The Burman was perfection. Amazing breakfast. 24/7 room service. Great spa. Fantastic massage. Beautiful decor, great layout, clean, quiet, updated technology. Every detail was thought of, even a sewing kit which came in handy. Staff was polite and helpful. The location was perfect too. Will stay again.

A very nice centrally located hotel in Tallinn, about 15 mins walk to the old town where the Christmas market is located ( if you are here during that time). Room is nice, bed is comfortable , with nice bath amenities. We booked the junior suite with sauna and fitness equipments, that’s very nice to have all that within your room. Breakfast has good variety of European options . Very good quality too, would recommend this hotel to everyone who come visit Tallinn both for business or pleasure .

I had a great stay at Metropool Spa Hotel and would happily come back. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was a real highlight — for €15 per person, it offered fresh fruits, good coffee, lactose-free milk, soy milk, and even salmon. Everything was fresh and well presented, making it a great start to the day. The spa facilities were also impressive. There’s a small swimming pool and four different types of saunas. My favorite was the Finnish sauna, where you can create löyly (a burst of steam) simply by pressing a button. While there’s no traditional cold plunge pool, there’s a cold water shower positioned right in front of the Finnish sauna, which worked perfectly for cooling down between sauna sessions. Overall, the combination of a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and relaxing spa made it a very enjoyable visit.

Great location, very close to old town. The room is very clean and modern with Aircon. The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities. My booking included access to the water park, it was amazing, never had such a great holiday, definitely recommend coming back again.

Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber die Umgebung war wunderschön und die Angestellten freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Frau war begeistert von Tallinn. Es liegt außerdem ganz in der Nähe des Strandes, und von dort aus gibt es direkte Bootsverbindungen nach Helsinki.

The hotel’s location was excellent and the cleanliness was good, but the service was very poor. At breakfast there was a long queue; I ordered a coffee and it arrived after 1 hour. I reminded them four times that I had ordered a cappuccino. They said there were many people and they couldn’t serve it right away. After I got angry, it finally arrived in 2 minutes 😇 we can’t sleep because of the noise from the air conditioner’s motor.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und Lage. Ein echtes vintage Hotel mit der historischen Hintergrund. Alles Gut, außer für die schwache Sound-beweisende Mauer zwischen den Zimmern. Wir konnten den Sound von der nächsten Tür so deutlich hören, was definitiv nicht sehr kindfreundlich war.

Es sollte viele Finne im Sommer von Tallinn kommen. Der Hotelpreis ist im Himmel. Das Hotel ist billiger. Tallinn ist nicht groß und es ist auch bequem, den Wagen zu fahren. Es gab einen kleinen Verdrehungspunkt, der sagte, es gibt chemische Quellen in der Nähe und ist für eine Weile im Sportsaal vorläufig angebracht.
