Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage mit sehr schönen Strand. Die Hotelanlage und die Gebäude erinnern an südländischem Flair. Negatives: Extrem viele Hochzeiten mit lauter Musik. Div. Restaurants waren geschlossen, weil zuwenig Gäste vor Ort waren. Die Hotelangestellten beschäftigen sich lieber mit Ihrem Handy als mit den Gösten. Es war sehr auffällig, dass viele Mitarbeiter für private Zwecke am Handy waren. Bei der Anreise sowie Abreise, kein Dankeschön oder sonstiges… Gibt sicher besser Hotels in Goa …

Schöne gepflegte Hotelanlage direkt am Meer mit tollem, großen Frühstücksbüffet. Der Pool ist außerordentlich schön. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Am Strand gibt es verschiedene Gastronomie in fußläufiger Nähe.

Sehr schöner Tag , zufrieden und perfekter Strand Es war eine tolle Erfahrung im Holiday Inn. Wir waren Teil einer Hochzeitsgruppe und alles die Arrangement alles war wirklich gut. Der beste Teil war der Strandüberschuss war der beste Teil des Staates. Die Zimmer waren auch ziemlich gut. Das Personal war auch hilfreich und das Essen war gut.

Firstly, the staff at the front desk is not friendly or welcoming. The staff from the breakfast room is much engaging, smiley and friendly in general. The front desk should take lessons from them! The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I would suggest that you have another protein option for non-veg eaters like a chicken dish. Otherwise, it very nice.  The room was not what I viewed in the photos while booking. It was dark with wood paneling and it felt as if the walls were caving in. The room could use some white painted walls to make it feel bright and fresh. The bathroom also needs an upgrade- it's a bit dingy. The towels have seen better days- the bathmat was dingy and grey- a bit gross but we survived.  The pool is very nice but all the lounge chairs are right next to one another. And, there are only 8 for all of those guests? Umbrellas should be replaced with white ones so that they don't fade in the sun- good hack. 

Das Alila Diwa im Club Wing hat uns gut gefallen. Zu erwähnen ist das sehr gute Essen, die schönen Restaurants und die relaxte Atmosphäre im Club. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Anlage und die Zimmer/Suiten sind gepflegt. Defekte Sonnenschirme sollte *** am Club Pool reparieren oder ersetzten. Das Hotel ist nicht direkt am Meer hat aber einen effizienten Shuttle bis 7 Uhr Abends. Die Pools sind sehr gross und schön. Ein sehr gutes Hotel für entspannte Tage in Goa …

Vor kurzem haben wir in Zuri für 3 Nächte Zimmer und Immobilie geblieben : Nice geräumige Zimmer gut gepflegt. Das Gesamteigentum ist lush grün und ein schöner privater Strand. Personal: Wir hatten 2 Vorfälle, das Personal an der Rezeption wurde gesehen und gehört, jeder Gast, der um Dienstleistungen oder Informationen gebeten hat, nachahmenswert. Ich habe das bezeugt und darauf hingewiesen. Die ***-Agement muss wirklich eine Grundausbildung auf Etikettierungen geben, da sie in der Gastfreundschaftsindustrie sind. Wir hatten ein halbes Board-Paket reserviert und am Tag der Ankunft hatten wir ein Mittagessen, das veröffentlicht wurde (was offensichtlich als für einige der Mitarbeiter umgekehrt hätte sein können) aber das Restaurant ***ager war so starr und arrogant. Es war der nächste Tag, an dem wir ihn umkehren wollten, er weigerte sich, uns nicht grundlegend zu beglückwünschen, auch wenn er vor uns war. Wir waren tatsächlich sehr enttäuscht über die Einstellung des Personals. Denken Sie nicht, dass wir jemanden empfehlen werden, bei Ihnen zu bleiben. Danke.

Starting with a positive, the staff were lovely. Happy to try and help, did their jobs well and were kind and polite. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. House keeping was offered daily including bedding change and refilling bottled water. The 'bones' of the hotel are good (comfy beds, decent pillows, good size bath etc) but it has been neglected. The rooms are a good size. The mirrors all have the surface coming away, the internet is poor so the smart TVs don't really work and there are no other channels. The bedding was stained including when it was changed during cleaning and is obviously very old. The window sills were dirty, the bath was dirty, the drawers were all dusty inside and under the pillows the gap behind the bed was dusty bare concrete. The plugs were coming away from the walls, there were no hangers to hang clothes in the wardrobe (which was in the bathroom), the towels were stained. There was a net curtain and light blocking curtains, both sets were musty and dirty to the point I had to wash my hands after opening and closing the. There was a spare mattress kept outside on the porch, during monsoon season. I have stayed in many lower budget hotels but I really didn't want to touch anything in the room and didn't even unpack my bag properly. My son stayed in a separate room and his was the same. There was an overwhelming smell of I'm assuming napthalene balls and mosquito repellant, it lingered the whole time we were there and mosquitos were still in the room despite the plug-in. Breakfast was fine, buffet style - limited options and I would have liked more Child-friendly fresh options but that's personal choice more than a complaint. I don't consider potato smiles and chicken nuggets a breakfast food and would have liked some chopped fruits or healthier cereal type foods for our two year old. Other options included sambar and idli (the idli tasted very sour, and I've eaten a lot of Indian food being married to one), boiled eggs, chicken sausages, donuts and cakes, toast, a veg Indian option that seemed to change daily such as poha or pongal, potato wedges and room temperature fruit juice which was different every day. There were some additional things you could order, some they didn't have available. Staff were prompt to help and prepare things if you asked and they had it. The on-site restaurant food was again fine, but a few things we tried to order they didn't have and it was expensive compared to the usually very reasonably priced local indian food (our food was 6000INR approx and the next day we ate somewhere else for 2300INR for more food) but I would expect to pay a premium for convenience. The pool we probably wouldn't have used as it's monsoon season but it was filthy, as was the glass fencing on the deck where the pool was. The drinks were nice. Food service didn't start until 7 and took a long time to be ready, by which time our 2 year old was struggling and it really wasn't a safe space to have her wandering to ke
