Pros: 1. The bed is incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. It's the best welcome at night and the hardest goodbye in the morning. 2. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 3. The room walls are effectively soundproof? I didn't hear my neighbors at all, which was fantastic. 4. The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, (Eggslut is just around the corner). Cons: 1. There is a $32 daily destination fee that wasn't included in the booking or communicated at check-in. It's unclear what this fee covers, especially since amenities like water are only available in the hall and cleaning service was only requested every 3-4 days. I was only informed about this fee upon check-out, resulting in an unexpected additional charge of over $400. My stay was good, but the hotel needs to improve communication and be transparent about additional fees (destination, gratuity etc).

Ich habe den Spa-Bereich an diesem Standort genutzt und werde definitiv so oft wie möglich wiederkommen! Sheila war freundlich, professionell und zuvorkommend, und auch die anderen Mitarbeiter waren einfach fantastisch. Es fühlte sich wirklich an, als würde man in eine andere Welt eintauchen, fernab vom Trubel und Schmutz der Straßen von Downtown Los Angeles.

Nach mehr als zwei Monaten später kommentierte ich vor kurzem sehr viele Dinge und hatte endlich eine ernsthafte Zeit. Zum ersten Mal allein aus dem Ausland, ins Hotel, dachte ich, ich wäre nicht ständig, und es war sehr glücklich, den Sommer zu treffen! In anderen Ländern ist es wirklich zu nett, Manuskripte und Zungen zu hören. Damals wurde in Trip.com lange gewählt. Jetzt wurde das Hotel endlich zum Hotel gelangt. Ich fand die Einrichtungen sehr neu. schließlich wurde das Zimmer erhöht. Die Zimmertypen sind auch sehr gut. Es muss nicht ausgehen, um das Leben in Holly zu sehen, und es gibt zwei große Balkone. Am nächsten Tag ist es nicht bequem, Gemüse zu essen. Nach fünf Minuten ging ich aus dem Haus in einen großen Laden, vergaß den Namen, es gab Thai-Fong, der Meeresboden. Thai-Fong war sehr heiß, und am Ende kaufte ich es zurück, um zu essen, um einen Tee zu essen. Das Frühstück im Verwaltungskorridor des Hotels ist auch sehr lecker, also die Sorte ist nicht zu viel, Sandfisch ist die meisten zu essen! Das Zimmer ist auch sehr sauber, das heißt am nächsten Tag, wurde festgestellt, dass die verwendeten Schalen nicht neu gewechselt wurden. Nach Mitternacht bereit zum Schlafen, und es wurde Schmutz in dem Bett gefunden. Nach ein paar Jahrzehnte kam der große Gastfreund zur Tür und wechselte mich 🙏. Das Gesamthaus ist sehr komfortabel und das Wasser ist genug zu trinken. Schließlich danke ich Ihnen für den Sommer, weil das Alter nicht genug ist, plus Kreditkartenprobleme (das US-Hotel muss darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden), ich bin sehr geduldig, um alle meine Fragen zu beantworten, ich habe eine Menge Kohle auflöst, ohne sie kann ich nicht im Hotel leben! Am Ende war es auch sehr intim, mich mit dem Uber-Fahrer zu kommunizieren, aber ich habe keine Telefonnummer gefunden, besonders danke! Im Allgemeinen sehr zu empfehlen! Die Landschaft der Berge Beverly ist sehr gut. Jetzt, wo ich in der Schule ins Haus gehe, kann ich mich an diese unvergessliche Erfahrung erinnern. Kalifornien ist wirklich einen Ort, den es wert ist! Es gibt eine Chance, hier zu leben in der Zukunft.

Here's why we gave the experience 3 stars; First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review. The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-) Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance. 1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process. 2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance. Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

I feel a little bad leaving this review. I normally only book at places that are rated by guests as 4+ stars. The good: - the service desk people were lovely, prompt, and very helpful. - the daily breakfast was good - you get to make your own waffles! And the peach yoghurt! There are 3 kinds of cereals, 2 bread, bagel, muffin, fruit; there are scrambled (ish) eggs daily and either sausages or hash or bacon as the other hot option. Tea, coffee, apple and orange juice. - the bed itself was pretty comfy The bad: - the pillows were lumpy. I have never felt such lumpy pillows in my life. - the room smelled - I am unsure what of, but it was acrid/musty/ something - reminded me a bit of carpet cleaning solution maybe?? - the air conditioning turns itself auto on/off, there is no continuous air option (or maybe the button is broken?) - this meant I was oscillating between too hot and cool enough when I was sleeping, woke up sweating a few times The unsure: - didn't try the pool.

Nice, clean, modern hotel, amenities were good the only thing is that there's no pool only jacuzzi, at the time the kitchen/bar didn't have those many options but there's 10% off for the restaurant across the street.

Vorteile: 1. Das Hotel liegt im chinesischen Viertel, sodass man bequem essen und einkaufen kann. 2. Das Frühstück entspricht dem chinesischen Geschmack. Nachteile: Zu viele! 1. Management-Chaos: Wir hatten vier Kinder, buchten ein Doppelzimmer und zahlten. Um 12 Uhr gingen wir zur Rezeption. Dort teilte man uns mit, dass unsere Zimmerkategorie nicht mehr verfügbar sei. Man gab uns ein anderes Zimmer mit der Begründung, dass wir ein anderes finden würden, falls wir nicht bleiben könnten. Obwohl wir uns seltsam fühlten, kümmerten wir uns nicht weiter darum und gingen ins Zimmer. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es ein großes Bett war. Ich ging mit meinem Gepäck nach unten zur Rezeption. Dort sagte man mir, dass es ein Doppelzimmer gegeben habe, aber es war ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. Das machte nichts, wir transportierten vier große Koffer und wechselten erneut das Zimmer. Und dann der größte Nachteil: Nachteil 2: Ich musste vier Tage lang den starken, muffigen und feuchten Geruch ertragen. Das Fenster war Tag und Nacht geöffnet, und trotzdem roch es stark. Ich weiß nicht, ob es am ganzen Hotel oder am Zimmer lag. 3. Schlechter Service, das Hotelpersonal ist unverantwortlich. Die Frühstücksgutscheine reichten nicht aus. Wir sagten, einer fehle. Sie sagten, das Kind müsse extra bezahlen. Ich zeigte ihnen, dass die Bestellung vier Frühstücke beinhaltete. Dann schrieben sie auf den Originalgutschein für Erwachsene, dass das Kind essen könne. Ich ging zur Rezeption und fragte nach Wasser. Ich nannte die Zimmernummer. Sie gaben mir zwei Flaschen und sagten, ich müsse mehr bezahlen. Sie erinnerten uns erneut daran, dass wir in einem Vierbettzimmer seien. Dann gaben sie mir Wasser. Als ich auscheckte, sagten sie, ich könne gehen. Ich sagte, die Kaution sei in bar bezahlt worden. Dann überprüften sie meine Rechnung und zogen 10 Yuan für Parkgebühren ab. Kurz gesagt: Der Service und die Ausstattung sind wirklich die schlechtesten in den Hotels, in denen ich seit Jahrzehnten übernachtet habe.

Everything was clean … staff were very helpful and responded quickly to any requests.  Food from the restaurant was very good.  Would stay here again.

位置很好 在西荷里活大街上 唯一就是低樓層臨街會有點吵 最開始住2樓 當天是週五週六 樓下有party很吵鬧，後來幫換到了高樓層，餐廳食物很新鮮也很好吃，整體體驗還不錯
