We stayed in Aybs for 2 nights last week and loved it. We were a party of 11 with 4 young children. The kids absolutely loved the family room with the slide and ball pit and also the one with the tent. Facilities overall was very clean and common area had a nice and warm feel to it. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating - bonus points for free laundry. On the day of checkout we had to leave at 730am and the Ah Yi came earlier to make breakfast for us before we left. Yan Tai Shan was a very convenient and vibrant location to be in, lots of cafes, boutiques and restaurants. There is a slight inconvenience in getting to the hotel if you have many luggages as there are multiple steps but hotel staff kindly came down to street level to help us, and there is a lift up most of the way. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Fuzhou.

We booked the tree house and it was a wonderful experience. The treehouse facilities are modern with air conditioner and hot water, very comfortable. The entire resort is tastefully designed, surround by an amazing mountain and forest view. The hot spring and swimming pool has a fantastic mountain view as a backdrop and very Instagrammable. The service is tiptop with a team of concierge on call via WeChat to handle your every request and question. The food was very delicious and fresh. We signed up for the free sound therapy course and it was a very soothing and relaxing experience. The trainers were very helpful and friendly. The course was conducted in Mandarin though, I am not sure if they can conduct it in English. I am well travelled and have been to many fine resorts around the world, but this counts as one of the most enjoyable and pampering experience I have had.

Ein wirklich herausragender Service. - Sauberkeit und Ambiente: Tadellos, mit gepflegten Räumlichkeiten und luxuriösem Flair. Die Enttäuschungen: Der Spa-Bereich – eine echte Enttäuschung. - Überhöhte Preise: Die Buchung über den QR-Code im Zimmer kostet 20 % Aufschlag auf den Normalpreis (788 RMB für eine sogenannte „sehr hochwertige“ Massage). Eine irreführende Praxis. - Mittelmäßiger Service: - Unprofessionelle Masseurin: Handy in der Hand während der Behandlung, mangelnde Konzentration und unsachgemäße Technik. - Ungleichmäßige Massage: Ungleichmäßiger Druck, unzureichende Zeiteinteilung und unsachgemäße Manipulation der Wirbelsäule. Das Öl war von minderer Qualität: Es fehlten jegliche Wirkstoffe und natürliche Duftstoffe – weit entfernt vom erwarteten Standard in dieser Preisklasse. Wir hatten fünf Massagen und alle waren gleichermaßen enttäuschend. Das Hotel verdient seine Bewertung, aber der Spa-Bereich trübt das Gesamterlebnis. Für ein Haus dieser Klasse ist es unerlässlich, qualifizierte Spa-Partner auszuwählen und deren Leistungen regelmäßig zu überprüfen. Daher empfiehlt es sich, den Spa-Bereich zu meiden und den Rest des Aufenthalts zu genießen. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert, der Spa-Bereich sollte jedoch mit Vorsicht behandelt werden.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at ZhongYuan Hotel, and our experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed by the warm and luxurious atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night’s sleep. The hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the area. We also really appreciated the thoughtful little details that made our stay even more special. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend ZhongYuan Hotel. Definitely a five-star experience

This hotel is connected to the same building /complex as the Hilton Hotel. However, the entrance is on the side, not at the front. I booked a river view room, but there was no river view. Still, you could see the river bridge and some buildings in the distance. However, I did like wooden table, although you needed cushions to make the chair more accessible. Only 1 english channel - GGTN. The receptionist(s) speak no English, but with translation function on your cell phone, there is no problem. A little bit noisy from the riverside expressway, but I was only there for two nights. There is McDonalds and other restaurants in same building of the hotel. The metro station is about 500 to 600 metres. The major attractions of Fuzhou are about 15 mins away with metro journey for 2 CNY. Convenient stores in the building (local brand) and 7-11 across the street. Major shopping mall is about 500 metres away. There are many paths near the riverside making it a great place to exercise and explore. A discount car used by DIDI to the airport will cost 100 CNY. Overall, the hotel location and price are desirable.

Nice location and the hot springs was nice. Romantic room and the private hot tub on the balcony was OK The only drawback was that they don't accept western credit cards and you shouldn't expect a western breakfast. But the breakfast was still good if you appreciate Chinese food.
