I booked this stay for my parent’s as a wedding anniversary gift. The feedback i got from them is - the stay was nice. Food was good and the property in itself was good. However, they had a few inconveniences during their stay. Firstly, when they checked in the fridge in their room was missing a soda bottle which the hotel staff were trying charge from them during checkout. Secondly, the wifi wasn’t working and the hotel staff were a bit reluctant to help out. Thirdly, the toiletries (shampoo etc) provided were almost empty.

Our stay at Baikunth was really enjoyable. The staff was very courteous and helpful at all times. The food was extremely well made. The rooms were warm and the balcony was a cherry on the cake as we could enjoy the beautiful view. It’s an adventure to explore the terrain of the property as we went from one cottage to another. The excursion to the temple was a lot of fun and the staff really took care of all the safety measures. Overall we had a great experience at Baikunth resorts and would definitely recommend it for a nice weekend getaway.

Resort is beautiful and quality of service and food is quite good. My family enjoyed the stay. Excellent play area to keep kids happy. My child enjoyed the trampoline jumps. Staff is polite and helpful. Only critical issue: in-room tv set-top box was not working. This is not acceptable as t20 world cup is on-going. It could not be fixed even after repeated complaints. And watching matches on projector (without sound) in common area is not a good experience. These basic things must be resolved promptly. Another issue: springs in bed mattress would make too much noise even during small movements, disturbing sleep. Caution point: accessibility to the resort is poor. Last 1. 5km road is very narrow and mostly unpaved. Need to be cautious while planning trips particularly in monsoon season. Also, it's quite far from kasauli town (about 30min drive one side, so if multiple site seeing is planned, this resort may not be the best location to stay.

We had a wonderful stay, all the restaurant staff, chefs and hotel staff were so understanding and caring. Food selection, quality and taste was of next level. Big big thanks to all as follows: Chef Shivraj 👌🏻 is really great chef who understands our taste and needs in order to rate our stay for seven ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and without Chef Naveen and Chef sanjay that would not be possible. Big thanks to Abhimanyu 👌🏻 , he made our stay Awesome and memorable by understanding our needs for making our celebrations wonderful. Restaurant staffs Mukesh, Niranjan, Vineet, Hemant, Vikram and Satish were so good in serving our needs during all meals. Rashi, Rakesh and Nitika entertain us with great activities throughout our stay.👏🏻

If you're looking for a hotel with a perfect blend of natural beauty, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service, look no further. We had a blissful stay at this beautiful property surrounded by the magical pines. The restaurant area is the main highlight of the property. It is well maintained and menu is fulfilling. Bar is good with reasonable pricing. Only drawback is the ongoing construction work at the property. Overall worth a visit.

Das Frühstück war eine große Enttäuschung. Das Eigentum war wirklich nett und das Personal war freundlich kooperativ und professionell. Aber das Frühstücksangebot war sehr begrenzt und schien zu schmutzig, nicht frisch ! mmt berechnet uns separat für das Frühstück, so dass wir so ein begrenztes Buffet und das zu stahlen, es war überhaupt nicht wert.
