Das ist mein zweites Aufenthalt im Conrad. Das Personal ist alle so freundlich und untergebracht. Das Personal am Rezeption vor allem Akshay und Namit waren so freundlich und hilfreich. Die Mitarbeiter im Lounge hatten immer alle Lächeln (um ein paar Tao und Pratike zu nennen und ein paar, die ich vergessen habe) war eine Freude mit zu chatten. Mein immer freundlicher Türmann Lokraj war immer hilfreich. Ein großer Ort, um zu bleiben und wird immer mein Hotel, um in Bangalore zu bleiben. Danke für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt in meiner Woche.

Newly opened and THE most beautiful hotel at Siddapura, Whitefeild, Bengaluru. All team members we met throughout our 5 night stay were very welcoming and polite. We stayed at a king’s room with balcony at the east side which gave us a calm view with bit of the lake that can be seen from 4th floor. Room size is average but everything else about it is comfortable. The teams ensure that smallest requests are fulfilled at their very best. Food and drinks are a chef’s kiss at Nana’s especially the tamarind mojito with the piece of sugarcane in it. The restaurant menu feels bit incomplete as they are working on it. At the moment you cannot find usuals like continental breakfast and few other main international dishes yet. Because the hotel is newly opened, there are few maintenance work going on at the moment such as landscaping around the property, pool maintenance etc. Hoping that crevices will be maintained by detail cleaning especially in wet areas like bathroom, pool etc. Wish there were more restaurants in the hotel or a lounge cafe’ by the pool to relax in the evening. There’s heavy traffic on the side of the road hotel is located during the peak hours which makes it take a little longer to make a U turn by a vehicle but the area is quiet and walkable otherwise. There are many cafe’s and services around. It was a wonderful stay overall for us. Thank you team Slohh. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant stay throughout.

Ich buchte das für einen Freund, der mit uns reiste. Er war sehr glücklich mit dem Zimmer und den Serviceeinrichtungen. Schöne Ein- und Auscheckung. Sumptuöses Frühstück verbreitet. Guter Wert für Geld. Keine Beschwerden, egal. Ich würde nicht zögern zu empfehlen.

酒店在咖啡、胡椒種植園，環境非常安靜優美，圍繞中心湖建立了一些的別墅樓。酒店有3個餐廳，2個是露天的，四面通風，晚上有點涼。晚餐20:00開始。每天17:30種植園有免費導園參觀，學習了很多。衹可惜16:00以後有蚊子比較多，而17:30的遊園讓蚊子有了一頓美餐，如果遊園早上或者下午早一點就可以避免蚊子的問題了。房間硬件還可以，但是浴室、廁所設計非常不合理，進入廁所必須通過淋浴室，洗澡後，廁所地上都是漏進的水，非常滑，如果將淋浴室與廁所的門並排分開，就會解決問題。衞生還可以，枕頭太空棉比較廉價，與酒店價格檔次不符。

Trip.com kontaktierte unverzüglich das Hotel, das die Stornierung beantragt, damit ihr Kunde für die richtigen Termine wiederbuchen kann. Der Hotelmanager weigerte sich, in gutem Glauben zu handeln und die Annullierung und Reservierung zuzulassen. Sie behaupteten, sie hätten keine Verpflichtung, uns zu helfen, da die gewählte Zimmergebühr nicht erstattet werden kann. Glauben Sie, wir werden einen 4-Nacht-Reservierungs-Unterkunft mit dieser Einstellung gegenüber ihren Kunden buchen?

I had a truly memorable stay at ITC Windsor. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The room was beautifully decorated, making the experience feel extra special and personalized. Every member of the guest services team was warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. A special mention to Sameera Shiek, who went above and beyond to ensure every requirement of mine was taken care of with genuine care and efficiency. Her dedication and attention to detail made a lasting impression. It’s rare to come across such exceptional service, and she truly stood out. Overall, a luxurious and comfortable experience. I highly recommend ITC Windsor to anyone looking for a refined and welcoming stay in the city.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our first time in India, and what an amazing stay at The Chancery Hotel! I stayed here with a group of 6 students, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with top-class hospitality. The staff welcomed us with smiles, opened doors, helped with our luggage, and personally delivered everything right to our room doors — truly impressive service from start to finish. The rooms are quiet, clean, and super comfortable. Great beds, modern bathrooms, and even a bathtub to relax after a long day — everything was just perfect. Breakfast was another highlight! A wide selection of Indian food and Japanese options too — such a pleasant surprise and absolutely delicious. There’s also a gym in the hotel, perfect for burning off all the good food 😂💪. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better than this. MG Road is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and malls nearby. Eating, shopping, and moving around were all super convenient. Overall, The Chancery Hotel is trustworthy, great value for money, and highly recommended. A huge shout-out to all the staff — from the entrance, front desk, restaurant, to housekeeping — every single one of you was friendly, professional, and always smiling 👍👏. I recently stayed at the Radisson Bengaluru City Center and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to MG Road, restaurants, and shopping areas. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast had a good variety of options and the quality was enjoyable. I also appreciated the rooftop facilities and overall ambiance of the hotel. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers visiting Bangalore, and I would gladly stay here again.

Was there for one night but no complains at all apart from the room given to me was next to service lift which kept going up and down the whole night. Rest was all cool. The bed was nice.

It's a great place to stay. With complete hygiene and professional staff. I had been staying in this hotel from last 5 years. Amazing place
