend this homestay, especially for travelers who value helpful staff and local guidance.

房間地理位置很好，就在西街裏，出門就可以開始吃吃吃！ 環境：很有大户人家的感覺，房間細節好特別，連窗户都有造景，晚上不想關全部燈，還有一讚小燈裝在窗户，燈光柔和，好適合喜歡開小夜燈的我！ 服務：第一晚吃得太飽了，想喝茶，以為就衹有茶葉和熱水，結果老闆端來了一套餐具，那晚把吃剩的薑母鴨熱了，坐在小院子裏一邊喝茶一邊吃，太寫意了！ 老闆還發了一堆好吃的推薦餐廳，還有伴手禮，幾乎全部都吃了一遍！沒有踩雷，都好好吃！ 很好的入住體驗，下次要再來！

It’s the perfect balance of old-world charm and modern convenience. This family-run homestay — hosted by a lovely couple and their two children — offers a genuine and welcoming experience. The guest room is a renovated part of the old home: clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials. Beyond the nostalgic architecture, what makes this place truly special is the tea room. It’s a hidden gem filled with rare and high-quality teas sourced from various regions. Guests are warmly invited to sit, sip, and chat — not just about tea, but also about culture, stories, and everyday life. Even as a foreigner with only basic Chinese skills, I felt completely at ease spending time in the tea room, exchanging thoughts with the host. Language wasn’t a barrier at all — tea became our shared language. This was my first time staying in a tea house, and it left me with beautiful memories. If you're looking for something authentic, relaxing, and deeply rooted in local life and tea culture, Wanran is a must.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Zimmer in einem Drei-Store-Terrassehaus in einem ruhigen Bereich. Es ist in einer ziemlich zentralen Lage, aber Sie müssen etwa 7 Minuten von der Hauptstraße zu Fuß zum Haus zu kommen. Das Gebiet ist sicher, auch wenn in der Nacht zu Fuß. Es gibt viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte entlang der Hauptstraße. Sie können auch den weißen Minibus dort fangen. Unser Zimmer war im 2. Stock (Chinesisches 3. Stock). Es war ziemlich kalt, als wir dort waren. Es gibt keine heiße Klimaanlage. Wir wurden eine kleine Heizung gegeben. Es hielt das Zimmer warm, aber es konnte nicht trocknen das Fliesenboden, so dass der Boden von uns gebrochen wurde, um in & aus dem Badezimmer zu gehen. Andernfalls ist der Ort sehr sauber. Toiletten und Slips mitgeliefert. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine auf dem oberen Stock, kostenlos zu benutzen, aber keine Trockner. Unsere Kleidung hatte Schwierigkeiten, trocknen, da die Trocknungsfläche ein Zimmer mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist. Dusche & Toilette ist zusammen. Es gibt ein kleines Zimmer, in dem man sich Ihre Kleidung handwaschen kann, wenn man kaufen möchte, würde ich nicht raten, dass wie Trocknen schwierig ist. Kein Aufzug. Es gibt keine Feuer entkommen, da es ein privates Haus ist. Sie müssen den Besitzer kontaktieren, um ihn vor Ihrem Datum und Ihre Ankunftszeit zu informieren, da er nicht immer da ist. Er ist freundlich und hilfreich.

這家民宿在古城東邊，在泉州5天4晚都住在這裏。民宿的位置很好，離老城區各主要景點都不遠，步行或公交車或小白車即可達；同時又很幽靜不在鬧市區。 民宿主人夫婦很熱情和善，入住當天請我吃水果，遊玩一天回到民宿還邀請我和他們一起聊天喝茶吃零食。很喜歡這種民宿，能夠體驗泉州當地的風土人情，像是到了朋友家裡一樣。店家還收養了兩衹流浪狗狗，其中一直叫藍莓的特別可愛 入住時給我升級了房間，退房時還給我延遲退房了。 五星推薦這家民宿。

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der Mei-Gade, das Essen ist sehr bequem, die Zimmer sind sauber, die Sound-Effizienz ist allgemein, die Sprachgeräusche der Seiten liegen, die Bewegungen der Sauberkeit der Tante Guang am Morgen können gehört werden. Der Service der kleinen Schwester der Rezeption ist sehr gut 👍🏽👍🏽.

I had a pleasant stay at Shuyu Homestay during my time in Quanzhou. The location is very convenient, especially if you want to explore the old town area. Many attractions, local food spots, and small streets are within walking distance, which made it easy for me to move around and enjoy the city. The room is clean and nice, just as shown in the photos on the listing. The photo that I shared below was taken before I checked out (not during check-in), and the room was still well maintained and tidy, which shows that the cleanliness standard here is quite good. The service was also friendly and responsive. During my stay, I requested to upgrade to a queen-size room due to personal reasons and agreed to pay the difference in price. The staff handled my request smoothly and helped arrange the upgrade without any issues, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good service and a convenient location.

There is a lot of eateries around the area, however it is not easy to find the accomodation as it is within a alley. Rooms are big and homely. There is also simple breakfast provided and service is very good. The host helped us carry the luggages up the staircase. Nice place, thank you for the wonderful stay.

Das beste Hostel, das ich jemals gewesen bin (über Asien und Europa) Gelegen im alten Bezirk Quanzhou so bequem zu gehen die meisten der Plätze Holt eine große Lobby, wo Filmscreening und alle Arten von Aktivitäten jede Nacht hat Willkommener Front Desk und ich reaaaaaaaally wie sie. Bringt mich in die Gemeinschaft und teilt mir alles interessante über Quanzhou Die meisten Freiwilligen waren dort die Gäste (beweisen, wie schön die Gemeinschaft ist!) und dank Xinyue, Qiuqiu, Cici, Weiwei, Hongmei, A-Jun, Frau Lin, Bro Cong und Sis Nan, so ein unvergessliches Gedächtnis mit euch Jungs in Quanzhou!

Es gibt viele Zimmer auf der ersten Ebene. Das Zimmer für zwei ist ein wenig wunderschön, aber die Familienzimmer haben ein größeres Zimmer für drei. Einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, die wirklich hilfreich ist. Es wäre hilfreich, einige Hügel in den Zimmern zu haben.
