在攜程上面約好提前四小時入住，早上八點半過來了説沒有房間讓我等到十點，外面下雪，在大廳裏等了兩個小時直接給人凍傻了，要是沒有空房能不能提前聯繫一下😑，大廳風呼呼吹冷得要死誰受得了，還有從我八點半進來也沒有説讓我去沒有打掃的房間等的，等到快十點我催的時候才説讓我去沒有打掃的房間待會，請問這兩個小時幹嘛去了🫥前台的工作人員就看着人凍着 衞生可以打掃的很乾凈，就是房間門不能反鎖，晚上睡的時候沒啥安全
