Top Hotel neben dem Meer! Perfekt mit vielen Geschichte und sehr freundliches Personal. Aleksandra, der das Frühstücksservice laufen, ist immer erstaunlich. Auch das ganze Team an der Rezeption und Bar. Ich denke, das beste in Polen. Es fühlt sich wie zu Hause.

Wir haben versucht, das ganze Hotel zu bieten und wir hatten die besten Wochenend! Großes Zimmer, super Personal, wunderschöne Spa-Bereich, wirklich gute Massage, snacksy Getränke und super Personal in der Bar, unglaubliches Frühstück (und der Frühstückskit für uns, die wirklich früh verlassen war super). Wir werden zurück sein! :)

Especially thanks to the front desk team Mr Michael, Ms Justyna , Ms Karolina, Mr Kamil, as well as to the front desk managers. Great thanks to the kitchen and the bar team , first class dining , delicious food and great drinks - special thanks to the Chef executive Mr Robert and his team Mr. Jakub and Mr Pawel. Additional thanks to Patryk and Filip from the bar.

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt mit einigen Abzügen. Leider war mein Zimmer jeden Abend kalt. Das Spa steht nur noch eine Stunde am Tag zur Verfügung. Pro Stunde müssen dann 25 zloty Aufpreis bezahlt werden. Keinerlei Info von der Rezeption erhalten beim Check in. Das Spa wird auch um 21 Uhr geschlossen. Auch hier zu keine Info. Tageskarte kostet 60 zloty. Bei einer Familie summiert sich dies dann ganz schnell jeden Tag. Schade, könnte etwas besser geregelt werden. Vor allem für Stammgäste bzw. Clubmitglieder

I have been looking for the perfect place for my birthday trip for a long time. The choice fell to the Rezydent Hotel. Unfortunately, instead of a great stay, I was disappointed. The advantages of the hotel are the location and nice interior, but unfortunately, it ends there. It is unacceptable that in a supposedly 5* hotel, the reception staff does not greet guests and is so indifferent, apart from Mr Marek, who was the only one who showed exceptional kindness and help, which surprised us pleasantly. - Air conditioning in the room didn't work. - The refrigerator was not cooling properly. - The bedding that was changed on the second day of stay was torn. - The tap by the sink was so short that you could hardly wash your hands by tapping your hands against the sink. - The carpet was dirty. Interestingly, in May, someone wrote a review reporting that room 304 had a dirty carpet. The hotel responded to it, but still, it wasn't cleaned for 3 months! We have been waiting for this trip for a long time, we are sorry, and we are disappointed with the stay. In a hotel of this class, such situations should not take place and prove that a hotel with five stars has nothing to do with it.

Sehr schön eingerichtet*****t nicht weit vom großen und schönen Strand von Sopot. Schönes Zimmer und Badezimmer mit italienischer Dusche. Das Frühstück ist verschieden und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Restaurant bietet eine sehr schöne grüne und angenehme Terrasse. La carte n’est pas sans fin mais offre des plats vraiment très bons et un service très attentif. Piscine intérieure et spa sont à disposition. Le bar de l’hôtel est haut avec une très belle carte. A recommander pour une visite reposante et amusante de la région de Sopot. Merci à l’ensemble de l’équipe. Bis bald.

Wir verbrachten einen kurzen Urlaub in Sopot, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben. Neuer und moderner Ort, sehr schön insgesamt. Ein großes Zimmer mit AC und Kühlschrank, kein Balkon. Bett war gut und weich, kleine Kuchen jedoch. Das Frühstück war etwas preiswert, aber VERMÄCHTIG; vieles von allem, wie frisch getrocknete Gemüse in teriyaki Sauce, wunderschön. Grillierte Sauce usw. Der einzige Nebenteil war der Lärm von den Zügen, es dauerte 2 Nächte, um sich daran gewöhnt zu werden. Es war nicht so laut, aber plötzlich werosh mit unterschiedlicher Dauer. Das Zimmer war 219 gegenüber Nord mit Blick auf die Zugbahnen und Anfang der Monciak wandelnde Straße.

Das Hotel war in einer guten Lage und sehr sicher. Die Ein-/Auscheckung war reibungslos, aber sie waren nicht interessiert, ob Sie einen schönen Aufenthalt hatten oder nicht. Die Betten waren zwölf Betten, aber Kinderbetten, so hatte ich keinen Schlaf für die 3 Nächte.Frühstück war chaotisch, was nicht zu sein .Das Personal hat es am besten getan, aber hatte keine Richtung. Sie wissen im Voraus, wie viele Menschen bleiben und Frühstück haben, es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, die so langsam für alle war, die nicht viel Sinn macht.Neben den kleinen Betten und der chaotischen Frühstückszeit.Das Hotel ist gut und sauber.
