This is very long over due so apologies. I stayed in this hotel early may in the first week. I was getting married to a polish girl and I had family flying into the country and all staying at the hotel. The first to arrive was my godfather who during his stay had to visit the local hospital a few times. He said the hotel reception was lovely and they organised a taxi for him and to be picked up once he was finished. On his first night we went to the restaurant and we both had the farmera burger. We both had this burger and loved it, I highly recommend for any guest to try it. Two days later the rest of my family arrived where they were all in a very timely manner were checked in and shown to their rooms, the only issue they had wit their rooms were the key cards stopped working for some and had to get them set u again, no one minded. The night before the wedding all of my family and friends ate in the restaurant which again 80% of them got the farmera burger from my recommendation. shortly after our meal we all started to drink, now We are all Irish so we drank a lot. It was about midnight and the bar in the restaurant was closing so the receptionist offered us to use the lobby and we were able to bring booze from the nearby shop, and she even gave us shot glasses to which of course we did use and we drank a lot. we got rowdy, bit messy but we cleaned up after ourselves. Nothing bad was said by the receptionist they honesty never minded but smiled at us quite often. Wedding day itself! the wedding was not in the hotel but away. on the morning I had to be ready at 12:00 as the photographers were coming. I rang reception and asked was it possible for someone to clean the room before they arrived. 20 mins later the room was clean. Once all pictures were done we were off. A few days later when guests were checking out they all could not get over the hotel and found everything was well organised. so here is a brief overview... The room (209) - clean, modern, mini fridge in the room with snacks but i never used the snacks i did buy my own. aircon was good if u left it running for a while but did the job. the window viewed a main dual carriage way but honestly it never bothered me and slept fine. Beds were very comfy and extremely soft. Location- I chose this hotel for a few reasons as I have stayed in Bedzin loads of times and know the area. It has a 24hr kfc, McDonald's, petrol station all a 2 minute walk from hotel, a huge shopping centre (M1) which has everything you may want or need. Overview - I love this hotel and am travelling to Poland again in January but my wife has decided to stay in a cheaper option for our stay. We will be back again in July and will be 100% staying here again.

Schönes Hotel am Rande des Stadtzentrums von Katowice. Sehr sauber, ruhig und gut vorgestellt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auch gut Englisch sprechen. Der Eincheck war schnell, dauerte buchstäblich 60 Sekunden, um die Türschlüssel zu erhalten. Wir haben das Frühstück nicht genutzt, da wir beide Tage vor dem Frühstücksservice aus dem Hotel waren. Das Hotel ist leicht zu finden, indem Sie eine Fahrt von der Stadt bis zur Katowice Graniczna Fahrtstopp, durch Lidl gehen und es ist auf der linken Seite.

Für eine Rundreise mit der Bahn habe ich für eine Nacht das Novotel gebucht. Frisch aus dem Nachtzug von Gdynia gefallen wollte ich nur meinen Koffer abgeben. Zu meiner größten Freude konnte ich bereits um kurz vor 9 Uhr morgens einchecken und mein Zimmer beziehen. Das war natürlich wirklich toll, da das Schlafabteil im TLK-Zug keine Dusche hatte. Von dort aus hatte man einen wirklich tollen Blick auf die Skyline des modernen Katowices. Das Hotel selbst ist gut mit der Straßenbahn vom Hauptbahnhof aus zu erreichen. Wer möchte, kann abends auch sehr gut im hoteleigenen Restaurant speisen. Wir heißt es so schön: ”Jederzeit gerne wieder”.

Hotel w pełni spełnił moje oczekiwania. Idealny na imprezę w Spodku. Pokoje wyposażone w podstawowe rzeczy i jest nawet czajnik z herbatkami czy kawą. Na recepcji też można sobie kupić jakieś przekąski. Obsługa bardzo miła. Pod hotelem parking, ale trzeba wcześniej zarezerwować

Sehr nettes Personal. Das Einchecken um 14 Uhr funktionierte nicht auf Anhieb. Wir bekamen jedoch eine nette Aufmerksamkeit als Entschädigung. Das Hotel ist sauber, ruhig trotz der Lage (die Straße Mariacki scheint die Feiermeile in Kattowitz zu sein), weil schallgedämpfte Zimmer. Das gebuchte Frühstück ist Bombe: reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich, lecker! Ein super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kämen gern wieder bei Bedarf! Daumen hoch!

If you are visiting Katowice, this is the place to stay! Excellent room; an always-friendly and helpful front desk staff; an excellent breakfast; the super Kaktusy restaurant within the hotel; and reasonable pricing!! And it's very centrally located, close to the bars/clubs/restaurants district and near the city centre and main railways station. I cannot recommend this hotel too highly.

Sehr gutes Hotel im Zentrum von Katowice. Der Empfang war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. (vielen Dank an Dominika). Aufgrund meines Status bei Accorhotels habe ohne Anfrage ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Hotel ist neu und die Zimmer sind in einem Top-Zustand. Im Hotel befindet sich auch eine Tiefgarage, die Preise für den Parkplatz sind angemessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Es wurde ständig nachgefüllt und es fehlte an nichts. Das COVID-19 Hygienekonzept wurde gut umgesetzt. Alles top, 5 Sterne für dieses sehr schöne Hotel in Katowice.

Il Park Hotel ha un bel parcheggio a disposizione (a pagamento pero') ed un altrettanto ottima colazione (sbilanciata sul salato e da pagare a parte) Ho provato anche il ristorante, piatti della cucina Polacca, ma devo dire, preparati con cura, il prezzo e' un po' piu' caro rispetto ai ristorantini dell'area pedonale. La camera e' abbastanza spaziosa, con bagno cieco; letto di dimensioni abbondanti, il pavimento datato con moquette d'epoca. Alla TV un solo canale in Italiano RAI1 ed una strana sovrabbondanza di canali in Tedesco ! L'hotel non e' lontano dal centro pedonale, ma neanche vicino, per andarci serve prendere la macchina. Personale gentile e con buona padronanza dell'inglese, nessun problema di comunicazione. The room is quite spacious, with a blind bathroom; generously sized bed, dated floor with period carpet. On the TV only one channel in Italian RAI1 and a strange overabundance of channels in German! The hotel is not far from the pedestrian center, but not close either, to go there you need to take the car. Friendly staff with good command of English, no communication problems.

Große Lage weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß über Flughafen-Carpark. Bett ist schön und komfortabel und der gelieferte Shampoo und Klimaanlage sind beide wirklich gut. Essen und Trinken aus der Bar 24/7 aber einige Toiletten usw. wären hilfreich. Ich ging am Abend zum Terminal in den 24-Stunden-Laden, um einige Zahnpasta und andere notwendige Gegenstände zu bekommen

Ich UND MIUS SÖN ließ dort für 3 Nächte von 5 Feb bis 8 Feb. Es ist ein schönes Hotel, kompakt und heimlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Badezimmer ist groß und gut. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Kochplatte, Wasserheizer, Kaffeemaschine usw. und alle Arten von Werkzeugen. Sie können kochen und auf dem Tisch sitzen und komfortabel essen. Es ist ein Ort, den ich 100% empfehle. Sie können Ihr Auto in den Hotelräumen parken, so dass es auch sehr sicher und sicher ist. Wichtigstens ist es zu Fuß zu dem Auschwitz 1 Camp. Wenn Sie dort mit der Absicht, das Camp zu besuchen, dann als YPU Schritt vom 6. Zimmergate, YPU finden Sie einen riesigen Park bang opp ... nur durch und am Ende der Verbindungsstraße links umdrehen und in wenigen Minuten werden Sie auf der Auschwitz An dem ersten Tag machten wir einen Fehler und wandten uns von der 7. Zimmereinfahrt links, aber dann kamen wir zum Rücken des Camps Auschwitz, das nur ein Personaleingang ist, und wir mussten noch 1 km weiter gehen, um den Eingang zu erreichen. Deshalb wandern Sie nicht links. Danke 7. Zimmer .... Sie haben eine am meisten gedacht und eine wunderbare Zielort gemacht, und 2 oder 3 Jahre später werde ich wieder besuchen und IST EINZweifellos hier bleiben! Aseem Varma
