Дружественный персонал, говорят по-русски, всегда пытались помочь при обращении (и помогали). Каждый день хотели делать уборку номера и менять белье. Нас устраивала ежедневная замена полотенец. Впервые в отелях встретил 2 умывальника в ванной - удобно. На пляже много лежаков. Но к 8 утра мест обычно уже не оставалось. Пляж очень чистый. Комфортный вход в воду. Вода кристально чистая. Это особенно заметно по сравнению с морем в Дубае. Всегда доступны чистые пляжные полотенца. Про бассейн ничего не могу сказать - не пользовались. Питание. Еда на любой вкус. И рыба, и курица, и мясное. Огромное количество холодных закусок. Даже традиционные русские блюда - гречка и манная каша. Всегда арбуз и дыня. На завтрак при тебе готовят яичницу или омлет в любом виде и с любыми добавками. В общем - отличный буфет. Нюанс - на обед и ужин любые напитки за отдельную плату. Сам номер очень просторный, огромная кровать. Странным показалось освещение - в темное время суток света откровенно не хватало. Также удивил совершенно мелкий шкаф. Если отпуск длинный, придется проявить фантазию на счет хранения вещей. Для пляжного отеля крайне важно иметь простые устройства для сушки белья типа бельевой веревки. В целом осталось очень приятное впечатление. Спать под шорох прибоя - это очень круто (если ваш номер на море и погода позволяет). Реко!!!

(Please note: we ended up having a FAMILY SUITE - ocean view (free upgrade because they were full). Not the Standard Family Room with City View, as is titled here.) We had a great time here. The room service menu is great and we ordered a lot from it and didn't leave the hotel - we chilled, looking at the wonderful view of the water/city side, and ate room service for all our meals.The staff are lovely and welcoming and the water view is nice. We were happy with our stay. The wall is really cute, with no painting, but a desert photo as a full-wall mural. I only stayed at non-smoking hotels during the rest of our UAE stay stay, except this one - I could smell cigarette smoke sometimes when in the toilet room. Must be the vents. The carpet could do with a removal and put wood instead, as it smelt a little smokey but not that noticeable and you don't have a balcony or window. Smoking in hotel rooms seems to be an option in the UAE, given booking options at many hotels in the UAE. Overall, I had a nice time here and would stay there again for a day or 2. We were there to be close to Dubai Airport for the next morning's flight.  Again, the staff were lovely. The sofa bed was comfortable for my son. Next door is a tall building being constructed, so you may hear some noise, depending on how close you are to that - just ask to be away from that side. We were literally on the end wall and closest to it and it wasn't a bother really. We were upgraded to a family suite, on the 16th of 17th floor! It was so roomy and fantastic. So many cupboards and space and you can completely shut the door in the adults room and the kids could be out on the double-bed sofa couch. 

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal mit unserem Kind in diesem Hotel. Vorteile: Die Klimaanlage schaltet sich nicht aus, wenn Sie das Zimmer verlassen, sie reinigen es jeden Tag, es ist sauber, der nächste Strand ist etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Diesmal gab es zu einem günstigen Zeitpunkt vor dem Mittagessen einen Transfer zum Strand von Al Khan. Wir bekamen praktisch das am weitesten entfernte Zimmer und daher war es ruhig! Minuspunkte: Das Zimmer war im 1. Stock und dort war es sehr feucht, die Wäsche trocknete überhaupt nicht. Wenn Sie ein Seil kaufen, können Sie es am Balkon aufhängen. Es liegt zwar nicht in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums oder anderer Infrastruktur, ist aber für lauffreudige Kinder ok. Aber es gab einen Transfer zur Mega Mall und zur Sahara Mall

Ich mochte dieses Hotel und Preis sehr. Lage direkt am Meer. Frühstück sind lecker. Unser Zimmer war auf der ersten Etage direkt am Meereseingang. Exzellent breit angelegter Strand und klarer Service in den Zimmern. Rund über die Straße ist ein Gemüsegeschäft - es ist sehr bequem zu kaufen Lebensmittel, Saft und Produkte. Sie können Lebensmittel im Zimmer bestellen - es ist günstig

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gemütlich, kleines Hotel der Art von Boutique-Typ. Hat einen schönen Pool und einen großen Strand mit Bergblick. Es befindet sich in der Stadt, so dass es großartig, die Stadt zu erleben, einen Spaziergang auf der Corniche und Abendessen an verschiedenen Orten. Vor allem das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und angenehm zu interagieren mit. Meine Familie liebte es und dankte dem ganzen Personal für einen großen Aufenthalt dort.
