The hotel is located a ”tuk tuk” ride away from the masses. This suited us just fine. We had the most breathtaking view of the lake from the balcony of our hotel. The staff is super helpful (we had encountered a small issue with the water) and within hours it was all resolved. The facilities had pools and hot tub but we did not take any advantage of it as our stay was just a few days and wanted to take advantage of Lake Atitlan and all of her surroundings. Incidentally the Reserve is only 5 mins walking distance from the hotel where we were able to zipline for a few hours.
