Meine Kinder und Frau lieben dieses Hotel wirklich. Seit der Ankunft bis zum Auschecken hatten wir wirklich tolle Zeit. Vollständige Einrichtungen für Kinder, schöne Lebensmittel, tolle Services von allen Mitarbeitern auch wunderbare Atmosphäre dieses Hotel hat es alles. Großes Job adhiwangsa Hotel ... Wir kommen sicherlich nächstes Mal zurück.

Honest review.. stay with the expectation of a 5-star hotel, but the experience is not comparable to the price. The lobby and check-in process are quite good, the welcome drink is refreshing, and the concierge helpfully carried the luggage. Basement parking is also relatively easy. Unfortunately, many important details reduce comfort. The door of the room does not have a stopper so it is often slammed loud and noisy. Soundproofing was not good, the sound from the next room was still heard. The room size is relatively small for the standard 5-star, and there is no minibar at all, even a paid one. For mineral water, use plastic bottles, not the premium ones with glass bottles. The lighting system was confusing and the bathroom lighting was too dim. There are 4 elevators but it is very slow.. there is often a buildup of guests. The pool area is also less well-organized such as having no concept and not weather-friendly because there is no shaded area. It's ridiculous, having to pay an extra 200rb for access to the whirlpool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a disappointment: the menu options were less varied, the taste was standard, and the service was less warm (officers lacked smiles). Overall, I wouldn't really mind these things if the room price wasn't this muc, but with a rate above Rp 2 million per night, this experience is less worth it. Compared to 5-star hotels in Jogja and its surroundings, it is still quite far behind.

Das Hotel ist in der besten Lage. Rauchenzimmer beantragt, aber ich fand das Zimmer ohne aktive Abgase, so der Geruch bleibt noch. Bfast war durchschnittlich.

This hotel is pretty old but maintained well. The check in procedure was pretty smooth. But the coffee machine was broken and room amenities were poor in stock that we had to call the housekeeping to refill and repair it many times. There is no new bottled water but we had to call to have the refilled water delivered. The room was spacious and AC, hot water worked well.

Kamar Luas, bersih, tetapi tidak dengan attitude para karyawannya. Maaf ya, dengan hotel seluas itu karyawan cuma di FO aja, Satpam cuma di pos nya aja.

Gutes Hotel und sie teilen alle Einrichtungen mit Novotel Hotel neben. Aber die Rezeption ein wenig verwirrend über die Erklärung, wo zum Fitnessraum gehen. Zimmer sind geräumig, der Abgasfans im Badezimmer sehr gut so nicht mehr nass. Für das Essen im Zimmer waren die Nudeln und Krebsen gut, aber der Tom yum ein wenig unter der Erwartung.

Amenities are great, the hotel has good outdoor swimming pool. Crews are friendly and accommodating your requests very well. My only complain is the cups inside room are not very clean and some part of the shower. Also, the fridge is not cold at all. But the seevice and hotel itself is very goo

Das alte Hotel ist aber alles so großartig. Wandern Sie vom Mangkunegaran Palast, wenn es dort irgendeine Veranstaltung gibt.
