There was a power outage Feb 5th! A section of 12 mile and telegraph was affected. I booked a room and upon arrival, the hotel had no power as well. The power had been off since 530p, according to the desk clerk. It was a bitvafter 9p, with estimated power restoration at 130a.
So, I booked a neighboing hotel that had power. Now, the manager is refusing to refund me!
I worked a 12hr shift just to be inconvenienced by a power outage. Then... cant be refunded (per manager). Just ridiculous!
Surely following up with my bank if necessary
