JJohnTingFirstly the reason why my wife and I decided on this boutique hotel was to sample the overall standard of the new crop of small locally operated boutique hotels springing out over China.
Generally happy with our choice and decision.
We were greeted upon checking in and daily when we went out and coming back by the young man who was managing the establishment.
A great personal touch was that he actually came out of his office and greeted us at the courtyard with a ready smile.
Location was good as it was relatively near to Longmen Grotto and also the famous lamb soup for breakfast (we were given complimentary vouchers for our first day breakfast by the hotel. Although the place was across the road from the hotel, we had to walk about 1.1km each way as the crossing could only be made at the traffic light zebra crossing.
One ”romantic” feeling my wife and I had was hearing the low rumbling of the freight train transversing across the hotel. It reminded us of staying in the English countryside and hearing the train in the distance.
Light sleepers might find this distracting but we are h
eavy sleepers.
Another selling point of this hotel was the well manicured courtyard planted with lots of different varieties of flowering plants and trees.
It was an excellent place for us to relax in the late afternoon after some heavy sightseeing.
The only downside and hopefully the hotel operator can improve is that the floor of the room seems to be a bit dusty because the floor towel in the washroom started to show stains of dust.
However, everything else is clean especially the important items like bedding and towels.
Strawberries were bought after visiting Erlitou Archaeological Museum and Site

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Gemeinschaftsräume geräumig und mit einem kostenlosen Billardtisch, einer Waschmaschine und sogar einem Laufband ausgestattet – einfach super! Es gab auch einen separaten Bereich zum Arbeiten oder Lesen. Die öffentlichen Toiletten und Duschen waren alle abgetrennt, und es gab sogar einen Kinosaal mit täglich wechselnden Filmen. Der Service war exzellent, und die Rezeption war rund um die Uhr besetzt.
Die Lage war ebenfalls fantastisch; die Wanda Plaza befand sich direkt unter dem Hostel, und die Tianfu-Straße war ganz in der Nähe!

I recently stayed at See You Homestay Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is unbeatable — just a few steps away from major tourist attractions and surrounded by numerous restaurants and hanfu rental shops. It’s also tucked away in a quiet area, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Luoyang.
The convenience of nearby shops and eateries was a huge plus. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a more traditional meal, you'll find plenty of options just outside the door.
In terms of value, the cost was more than reasonable for the high-quality stay we received. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. I was especially impressed by the integration of AI technology in the room, which added a modern touch to the experience.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service. The owner was genuinely kind and welcoming — he helped carry our luggage to the room and was always ready to assist with a smile. His knowledge of Luoyang's history added a personal and enriching touch to our trip. What truly stood out was his thoughtfulness: knowing that guests would be tired from sightseeing, he personally designed the beds and pillows, and I can honestly say they were more comfortable than those in many high-end hotels.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend See You Homestay Hotel to anyone visiting Luoyang. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

我最近入住了回见民宿酒店，整个住宿体验非常棒。酒店的地理位置极佳，离主要的旅游景点只有几步路，周边还有很多餐厅和汉服租赁店，环境安静又方便，简直是市中心中的世外桃源。
周边商铺和美食应有尽有，走几步就能找到各种餐厅，无论是小吃还是正餐都非常方便。
住宿的性价比非常高，价格合理，服务和质量远超预期。我们的房间宽敞干净，设施现代，还配有AI智能科技，住起来非常舒适。
特别要表扬的是这里的老板非常热情好客，不仅亲自帮我们把行李提到房间，还非常友善、健谈，对洛阳的历史也非常了解，给我们讲了很多有趣的故事。他非常体贴，考虑到游客在外奔波一天肯定会很疲惫，所以亲自设计了床垫和枕头，舒适度远胜许多连锁大品牌酒店。
我一定会再次选择入住，也会向朋友们强烈推荐这家酒店。如果你来洛阳旅游，回见民宿酒店绝对是不二之选！

GGastnutzerProblem 1. I arrived at the hotel shortly after 4pm on the checkin day but learned that the room was not available. They rented it out for the hourly rental and told me that the guest just checked out and would take 20 minutes to clean the room for me. I was stuned! As the check in time is 2pm, how could they rent the room out without knowing it was reserved for nightly rental and it only took 20 minutes to clean a room? This kind of operatons is not acceptable. Though the staff was friendly and apologizingly to provide me another type of room, the bed size ( twins) and the window view (no view) were all different and not better. At first I considered to switch what they offered at the time of my arrival because I was very tired. But then I decided to wait because the new room was not better.
Problem 2. At night, when I took a shower, I realized that the water stored in the shower floor like a little basin. It didn't and couldn't get complete dry even till next morning. See photo. The moles have alreay formed a cycle for a period of the time, but the hotel didn't fix it and still rented it.
Problem 3. Another day, I couldn't turn the heater on. The staff then told me they turned the heater off at the end of March.
I will NOT recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Das Management ist sehr systematisch. Als ich eincheckte, traf ich auf einen kleinen Check-in. Die Dame an der Rezeption sagte mir wiederholt, ich solle vor neun Uhr zurückkommen
Obwohl es sich um eine öffentliche Toilette handelt, wird die Toilette, das Waschbecken und das Badezimmer sehr sauber gereinigt, was sehr rücksichtsvoll ist.
Die Klimaanlage ist sehr gut! Auch die Matratze ist sehr bequem! Es gibt auch einen eigenen Waschraum!
Sie können im öffentlichen Raum Billard spielen und Filme schauen. Es ist so bequem, nachts das Licht auszuschalten und Dramen im Videoraum anzusehen

It felt like we're staying in an ancient Chinese castle with modern amenities. Room was well sound-proofed and we could turn in early for the night even though night market was bustling with visitors. Delicious breakfast was available right before Li Jing Gate. Use Google translate to communicate with staff if you can't speak mandarin.

Good point.
1. Less than 5mins walk to Longmen Grottoes.
2. Not far or expensive if to grab a taxi to nearest metro station Balitang.
3. Clean, comfort, modern room setup with sufficient plug points with USB to easy charging.
4. The water heater is ok, just wait for 1 or 2min for it to get warm all good.
5. Room that has actual towel, and not disposable is real comfort.
6. U can ask and pay for breakfast, at 10rmb the reception. Staff will takeaway and send to your room in the morning. 3 menu for selection. Realy good enough.
7. Reception also has, affordable rate and experience driver to some nearby places, Shaolin Temple. Note: Laozun mountain not for foreign tourist.
Very honest driver as they are reliable from the hotel.
8. If you stayed more than 2 nights get a free 1 way to Luoyang Longmen railway station.
9. The room design is new and has all the basic amenities.

IIsmahani SayutiDie Lage ist sehr nahe an die alte Stadt Luyi, weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Als wir angekommen sind, der Boss holt uns auf der Kreuzstraße aufgrund der kleinen Straße, so dass unser Fahrer uns nicht direkt lassen kann. Boss ist sehr nett, obwohl wir nicht Chinesisch verstehen. Wir kommunizieren über Übersetzungs-Apps. Frühstück wird bereitgestellt, aber wir sind spät aufgewacht 😂😂 so die Küche ist bereits geschlossen. Aber es ist ok, weil, wenn wir um eine erweiterte Prüfung gebeten, der Boss genießend keine weiteren Gebühren anbieten. Wir erkunden die alte Stadt creatoyi (5min zu Fuß), liegende Gate (10min über DiDi) und Yingtianmen (18min über DiDi). Das Zimmer ist sehr modern und mit intelligentem System. Der Schließfach verwendet auch Autoschließung, so dass keine Sorgen für den Break-Entry. Das Bett und die Kissen so weich schlafen wir gesund. Es gibt Autobeleuchtung auf dem Spiegel im Badezimmer, die sehr nett für Make-up ist. Es gibt kleine Hof außerhalb des Zimmers, das sehr ästhetisch ist. Allgemeine schöne Umgebung und Erfahrung. Sehr empfehlenswert für Ausländer wie uns.
