The service was friendly, the rate is very reasonable, but when you enter the room, it becomes clear why the rate is so low. The room is clean but it doesn’t look clean. This place needs renovation. Paint is peeling in the tub and there are minor stains that can’t be cleaned. It’s just icky, but will work if you’re desperate.

It's not worth paying so much because the room is not clean. The room has two paintings that make me so scared.

We paid for the hotel stay through trip.com in full Then the hotel charged us $34.50 at the reception. We did not use any extra amenities or services.

I booked 2 rooms on line. When we arrived the hotel only had 1 room reserved. The staff was very nice, assuring me not to worry she could straighten it out which she did. The other couple we were traveling with paid for there room. When I checked my credit card statement, I have been charged for both rooms(still 1 week later)

Seems the property is undergoing renovations. The elevator got stuck. Our sink and toilet were slow to go down. The room was dated but relatively clean. No soap in the bathroom. Double beds need to be Queen beds Overall it was a nice stay but the property needs work.

It was fine for a hotel stay. The hotel is out dated. The bathtub was pretty scuffed up and the furniture in the room was pretty clunky or chipped in areas. I went to the fitness center and the treadmill didn't work properly. You could go as slow as 1 mph, but the increase speed button was broken, so you couldn't go any faster. The parking lot was huge, but has some pretty big potholes in places. The breakfast was sufficient, but I've had better breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express in other locations. All in all, it wasn't a bad stay, just average. The staff was very nice, though.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice clean well appointed room. All bathroom essentials there. TV worked, room temp great can’t complain about anything.

This propert is worse than a motel their are no renovations dobe, its old stained and should not carry the holiday inn name. This was the worse holiday in I've ever stayed in. With no care in the world about complaints and i requested a refund

The night front desk staff were very helpful. Recommended the Mexican restaurant across the street, and it was awesome.

Room needs a makeover. Paint wise for example. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

the location was ok for my needs,the facility need some major upgrade especially the rooms and the elevator does not work sometimes the entry door to the was very hard to open sometime i have to push very hard when swip the keypad. parking was limited and the outside area need more lighting for safety.
