"Ich bin so froh, mit einer Gruppe von Freunden nach La Bastiglia zurückzukehren, in süßer Spello zum 4. Mal! La Bastiglia ist ein fantastisches Boutique-Hotel, perfekt an der Spitze der mittelalterlichen Hügelstadt von Spello gelegen. Die Lage bietet glorreiche Szenenblicke rund um die Stadt, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum historischen Zentrum der Stadt, und neben Ihnen ist endlos, ruhig, grüne Umbrien Hügel und Tale. Man kann nicht den einfachen Weg entlang eines römischen Wasserleitungs, durch die Puppies und Olivenbäume so weit wie man will, oder bis zur nächsten Stadt Collepino verpassen! Dann belohnen Sie sich mit einem Tauch in Bastiglias Pool. Die Lobby ist alles, was ein 17th-hundert-Boytthotel sein sollte, voll von Busten und Antiquitäten. Das Personal des Front Desk, Manager Mattia und alle anderen haben immer so willkommen und nett gewesen, und die beeindruckenden Gerichte des Restaurants waren immer lecker. Wir haben ALWAYS in La Bastiglia geblieben und hoffen, jedes Jahr weiterzumachen - es ist die perfekte Umbrianische Haltestelle - und nicht nur für das Flower Festival!"

"Three night stay in this "hotel" with a small room used as a reception, file cabinet and breakfast room. The rooms located in a "condominium" that you reach by crossing a road, fortunately not very busy, were poorly soundproofed. In the morning at breakfast to sit at a table you had to move what was used by other customers and the trays were often empty. Positive note the location, very convenient to the center of Spello."

"Great little B&B very close to Spello. We used it as a base to explore Umbria for 4 nights. The property is on a main road just outside the city walls with public parking across the road. We did find a couple of times when returning due to the bank holiday or the weekend that getting a parking spot could be sometimes difficult. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom however unfortunately there was a drainage smell issue which ruined our stay a little bit. We put a towel over the shower drain which fixed it for the most part. Breakfast was great with a savoury or sweet option per person, coffee and juice etc. You won't go hungry! It was too cold for the pool in May but we used the spa after a lengthy Roman trail which was amazing. Overall a good place for the price."
