Gostamos de tudo, simplesmente fantástico... Só acho que não precisava cobrar o estacionamento. Tendo em vista que os usuários de aplicativos, já ficam procurando por preço, e o valor que conseguimos de um lugar para outro, é cobrado em outros serviços, neste caso o estacionamento. Ainda foi cobrado 3 dias de estacionamento para duas diárias no hotel. Mas fica a dica para hotéis... Não é legal.

And how both, nothing else can ever compare favorably, and you find your mind wandering back to magic moments from time to time. I have been to hotels on nearly every continent in nearly every famous city you can think of. Hotel Valle D'Incanto has left an indelible impression that can not be forgotten. Ever. The amount of time and care that has gone into the details of the whole experience, from the stately elegance of the gate that greets you on arrival, to the way the thoughtfully placed recessed lighting creates artful architecture out of shadows, is somehow exceed by the esprit de corp of the delightful people working there, who would better be described as good friends you have not seen for quite some time, as opposed to even the best trained staff. I expect it will be not only a place I will visit as often as I am able, but that I will hear delightful stories of my children visiting as well. It is more home than hotel. That is the essence of the magic of this place.

Nach der Geschichte, und berühmt das Hotel hat ein wenig in den Einrichtungen, einige alte Zimmer, und mit Dingen, die nicht funktionieren, nachdem wir gefordert haben, uns auf ein neu renoviertes Zimmer umgegliedert, sollten Sie das Standard für alle Zimmer halten. Restaurant Forneria wunderschön!! Alles Gut!! Betonen Sie Amanda!! Mitte, alles in der Nähe, gut für einen Nachtwandelgang zu Fuß, denn die Sicherheit der Stadt erlaubt uns, einer der seltenen Orte des Landes, wo wir uns auf den Straßen wandeln können. Parkplatz bezahlt die (dritten Unternehmen), wir wissen, an der Ankunft, könnten mehr Gewicht auf den Verkaufsplattformen, aber der Service wert jedes Cent, Agilität und Verantwortung mit dem Fahrzeug, alle Manöver mit einer Bildung und gut Aufpassung über dem Durchschnitt für diese Art von Service , sowie das Mädchen, das uns kurz dahin empfangen hat (Beatrice), hat sicherlich unseren ersten Eindruck als bestmöglich gemacht! Rezeptionisten und Concierge (Albanisch) sehr bitter und aufmerksam. Gemütliche und nette Botschafter. Ulisses hat eine Arbeit mit unseren kkkk Gepäck verbracht, aber es war außergewöhnlich!! Wir werden sicher zurückkommen (Ich hoffe, dass wir in den gereformten Rsrsrs Zimmer bleiben).

Ficamos em um quarto família em uma parte bem tranquila do hotel. Dezembro próximo ao Natal o hotel estava muito lotado, a ponto de não ter como andar próximo à piscina. Por ser muito grande faltam placas indicativas mais precisas ou até mesmo um mapa, demora um tempo para se familiarizar com o hotel. Os vendedores de timeshare (cotas) são muito insistentes e tentam te abordar o tempo todo, isso é muito chato. O hotel precisa resolver o problema dos chuveiros que não conseguem manter a temperatura da água, variando o tempo todo entre quente e gelada. Positivo ter uma lavanderia self service.

The Wyndham Gramado is a modern hotel of high standard yet gives the feeling of family friendliness. There were lots of families staying and the staff and guests were extremely helpful. The swimming and leisure facilities are relaxing with the thermal spring water at bath temperature. Breakfast time in the busy dining room with buffet including lots of local dishes is great for the uninitiated visitor to Brazil who are willing to try something different. There are a great many local attractions to keep all visitors happy especially at the lead up to Christmas with spectacular light displays including in the hotel decor. One highlight of many was a tour to the wine valley and meeting a lot of different friendly people. For us location, climate and local hospitality made for a memorable joyful experience.

Simplesmente incrível! O Hotel é lindíssimo, muito calmo, tranquilo e extremamente silencioso! Tudo muito organizado e limpo! No check in fui recepcionada com espumante geladinha e muito bem atendida pela equipe da recepção, achei um encanto chegar no quarto e ter sobre a mesa uma cartinha de boas vindas e docinhos confeccionados pela própria confeitaria do Hotel. Serviço de concierge incomparável. À noite eles acendem os tachos da área externa e nos oferecem marshmallows com gravetos para assar, achei sensacional. Piscina e jacuzzi aquecida, podendo usar 24horas. A decoração de Natal é uma atração à parte! Café da manhã impecável, tudo maravilhoso. Me senti muito acolhida e bem cuidada por toda a equipe do Hotel, certamente me hospedarei novamente.

Der einzige negative Punkt ist der Zugang zum Pool. Sehr schlecht. Oder vc überquert die ganze Parkplätze im Hotel oder vc durchquert aus der Rezeption, um den Aufzug bis zum Pool zu nehmen. Das heißt, in kalten und kalten Tagen muss man vor jeder Hotelreception aus Kleidung gehen.

O hotel não é ruim, ótima localização, funcionários educados, ótimo custo beneficio. Estávamos em 5 apartamentos, e um dos apartamentos não foi limpo nenhum dia. Nossa surpresa, foi a cobrança indevida de 10% sobre serviços, obrigatória, ou seja, se você pagou 2.000,00 pelas diárias, fomos obrigados, obrigados mesmo a pagar 200,00 de taxas de serviços de 10%, coisa impraticável e fora da lei. E pasmem, reservas pagas antecipadamente, sem qualquer informação de que acima do valor pago teria 10% de taxas. Fomos coagidos e pagar, não adiantou brigar, mas vou correra atrás disso.

We realized this is the low end of this growing chain of hotels in the city. Upon entering the lobby is freshly decorated and the staff was polite but things got worse as our days continued. We were waiting in the lobby for our ride when a young man approached us about a discount for looking at their newest property. Now, I'd understand this except for the fact that this property is in need of care. Our bedroom had broken lights, drapes that did not close all the way, a shower that the floor needed repair on, and a room that was in general need of a redo. I went to breakfast and discovered the bee hive where our young man selling the new property came from. As I was chased down the hall by another young man trying to sell me another visit to thier showroom, I managed to get by but decided to skip breakfast not wanting to be engaged a third time by the gang that has base camp outside the dining room. How unpleasant. Worst of all, there is a separate beauty shop in the lobby. My wife needed to get her nails done. She made an appointment letting them know she was a hotel guest. Thier system was down as she booked for the next morning. As you can guess, they had no recollection or record of the appointment and told my wife they were booked solid. When my wife asked to see the owner or manager, she was unavailable but, the girl who booked her appointment appeared. In a wave and com'on, she begrudgingly attempted to take my wife back to do her nails. My wife said, ”not like that I'm not going without even an apology or sorry.” The front desk of this hotel, when asked about a restaurant recommendation, looking confused said, ”oh, a place to eat, uhmmmm, I guess I could look and see.” Well done! I guess we won't be back and we certainly won't be booking at your biggest and newest. We needed a place to get our work done and you provided a slop house with your sales people running around bothering everyone at a hotel you run in need of repairs and remodeling. Well done! If you Google, ”great sales techniques,” you'll find under what not to do, this entire hotel as an example including business you allow to mistreat your guests. There are plenty of places to stay in Gramado, pass on this one and the partner chain hotels unless they are the only one left. The good reviews are apperantly from when closer to the time the hotel was built. Build em and abandon them! Excellent strategy folks.

EN: Cons: 1 - the hotel receptionists don’t speak English 2- the hotel internet is really poor. I was working during our stay and I couldn’t attend video meetings because Zoom calls would freeze. I tried the room, the hotel lobby and the recreation area. Unfortunately, this was a huge problem for me as I had a couple of important meetings to attend. 3 - we reserved a room with a bath and the bath salt wasn’t replaced once. I even left the empty bottle so the cleaner would see, but nothing. We had to go to the reception to ask for it twice. It is just a bit of an inconvenience. We paid extra for a bath so bath products should be replaced daily. 4 - very simple breakfast. 5 - when we arrived at the room there was a note to go to the reception to receive a complimentary welcome drink. They give you a tiny plastic glass with some espumante. Can you at least serve a proper glass ? Or don’t make a big deal leaving a note because the trip down to drink 20 ml of espumante is not worth it :) Pros: 1 - the hotel fragrance is divine. We actually bought some of the products (difusor and ambient fragrance) 2 - room 414 was spacious and the bed was nice PT: Pontos negativos: 1 - os recepcionistas do hotel não falam inglês (meu marido é Irlandês e não conseguia se comunicar com eles). 2- a internet do hotel é muito ruim. Eu estava trabalhando durante a nossa estadia e não pude participar de videoconferências porque as chamadas do Zoom congelavam. Tentei no quarto, no lobby do hotel e na área de lazer. Infelizmente, isso foi um grande problema para mim, pois eu tinha algumas reuniões importantes para participar. 3 - reservamos um quarto com banheira e o sal de banho não foi substituído uma vez. Até deixei a embalagem vazia para a faxineira ver, mas nada. Tivemos que ir à recepção para pedir duas vezes. Foi um pouco inconveniente. Pagamos extra por um quarto com banheira, portanto, os produtos da banheira deveriam ser providenciados diariamente. 4 - café da manhã muito simples. 5 - quando chegamos ao quarto havia um bilhete para irmos à recepção para receber uma bebida de boas-vindas de cortesia. Ich habe mit meiner Familie im Hotel Sky Valle in 03/02/2024 gehostet, das Hotel verfügt über alte und ununterhaltsfreie Einrichtungen, die es nicht möglich machen, z.B. durch die Gärten zu fahren. Der Pool und das Jacuzzi auf der Hotelseite enthalten nicht die Anzahl der Gäste, ohne zu rechnen mit der mangelnden Hygiene, Jacuzzi war einfach verrückt, schmutziges Wasser, und es wurde nicht getan, das Badwasser von den Mitarbeitern. Das Frühstück war ok, aber weit unter dem erwarteten, wir hatten bereits andere Hotels im Netz mit spektakulärem Frühstück genutzt, dieses Hotel hat viel zu wünschen übrig. Ein anderes Problem war, dass wir in einem Zimmer waren, das eine Verbindungstür hatte, das Lärm war unerträglich für die Gäste, die nebeneinander waren und kleine Kinder schrieen, akustische Isolierung Null bis zum Lärm. Wir hörten von der Toilette, die Toilette in unserem Zimmer, die zu laufen war, war auf dem Bremsen und war fast unmöglich zu schließen, und unser Sohn ist ein Jugendlicher, der zu einem Mangel an Privatsphäre führt. Wir sind damit sehr unzufrieden, weil wir praktisch nichts von den Hoteleinrichtungen nutzen können, was nicht mit dem, was auf der Website des Sky Hotels, auf der Sie die Unterkunft erwerben, angeboten wird, übereinstimmt, Ich möchte die Erstattung des bezahlten Wertes erhalten, da unsere Unterkunft in diesem Sky-Hotel nicht zufriedenstellend war.
