The service here is impeccable! Mukesh and Rohit especially have provided a 5 star service and very professional. They guided through the entire booking procedure and were very helpful. Recommend visiting this hotel and asking about them. Happy customer!

Great hotel and great staff, house keepking is great rohit ra*** jatinder and abhishek. Breakfast is too good. Evening gane and morning tracking is good. Fun zone small kids stuff need deep cleaning. Pool and location is best. Staff is too good, very helping and cooperative. Thank you to all staff. Good to enjoy family time.

I was here for a wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Beautiful location, lovely decor and exceptional service. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they remembered what foods I liked and would be sure to let me know when they were available. Dimpal was one of the especially helpful employees. Thank you so much for everything, I had such a nice time here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel but with few and important comments on the service and stubbornness of the staff. first of all while check-in at the reception desk the ladies especially were ill-informed about the child rates below 10 and each one of them gave different rates creating confusion. Also they were not at all flexible on anything. now we come to the rooms. The location of the rooms were excellent. the quality of the rooms, bedlinen and bathroom amenities were super. hotel has done an excellent job on maintaining it. I was amazed by the location and how they ***aged to get things done at this hotel. A lot of weddings happen as well i am told. Also now we come to activities being conducted for kids and adults in the evening. We were the only guests apart from 2 other couples. So the staff made us play housie etc. the pool location was awesome but unfortunately could not use it as it was very very cold in feb. Mornings were beautiful. Now we come to the best part of this hotel. The food. We were served mouth watering dishes by chef yashwantji ( sorry i may have got name wrong but ive mentioned in review at the hotel correctly.). the taste and the quality was top notch. One the first day they had ala carte. but next few days we requested them to have some more choices. both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The high tea at 5 was also good. the delicacies served were delicious as well. So overall a good dining experience at the hotel. The only thing i want to point was the services of kids were chargeable. even they wont give a cricket bat, football or anythin without a charge which is very strange. they were so stubborn that they wont budge. And the ladies and everyone were so indecisive. anythin we ask they had to think, ask and then get back. for a ITC brand hotel i found very strange. they were not trained properly or were interns i guess. Overall the experience barring a few things was memorable. LOCATION, FOOD excellent. The service of the restaurant staff Piyush and others was professional and excellent. I have also mentioned the chef and staff in the reviews at the hotel as well.

It was a wonderful experience staying here. In the 3-day tour, we had booked for an Innova car from Chandigarh airport. Our driver Omi ji, who became our best friend made sure we had the best trip at Himachal. He understood our needs, gave us the best experience, made the trip very much fun, comfortable and exciting for us, also suggested some good local cuisines, non touristy, less crowded scenic viewpoints for some calm. He was very patient and clicked good pictures for us. On 1st day, we visited sadhupul ram ***dir, Kali tibba chail palace. Stayed at the Fortune select, forest hill, mahiya. Wonderful experience staying here, excellent services, great views from balcony luxurious room. 2nd day we visited Mohan shakti heritage park, jatoli temple ashia highest Shiva temple, 3rd day kasauli mall road, heritage market, church and then drop at Chandigarh airport.
