The Nigeen Lake View Resort boasts a breathtaking lakeside view, with the room offering panoramic vistas of the shimmering Nigeen Lake. The hotel's design is modern and elegant, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The friendly staff and excellent service ensure a memorable stay. The in-house chef offers a diverse menu with options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the lakeside deck is perfect for enjoying breakfast/lunch/dinner while taking in the scenery. The hotel's location, the stunning views, and the overall positive experience makes this property a must stay in Srinagar. Also, the garden area boasts of a green turf, apple trees and flowers (Tulips included).

A surprisingly beautiful and comfortable experience. On the bank of lesser known Lake Nigeen, it offers not just cozy rooms, excellent personal service but also (and my favourite), wooden jetty to spend your time watching the mountains, skies, water and nature change colours and moods. Quiet broken only by bird chatter and ripple of occasional shikara, this was perhaps the best choice we could have made. The staff was lovely, cooking food to the preference of even our picky parents and one evebing, created a lovely spread of Kashmiri vegetarian food. If you are looking for comfortable home like luxury, this is your place.

We loved our stay in the resort. The team of staff, helped and made our stay so comfortable. All the requests were promptly answered and resolved. The views and scenes of snow-clad peaks made this place and memory beyond memorable. The garden area was perfect for the children to play in.

One of the best resorts in srinagar with stunning lake view rooms and a amazing deck with mesmerzing views. Be it there food and service top notch if you are travelling to kashmir in srinagar book this resort as pripority shoaib bhai 7stras to his management and work skills. Ans best of luck to the team for making our stay memorable will visit again

It is not hotel or resort.Personal property located far from the market and main road.It is located at nigeen lake only good things view of nigeen lake.
Lack of basic amenities of stay like kettle chair , towel etc
we booked for 3 nights
Food are good like home but too costly .they have even charged for daily water bottle provided in rooms @ Rs50 per bottle.
only 3 staff is there who manage accomodation of both house boat and rooms.
Staff are cooperative and good nature

It was a nice property located in the Nigeen lake. It has a private deck for site seeing. Manager and the support staff were decent, polite and hard working. Food was very good. They had a houseboat facility attached with which however seemed to be their priority.(This I felt was not good) Room was nice and spacious. Toilet was also clean. Overall it was an excellent property to stay and enjoy the vacation

Rooms are pretty good and staff is really helpful. Food is also great. Would love to visit again. One improvement I can think of is adding a landline instead of mobile call but it's only a small improvement. If you want serenity and peace on Nigeen lake with sunset view, you should definitely give it a try.
