We stayed at the beautiful Heritage Hotel for 2 weeks from the 12/1/25 , the twice weekly gala dinners around the pool were outstanding with good food and vibe , the buffet restaurant chutney was as expected from a hotel of this class, rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily to a good standard , linen is changed very regularly . We refused to get in the sunbed Wars by getting up early, so we spent a lot of time on the beach at Aaron’s beach shack eating lunch there , sizzling prawns at 600 Are not to be missed ! On the big turnover days we always find a bed around the pool when we got up at about 0930 ! The last Saturday of holidays I counted the sunbeds ! 64 around the pool and 14 in the garden, In view of fact there are 97 rooms some with kids , realistically 200 are required , so the management need to address this ridiculous lack of bed situation ! What really makes this hotel are the staff who work tirelessly with smiles and enthusiasm always remembering drinks orders etc from waiters to cleaners and garden people who keep it immaculate, perhaps some managers could follow this trait . A fabulous holiday was had with great memories, nearly perfect . The houseboat overnight trip is amassing Thank you staff at the Heritage for a wonderful Experience

The location of this hotel is the key, right in the middle of south and north goa. It was a pleasure staying in such an amazing property of fern. The room was luxurious and spacious too. they serve excellent food, especially the fish dishes. the best part of this property is there swimming pool. its huge and i had great time chilling in it. They got table tennis and even carrom which can keep you entertained. the breakfast buffet had many options to choose from. so certainly a must visit hotel.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage mit sehr schönen Strand. Die Hotelanlage und die Gebäude erinnern an südländischem Flair. Negatives: Extrem viele Hochzeiten mit lauter Musik. Div. Restaurants waren geschlossen, weil zuwenig Gäste vor Ort waren. Die Hotelangestellten beschäftigen sich lieber mit Ihrem Handy als mit den Gösten. Es war sehr auffällig, dass viele Mitarbeiter für private Zwecke am Handy waren. Bei der Anreise sowie Abreise, kein Dankeschön oder sonstiges… Gibt sicher besser Hotels in Goa …

The hotel is very old, which gives it some old school charm. There were lots of families and travellers staying on the resort. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. The pool was great for an afternoon swim. Fresh clean towels and bedding daily. Staff is most helpful. There is no restaurant onsite - but food deliveries are easy. Taxi & scooter hire was available. Central and easy to get around. Beaches are close nearby.

Lovely peaceful retreat. Excellent food. Comfortable accommodation. Friendly helpful staff - Ruchika is superb. Took a couple of nights away from the beach to do some birding in Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary- found this place on google- what a find. Sitting in the gardens, the birds come to you and saw plenty to keep us occupied! You can go exploring further - they do trips from the place- but we just wanted to chill. BYO this year- fridge in room.

GGastnutzerFirstly, the staff at the front desk is not friendly or welcoming. The staff from the breakfast room is much engaging, smiley and friendly in general. The front desk should take lessons from them!
The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I would suggest that you have another protein option for non-veg eaters like a chicken dish. Otherwise, it very nice.
The room was not what I viewed in the photos while booking. It was dark with wood paneling and it felt as if the walls were caving in. The room could use some white painted walls to make it feel bright and fresh. The bathroom also needs an upgrade- it's a bit dingy. The towels have seen better days- the bathmat was dingy and grey- a bit gross but we survived.
The pool is very nice but all the lounge chairs are right next to one another. And, there are only 8 for all of those guests? Umbrellas should be replaced with white ones so that they don't fade in the sun- good hack.

This hotel deserves to be 5 stars because woooow it was incredible! The hotel workers are so kind and can’t help enough for you, the hotel itself is like paradise. Me and my auntie stayed for 10 days and we had bed and breakfast, the breakfast was incredible! The flavours were mouth watering. We would both 100% stay again. We got welcomed with drinks and biscuits too which was very thoughtful and on our last day we got a cake too. I’ve never stayed in a hotel so amazing and for the price, it was so worth it! Everyone is so lovely. Everywhere was so clean too. P.S. If you’re reading this review and debating on staying, do it! And try Jaggery because that was gorgeous. Joel and Sahil who worked there were lovely too.

We attended a marriage for Shantanu and Sherien at Belezza in Goa and were extremely satisfied with the quality of the resort and the amenities. The rooms are very specious, clean and house keeping service was very quick. Reception staff is super friendly and made things lot simpler for us. More than that the experience with staff during the marriage event , pre and after including members such as Govind, Deepesh, Jeetesh was simply amazing, they made us feel special and looked after all of us very well. We are taking these amazing moments spent back to our home in Melbourne and will cherish these for lifetime and share with our friends and family. We thank all the support staff and the top management for making the wedding very special not only for the couples but also for the families and guests. Will highly recommend Belezza to friends and families. Cheers.

DDanielAn absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits.
The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby.
Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

50 members from our school class and their spouses held a reunion at the resort extending over 3 days in December 2024. Everything about the hotel was better than expected. The resort is within walking distance of Colva beach. Close to some shopping area yet secluded enough to be private. We had a grand party by the poolside which was amazing. The rooms, though slightly small were clean and well provided for. The F and B staff went out of their way to serve us. I would like to give a shout out to Sanju, Roger, Shiva, Sonu, Raj, Abhishek, Sayad, Amit, Sahil, Ashish, Rakesh for their excellent service. The front office was efficiently managed by a welcoming team of Sarvjit, Milosha, Sumit, Paras and Jerry. Would unhesitatingly recommend Salcete Beach resort to everyone visiting Goa.

TTanja WSuper indisches Hotel, keine Wünsche bleiben offen!!! V.a. die Managerin Gita ist eine sehr liebenswerte und kompetente Frau, die sich auch privat sehr gut um uns gekümmert hat. Sehr, sehr nett und einfach herzergreifend lieb! Auch alle Küchenmitarbeiter waren total klasse !!! Erwähnen möchte ich auch Vivish, der uns mit seinen Handtuchkreationen immer wieder begeistert hat, aber auch alle anderen Cleaningboys waren klasse!! Wir waren mal wieder die einzigen Europäer, und das war gut so! Absolut empfehlenswert und jederzeit wieder!!!!!

GGastnutzerDieser Ort war das Medikament, das ich nach einem hektischen Tempo benötigt hatte, um in N Indien zu reisen.
Es ist über die Straße vom Strand. weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Es ist unter neuen Besitzern und sie haben eine wunderbare Arbeit gemacht, macht es ein glücklicher und schöner Ort zu bleiben. Mein Zimmer war groß mit einem komfortablen Bett und hatte einen schönen kleinen Balkon, der auf friedliche Palmen sah. Es gibt einen Schwimmbad, das ist wunderschön, wenn der Strand zu heiß wird. Es ist umgeben von lustigen Gärten und schönen Grünland.
Ich habe jeden Tag Frühstück in ihrem kleinen Restaurant gegessen, und das Essen und der Service waren top-notch. 😁

Frühstück wird serviert und sie haben ein Standardmenü (kein Buffet), Restaurant ist ok, aber das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Sie haben kein Internet, es ist falsch auf den Einrichtungen angegeben. Inspektionieren Sie bitte Ihren Zimmer vor der Kontrolle, Ich musste mein Zimmer ändern, da das erste Zimmer sehr schlecht war, leckende Toilette, unrein Zimmer, Handtücher und Betten. Ich musste etwas Lärm machen.
