Great man, he made my stay worth it! I was really stressed with work and needed some documents printed and he saved my presentation!

Das Frühstück war schön. Ich mochte auch die Umgebung und die Farben, die das Hotel verwendet hat, um das Hotel zu dekorieren, waren sehr modern. Es gab wirklich nicht viel zu tun um das Hotel herum zu Fuß erreichbar, aber es war ziemlich komfortabel. Die Gegend war auch nicht zu laut. Die einzige Beschwerde ist, als ich nach einem Kamm fragte, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie Haarbürsten verkaufen. Dies hatte mich verwirrt, weil eine Beilage im Zimmer eindeutig darauf hinwies, dass die Rezeption diese Artikel hatte. Aber ich würde dieses Hotel anderen empfehlen.

Honestly this is the cutest hotel! I was road tripping through Texas and stopped in Lubbock but wanted to extend my stay because I loved this hotel that much. 10/10 would recommend! All of their attention to detail in the rooms, the staff, the cleanliness, everything was perfect, and the price was more than fair! A hotel of this quality would have easily been $1000 per night in Austin.

I don't ever write reviews but I felt the need to on this trip. I went to visit my father for Christmas, away from my husband. They are refusing to refund me for two nights unused because I had to check out early. The breakfast was mediocre and cold. The beds were surprisingly uncomfortable and the staff was not great either. When I checked in it was good but checking out, the lady seemed annoyed because I mentioned I would be checking out early and that's all I said. I will NEVER stay here again and I do not recommend this hotel.

A decent place to stay for a couple of nights if you’re in West Lubbock. There are some good dining options within a couple of miles, including some well-known chains and a couple of good local restaurants like Plaza and Teddy Jack’s. For a Fairfield, the fitness center was well equipped, the breakfast was decent both mornings I was here. The yogurt fridge was well stocked, but I didn’t see any fresh berry options. Minor inconveniences included the elevator not being operational (I was on the first floor, fortunately.) and the side doors to the parking lot, not allowing entry back into the building… One has to enter through the main entrance every time. However, my room was very clean upon check-in, and the staff was polite (especially the kitchen guy). There is a train track across Milwaukee Avenue, but I only heard/saw one train on my stay, and that was an extremely short one.

JJane HThere is no shortage of extended suite hotels in Lubbock. Many of them are new and most of them are gray boxes, with all gray interiors, harsh lighting, and cold furniture and fabrics. If that's what you want then stay at those places. Embassy Suites Lubbock may not be the newest property in town, but it is clean, hospitable and inviting. The plants throughout the solarium lobby are well-tended and add a fun and unique vibe to the space. We stayed with our almost one-year-old and she enjoyed the plants and Christmas decorations (we wish the fish were still in the water feature!). The lighting is warm and ambient not harsh...what a novel concept that modern hotels have forgotten! Yes much room furniture is worn, with the exception of mattresses which seem new and are extremely comfortable. We found the breakfast hot and delicious. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was hearty and yummy. Water was hot and we appreciated having a bathtub for baby instead of the typical shower. We 100% recommend for families. Staff was gracious and helpful. Folks leaving negative reviews have plenty of other vanilla choices in town. The property is what it is and I'm glad they aren't trying to be like every other property.

Everything was nice except we woke up to a hallway full of **** smell in the middle of the night. The hotel took care of it the next day.Food was great, area was great, would definitely stay again. Manager was very gracious

It was an okay stay. Beds were fine. Door & lock worked. Shower worked and was clean. That’s all we really needed. However, this place looks like it used to be a luxury hotel, but now it’s really run down. It actually kinda made me sad to see how run down it looks from its glory days that I imagine in my mind. Even my 7 yo daughter said “wow, this place looks like it used to be really pretty”. I think if some corporate executives came by and saw the state of this place, they would feel the same way and maybe give them the budget for the improvements that it really needs.
