Staff great. Not really walking distance to the airport with baggage though

Nice budget hotel close to airport. I arrived late and left early so did not spend lots of time there but my overall experience was good. Unfortunately they did not have any amenities for their guests and the only way to purchase was with coins. Great hotel for a layover or an early flight next morn! The room was nice and clean and the duvet & pillows were actually amazing!!!

Good location for a short stay out of town. It’s a 10 mins walk to the airport. Clean & nice hotel with friendly staff. Will recommend for transit flight stay.

As always - really comfy rooms: Had everything we needed & particularly impressed with the great, accessible room for my Mother, with a walk in shower! Extremely helpful, courteous, patient, helpful staff both on reception and at dinner and breakfast - they could not to enough to make our stay a pleasant one. Also - loved the meal deal - great value! Will be sure to return in the future! Thanks Premier Inn Lpool John Lennon Airport!

Location was a short walk to the airport which was good as we had to be there at 4am. Generally the room was in good order and the double bed was very comfortable. The restaurant food was very tasty and the main feature of the dish was very good i.e. the fish for the fish and chips was great and the spicy chicken burger was cooked well and very tasty. We stayed in a twin room so this suggests more than one person. Perhaps there should be more than 1 chair in the room. We had 2 large towels but only 1 small towel in the room. The sofa bed was very poor in comparison to the very comfortable double bed The restaurant food was very tasty but the portion of skin on chips with the chicken burger and the portion for the fish and chips was disappointingly little especially for the price paid.

Lovely stay room was clean and fresh bed was comfy . Morgan in the breakfast area was lovely and very polite seated us all quickly and food was brought out quickly to . Very happy and cheerful fantastic just what you want in the morning . Thank you Morgan . We have all had a lovely stay before we fly out on holidays we will be back soon . X

Convenient to to airport,good transport links to to city centre great value,friendly staff clean and tidy definitely will stay here again

Conveniently close to the airport, within easy walking distance. Bus into city on main road (on the opposite side) Arriva buses so you can buy a day ticket online & scan each time you get on a bus. Staff in the hotel were friendly & accommodating to any requests. I have one daughter who is gluten intolerant & one who is Dairy-free. As soon as we arrived for breakfast our greeter asked if we had any allergies/dietary needs. We were given a printout of the Allergen information on all the food available at breakfast. This meant the girls knew easily what they were able to eat & made it a relaxed meal. My daughter isn't a fan of GF bread, hasn't found one she likes. She was given some GF toast which she put Nutella on. She said it tasted like pancakes so was delighted!!! Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Liverpool. We always love a Premier Inn stay but I have to say, this has been hands down, my best stay. As usual the bed was so comfortable I slept through the night. I even was happy with my pillow, which I can't normally say with a hotel stay!!

This hotel is the second closest hotel to Liverpool Airport. It is easy to find, and a relatively new premier inn with all the facilities. Very highly recommended.

Needed hotel close to airport and this was an easy 10 mìnute walk from terminal. Always happy to stay at Premier Inns as know will have clean room and comfortable beds!

I arrived after midnight and got checked in ok, the staff member was very helpful and friendly, however I was quite disappointed at the size of the room given it was a family of 4. A folding bed was just squeezed in which left no realistic floor space to move about / for suit cases. Very loud and minimal to no sound proofing between rooms. Only 1 towel provided for 4 people. Not the end of the world, clearly just a mistake and it was resolved, but quite frustrating when you’re on a clock and having to find someone due to the unmanned reception in the morning. I would probably avoid this premier inn in future if travelling with kids. Suitable for a single adult / couple though.
