We came to watch the Challenge Cup final at Wembley, and the Hilton was perfectly sited for our visit. From start to finish we had an amazing stay, the staff,
facilities and food were excellent. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend and will return in the future.

GGuest UserBuchte dieses Hotel, um die Tribute von Taylor Hawkins in Wembley zu sehen. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, was ein Glücksfall auf dem Weg nach draußen war. Das Hotel liegt nicht nur neben Wembley, sondern Sie haben auch jede Menge Restaurants, Boxpark direkt gegenüber mit jeder Menge Streetfood, Bars und Unterhaltung. Designer-Outlet 5 Minuten entfernt.
Wir kamen um 9.30 Uhr aus Schottland im Hotel an und gingen zum Hotel, um zu sehen, ob sie unser Gepäck aufbewahren würden, nur um zu erfahren, dass unser Zimmer fertig war. Wir hatten ein Deluxe - Zimmer , das groß , sauber und komfortabel war . Modernes Badezimmer (einzig negativer Duschkopf sehr klein und billig im Vergleich zum Rest des Badezimmers). Das Zimmer hatte einen Kühlschrank, was heutzutage ein zusätzlicher Bonus war. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich mit kalten und warmen Speisen. Schöner Barbereich.
Ich finde es unfair, wie sehr sie den Zimmerpreis verdoppeln, wenn eine große Veranstaltung stattfindet, aber um fair zu sein, würde ich erneut für die Lage bezahlen, und ich könnte das Hotel nicht wirklich bemängeln, würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

HHellen87Wenn Sie in die Wembley Arena gehen, ist das der beste Ort, um sich auszuruhen. Wenn Sie noch Zeit haben, können Sie zum nächsten Outlet gehen und shoppen gehen. Das ist wirklich toll …
Und natürlich sind der Flur und das ganze Schlafzimmer sauber!!
Wir waren nur etwas enttäuscht. Der Aufzug war ein wenig enttäuscht. Als wir dort waren, war einer der Aufzüge außer Betrieb und das Hotel war wahnsinnig voll, sodass uns diese Kleinigkeit ein wenig verärgert hat.

GGastnutzerHellow Folks Im back with a review for this 3 star rated hotel. Stayed here with a friend. Straight up, I will say, its not a hotel. Its a house...clearly looks like it was a HMO or something similar previously that has not been converted to a hotel. Stayed here 2 nights. Firstly, no one answered the door for a good 7-8 mins...yes, there was a chill in the air! Not nice to be left waiting outside. Nor did anyone answer the smart doorbell... or should I say Not so smart! When we did eventually enter, there was no apology to have kept us waiting. Corridor's smelt funny and musty and so did the room. The bathroom was the worst! I did mention this to reception (which is mostly unmanned by the way) and advised that I was going out to grab a bite to eat if the smell could be investigated or request a room change! I was advised that there were no spare rooms and the smell would be looked into Upon return, the person I had spoken to 1 and a half hours ago... was no longer there. And the person that had taken over...clearly didnt have a handover. After explaining again, the room was changed albeit very begrudgingly and alot of shaking of the head! The new room was far better and more spacious, even though it was a smaller size! Night one went well as the mattress is comfy. However the room clean up the next day.... was well below any hotel standard! Went out for breakfast, came back, Bed was done....sheets not changed. Left used coffee mugs in the sink... not washed! Used towels in the bathroom...not replaced! At least the coffee sachets were replenished. The shower is good I will give them that! Good pressure and temperature control. For those of you that would have read any of my previous reviews, you will know I like a shower with good water pressure!! 😁 Check out is simple...leave the key in the room or at the unmanned reception! (Make a slight effort and find them before you leave...hand the keys to them in person!) Anyway, over to the ratings: Room cleanliness: 3/5 It would have scored a 4 if they would have changed the sheets, provided new towels and at least washed the mugs Location 5/5 10 min walk to Wembley Stadium and the Wembley Outlet Shopping Centre Value for Money: 2/5 Service 1/5 Total letdown and poor attitude. Breakfast - Not an option Overall Rating: 2/5 Dont waste your money, spend a bit more and go to a proper hotel!

3、酒店有停車場，但預訂時無法選擇，因此，務必提前一天跟酒店email聯繫，預訂停車位、付款停車費後，會收到進出停車場的指引。
4、公寓有兩個入口，需要留意你預訂的房間在那邊。apt編號小的入口在high road路邊，公交站旁。apt編號大的入口在一條小路入口處。
5、不要嘗試打電話聯繫管理人員，因為，他們的電話根本打不通。但是，他們回覆email非常快。

GGuest UserWir verbrachten das letzte Wochenende im Hotel und wir waren froh, das Hotel zu buchen, da die Zimmer wirklich sauber und zeitgemäß das Lichtsystem war sehr Cousy und das Rezeption Team sehr freundlich und hilfreich, Die Parkplätze für unser Auto waren wirklich gut, und es rettete uns von Parken Unglück. Ich empfehle es allen, die London besuchen.

JJingxuanziDas Hotel ist schön und der Preis ist sehr erschwinglich. Es ist wahrscheinlich ein von Indern geführtes Hotel und es ist sehr sauber, außer sonntags, zu anderen Zeiten kann man dort für mehr als 500 RMB übernachten. Und der Raum ist relativ groß, viel besser als die engen Räume in der Stadt.

Booked this hotel a week before for 26th night. Upon arrival I was told the the booking has been cancelled due to overbooking. My question was how come no one contacted me, besides, even even using agents, there should be a system in place to avoid that. All I was told was to look for another hotel with no remorse. The fact that it was not my mistake, I would have expected Oyo to find alternative accommodation for me. I asked this several times, but the ladies at Oyo customer service were worse. It was like reading a rehearsed script. I ended up paying times 3 the price, for a night somewhere, which wouldn't have been the case, had they informed me earlier. I spent hours trying to sort out where to stay last minute. I highly doubt that I will ever go book this hotel, no morals, possibly cancelled for higher pay. Remember, money is not everything. Be mindful beforebooking, it could happen to you.

GGastnutzerWe only went in for a drink and food, so I can't rate the rooms (we did stay years ago and everything was fine). Staff were friendly and efficient and the food was gorgeous, generous portions and so reasonably priced. I had scampi and there were about 14 pieces and all for under £10! We love this pub before gigs at Wembley, though my older friends dread the hill 😆
