Can’t think of anything that should be improved. I really mean. I’m a regular international traveller for both business and vacation. No question that this is probably one of the best (if not the best) Hotels in the world. Facilities are cozy and luxurious at a time. Employees could not be any nicer. Everything is being taken care from the arrival till departure

Wow, dieses Hotel überstieg unsere Erwartungen! Wir haben für einen Skiurlaub gebucht und waren nicht enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und sauber, wir schätzten wirklich die Nutzung des Spa nach einem harten Skitage. Aber wir hätten den Jacuzzi lieber heiß sein sollen - das Wasser war Lukewarm, was bedeutete, wir haben sehr schnell kalt und konnten nicht lange dort sitzen. Das Essen war phänomenal - so eine umfangreiche Auswahl einschließlich der größten Salatbar, die ich je in einem Hotel gesehen habe! Super gesunde Optionen und sie pflegten gut für glutenfreie Abendessen. Der frische Honigkombin war ein Highlight! Wir vermieten Skis, Boots, Helme direkt vom Hotel, das groß war, da wir es jeden Tag in ihrem Lockerzimmer lagern konnten. Der irische Pub war lustig und die Dekoration war super cool. Das Personal war wunderschön und wirklich hilfreich. Vielen Dank insbesondere an Emilio (der uns wirklich schön sortiert hat mit unserem Skiverleih) und Micaela, die alle unsere vielen E-Mails beantwortet!! Der Shuttlebus nach und von dem Kabelwagen war super nützlich. NB it’s €10 for an hour in the spa but if you book a superior room the spa price is included. You have to wear a swimming cap and flip flops.

Comfortable spa hotel. Private garage parking under the hotel for a fee. Concierge can park your vehicle for you. We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years and love it. Great rooms with toiletries including toothbrush kit, shaving kit etc. Lovely shower gel and lotions also. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants located directly outside the hotel. Large buffet breakfast. Recommended.

Das Hotel kenne ich schon seit vielen Jahren und sie empfangen mich als Kunden, die ich war, sie gab uns Ein gutes Zimmer am Teil 5 Sternen, aber nicht, weil Sie über Trip buchen. Außerdem buchen Sie ein Zimmer und dann dahin ließen Sie mich eine zweite Person zahlen, mit einer zusätzlichen Gebühr für meine Frau, und das ist für mich schlecht. Sie sind schlechte Unterkünfte. Das Zimmer, das uns gegeben wurde, war nicht warmes Wasser und das separate Frühstück war für mich sehr teuer 18 e. So habe ich mich nur einen Tag hinuntergefahren. Sie sagten mir, es waren 9 und aber es war nicht so. Das Hotel ist gut, aber wir haben lange nicht gefahren, aber ich glaube, wir werden nicht mehr gehen, weil die Intermediäre nicht effizient sind und sie sehen, wer sie nehmen.

Es el último hotel antes de llegar a los remontes de la estación de esquí de Ordino-Arcalís. Rodeado de naturaleza y arroyos, hacen que el lugar sea el adecuado para disfrutar de unos días de relax. Las habitaciones, aunque no son muy amplias, son más que suficientes para que una pareja se aloje con comodidad, disponen de caja de seguridad y acceso wifi a Internet con una buena señal y estable. Los baños son claros y todavía con bañera. Incluidas las habitaciones, todo el establecimiento está impecablemente limpio. El comedor a la hora de cenar sirven un menú más que correcto e incluso abundante, lo que a veces choca con quienes están poco acostumbrados a cenar con contundencia habitualmente. El desayuno bufé, es más que correcto y perfectamente mantenido en todo momento. Hay que mencionar el servicio que en todas las áreas es absolutamente eficiente y simpático. También disponen de un spa con masajes, más que recomendable, para liberar el estrés. Quizás deberían mejorar dos aspectos que de momento pueden ser poco importantes, pero que en el futuro se les puede complicar. El primero es el aparcamiento en frente del hotel, que cuando el establecimiento está lleno a veces puede resultar complicar dejar el coche por la noche. Y el segundo es que deben pensar que la descarbonización ya ha comenzado y cada vez habrá más coches híbridos o eléctricos que habrá que enchufar por la noche. Dicho esto, por lo demás, resulta un establecimiento más que recomendable para pasar unos días de relax lejos del mundanal ruido.

A lovely warm welcome by the staff at the hotel Our room is ok, it has a hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, cottton wool buds and cotton wool pads, tissues, tv, tea and coffee making facilities and a kettle. We also have a pool/gym towel slippers and a robe. Heated Ski lockers are on lower floor of the hotel, they were included in our price held 2 x boots and skis The room was warm, and worked well. We had a small balcony There is a gym with a few bits of equipments, a spa, a sauna, jacuzzi and a pool. I think the pool is probably about 10 metres long. What’s fun???? And interesting and definitely worth knowing is that in the side of the pool below the waterline are two windows- these windows are seen through a local bar -Nemos! So make sure you look good 😀😂💕👍 Book exchange in bar, when we were there there were very few English books The crystal reps are good fun And are really keen to help in any way they are really helpful and just great The hotel is directly next door to the ski hire shop so that is really helpful It is ski in/ ski out, either the 4 man chairlift if you can ski, or walk down to the gondola to go up to the nursery slopes if you are new to skiing We ended up at the gondola one evening in soldeu by mistake 🤦🏼‍♀️, so we took it back up and got blue runs back down to el tarter The bar has good variety of drinks available The food was great, breakfast was buffet style, typical foods available. Dinner in the evening was waiter served, choices of 3 items-starter, main and pudding. We bought a bottle of wine and is was saved and labelled for us each evening The water was extra - not free on the table I think the children could choose off a children’s menu forte evening meal We had an early flight The hotel gave us a packed breakfast consisting of water, fruit, roll and crisps Slopes Wide, well looked after, not too busy, even with beautiful weather and no snow, the resort staff worked really hard to ensure there was good snow coverage Lift pass - we had lunch included, you can get the list of participating restaurants from your rep- again another area the crystal ski reps were very helpful with We had lunch at fun foods - burger, fries, drink - tasty and filling, you can also have salad which was lovely, we also had lunch at LLAC de CUBIL restaurant just by the TSF4 ENRADORT lift We ordered chicken and tomato This came out as a sandwich with 1/2 a French stick and fries that were cut across the potato plus a can of Coke We couldn’t eat it all Very nice and they had little sachets of salt! Rein und modern Apartment mit einem großen Balkon mit Blick auf die schönen Berge von Andorra. Es war nur etwas schwer zu finden und die Adresse und die Öffnungszeiten auf ********* nicht mit der Realität korrelierten. (Check in geschlossen mehr als eine Stunde früher als angegeben)

We had a weeks skiing in the second week of Jan 2023. The hotel staff were very welcoming and the rooms were clean and spacious vs what we had experienced in other ski resorts. The restaurant food selection is buffet style breakfast and evening meal and the food was amazing, with variety to satisfy everyone's needs, from cold food to hot and salads to roasts. Overall excellent holiday, topped off with some good live entertainment in the bar on an evening. :)
