Insgesamt waren wir nach dem Lesen einiger Bewertungen über Reinigkeit zufrieden überrascht. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gut gepflegt und kein Geruch, da es ein Haustierzimmer war. Wir waren aus medizinischen Gründen dort und verbrachten viel Zeit im Zimmer. Ich hätte gern einen zusätzlichen Seitensitz oder kleinen Tisch und Stühle. Der Computersitz war nicht komfortabel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und glücklich mit einem komplimentären Shuttle nach und von dem Hotel nach Mayo. Das Personal war sehr auf unsere Bedürfnisse mit unserem Hund und Shuttle Hilfe. Es gab ein wenig Geruch von ****, aber nur ein wenig in der Nähe des Aufzugs. Unser Zimmer riecht nie. Wir waren sehr glücklich mit dem Preis und den Rabatten angeboten. We have stayed twice at the Hilton, and strongly agree with all of the positive comments regarding this hotel. We had a King Corner Room for each stay, and I wanted to describe the differences between the two. The rooms ending in 20 (1520, 1620, etc.) were the larger of the two and faced north and east, with primary views of the Mayo Civic Center. The rooms ending in 02 (1502, 1602, etc.) were slightly smaller and faced north and west. These rooms have spectacular views of the entire Mayo Clinic downtown location. Either room location is great and I would agree to have access to the Executive Lounge during your stay. It is worth the small extra amount for this access. Again, this is by far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, particularly in this country.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, spacious apartment. The beautiful apartment, beds, pillows and linens were very comfortable. Access to Mayo Clinic and restaurants was exceptional. Never had to venture out in the cold. They even provided a wheelchair for the entire week. The staff was awesome. Would stay here again

Beyond my comfortable and clean room and bathroom, the useful in-room exercise equipment and great gym, and the surprisingly delicious food I ordered from the bar, my experience at this hotel surpassed my expectations when a manager helped me through a difficult situation. I parked one stormy evening in a Starbucks space under the hotel when all else was full. I intended to move my car the next morning before Starbucks reopened, but forgot to do so before catching the Mayo Clinic shuttle. When I called the hotel, I eventually received a call back from Nick. Because I had back-to-back appointments, I couldn't return to move my car. Nick drove to the clinic, picked up my keys from me at the front entrance, moved my car, and returned my keys and a nice note to my room. He also texted me a photograph of my keys in my room. Nick's willingness to go above and beyond is commendable, and he is a primary reason I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mayo.

SSixOneTwoWe stayed at this property for a number of stays over six months while making visits to the Mayo Clinic. The staff is to be highly commended for their incredible sense of service to the Clinic customer base. Many times we observed people in serious physical condition being treated with empathy and accommodation. The front desk and shuttle staff made it clear that they were there to assist with a wide variety of needs. Rooms are clean, safe, quiet and comfortable. Kitchen is well-appointed with whatever you need to prepare meals. Plenty of linens are provided for bathroom and pull-out sofa. Pool area is nice, hot tub worked every time we visited. The outdoor seating areas around the property are a bonus. Tons of shopping and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk, including Macy's, Barnes & Noble, Trader Joe's, Panera, burger joints, and sit-down dining. Shuttle takes guests between hotel and Mayo / St. Mary's, or to the grocery store, the mall, or restaurants, and I believe the schedule was 6 am to 9 pm. The final deal-maker here, is the availability of EV charging facilities in the underground parking garage. Every Hilton property should consider adding this resource.

I have stayed at Aspen Suites several times in last couple years and I see all the same faces . . which tells you something about the atmosphere and business. I love the wonderful breakfast and dinner Mon-Thurs evenings. Food is always delicious and how nice not to have wonder what going to get to eat, etc. HIGHLY recommend Aspen Suites!!

GGuest UserThis is one of the best stays we've ever had at a hotel! They are remodeling because it recently has new owners and is now a Holiday Inn Express, no longer a Comfort Inn. The new owners are amazing and helpful, especially the woman manager/owner. Everyone is very pleasant. Housekeepers do an awesome job refreshing your room daily. Oue room had an EXCELLENT BED with good pillows, new sheets/bedding. The room was extremely clean, new tile, carpet, paint, blinds. Great lighting. New sink& mirror in bathroom with perfect lighting. Plenty of coffee packets! Our room was perfect! The lobby area was being worked on when we were there, but it really didn't pose a problem at all. It was still safe to walk through. Breakfast was scaled back a little due to the remodel but there were plenty of choices. The ice machines have't been hooked up yet but we just bought our own ice, not a problem. The hotel is 4 miles from Mayo clinic but there is a shuttle. It's an easy drive if you drive yourself. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. No street noise at all.

Er konnte es nicht reparieren, aber er gab mir einige Ratschläge, um zu versuchen, als ich nach Hause kam. Es funktionierte und ich möchte Ihnen danken! Das Frühstück ist verrückt! Schöne Auswahl an Lebensmitteln und die Pandeckenmaschine ist lustig! Sie sind auch verrückt! Ich war dort für Mayo Klinikbesuche. Der Shuttle läuft oft und ist eine bequeme angenehme Fahrt. Eine Vielzahl von Lebensmitteln in der Nähe ist nett. Ein Gemüse ist in der Nähe und frische Thyme ökologische Lebensmittel. Zwei Blöcke bis zu 2 feineren Restaurants. Über den Parkplatz ist McDonald's K.F.C. Toppers Pizza und mein Lieblings-Jersey Joes Cheesesteaks.

Ich genossen das Frühstück jeden Morgen mit einer großen Auswahl an Essen. Der Pool war ein Bonus. Ich würde dieses Motel sehr empfehlen, da meine Erfahrung 5 Sterne war! Ich beabsichtige, jederzeit in der Stadt zurückzukehren. Sehr sicher für den soloreisenden. Schöne Landschaft und Lage in Rochester Minnesota

Location Location Location The HGI is very convenient to Mayo Clinic via Skywalk and the Subway Proximity to The Galleria and a large variety of dining options at an array of price points is a definite plus. Front desk staff were polite and eager to help . Self parking is off property about 2 Minute drive /5 minute walk from hotel. A complimentary shuttle is available for Mayo Clinic ; Other locations will incur a fee. Valet parking on property is $21. The price of our stay was about $250 for two nights . Ask for the Mayo rate; I partially paid with Hilton Honor points. We did have a little trouble having special requests honored … daily cleaning/ fresh towels, extra blanket, coffee replenished. There seemed to a bit of communication breakdown between the front desk and housekeeping, We experienced a similar issue with the Chesterton HGI in Chesterton , IN Just a heads up … the front lobby is being remodeled and upgraded. Continental breakfast ($ 7.95) and full hot breakfast ( $14.95) are available during the remodeling process

Quick 1 night stay at TownePlace Suites in Rochester. My check-in experiences with Seth was personable and service focused. Among other things, was acknowledged for Lifetime Titanium status (at a limited service hotel when it doesn’t even happen regularly at JW properties). I knew immediately I needed to recognize this associate with a positive review for going out of his way to make a positive difference in my day. Thanks again, Seth.
