Quite note away from the rush in Jakarta. Rooms are space, staff well trained and polite!!

Their premium rooms for a couple are inside rooms with less light. Mostly 2 rooms apartment. Good location but services are not upto the mark. Delays in serving food too.

The hotel is in Kuningan area but far from major malls. What I love about the hotel is its convenience of being able to cook and accommodate my party of four adults and two children. The kitchen was fully equipped and bed was comfortable!

Shockingly bad, I was told the room was pending renovation but as it was available I assumed liable, I was so wrong. The images speak for themselves, its a disgrace that the management allowed this to be sold and when I discussed this there was no compensation.

Been to several other Oakwood establishments in Jakarta and I should say my stay in this hotel is one of the best I ever had. Especially thanks to the wonderful staff. Starting to the hotel staff at basement (she - forgot her name) who instantly helped my father (on wheelchair) and greet us in a very friendly manner. Despite cramp parking space, the hospitality is next level and suddenly changed my mood to a very positive one. Also attentive doorman and also friendly and helpful front desk lady in red (also forgot her name). So far clean hotel, comfy bed and sofa, complete utilities and amenities. I also always judge hotel by its gym and this one is excellent! Definitely my new favourite!
