Hotel hat eine sehr gute zentrale Lage. Es liegt nur ein Katzensprung von der nächsten Metro-Station entfernt. Die Metro bringt Dich in nur 20 Min. vom und zum Flughafen für lediglich ca. 80 Cent …. Hotspots sind fußläufig oder per ÖPNV erreichbar.

In der Nähe gibt es eine U-Bahn-Station, eine Busbahnhof-Station, eine Bahnhof-Station, einen bequemen Verkehr, die Hauptsitzbeamten sind enthusiastisch, bezahlt 20Lv Kleine Gebühren, bevor sie gehen!

Was sich hier ab gespielt hat ist nicht zu glauben. Ich dachte ich bin im falschen Film. Aufgrund des Lärm der Klimanlage, welche auch ausgeschalten schlaflose Nächte und bei genereller Anwesenheit nicht auszuhalten ist, wollte ich das Zimmer wechseln. Achtung es geht los, man gab mir ein anderes Zimmer und half mit mir meinen Sachen und bevor wir gingen fragte ich dem Pagen, ob das Problem da auch bestünde, nein. Also zogen wir um. Ich habe eine sehr starke Erkältung und es strengte mich generell alle sehr an! Im Zimmer angekommen gleiches Problem. Wieder neues Zimmer. Gleiches Problems. Einer von Rezeption kam und zeigte weitere Zimmer aber da fehlte dann Der Schreibtisch und dafür kein Lärm. 7 Zimmer Später war ich ich in einem neuen Zimmer mit gleichen Problem. Ich fragte, ob sie mich verarschen wollen, warum ich dann erst umgezogen bin? Keine Antwort. Sorry! 2,5h Stunden später erbarmte sich dann der Manager mit ein Zimmer direkt neben meinen Alten zu geben. Der Lärm war weg aber die Temperatur auf 23 grad fixiert und diese ändern zu können. Alles gute an meine Erkältung. Ich checkte aufgrund dieser Vorkommnisse und dem generellen Verhalten des Management und Rezeptionisten 3 Tage vorher aus. So etwas ist mir ein Leben lang noch nicht vorgekommen. Asozial sogar! Ich hatte ca 200 plus x 5 Sterne Aufenthalte bis dato, dies als Nebeninfo! Selbstverständlich wollte man mir keinen Cent rückerstatten aufgrund non-refundable Rate. Das sind sie zu 99% wenn man bereits eingecheckt hat und freiwillig abreist!!!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, neben der U-Bahn ist die Einrichtung sehr modern Abends gibt es viele Bars und der japanische Garten ist sehr geschmackvoll Der Preis ist auch in Sofia sehr sparsam

Hotel is indeed located in the very centre of the city, 3 minutes away from metro station. Rooms are spacious and clean. Mine was also quiet. Breakfast buffet is surprisingly poor, I enjoyed more the dinner eaten in the restaurant at the top. It offers beautiful view to the mountains and the city. It is small though. Staff is OK. I was surprised by some aspects: soap dispenser was placed far away from the sink, so it actually required a small walk; out of 3 light control panels only one worked, so there was no way to turn off the lights when in bed; info next to the mini bar (nicely stocked) said that each guest has the right to one coffee and tea capsule (I think tea bag was meant for tea). Never experienced it in hotels of this level. There was no iron board and iron in the room. Both were brought really quickly though after calling the reception.

The hotel is clean, the location is VERY comfortable. ... NEARLY FROM THE CENTRE, METRO, AUTO, and ROAD VOGZALS. BREAKFAST TREATIES FOR SOFIA PRICES... And NOTHING special... Friends personal. The TOOL changes every day and sheds 2 bottles of water. There is a teapot in the rooms, the iron is provided for request.

Das Hotelzimmer ist warm und komfortabel, der Service ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist ca. 1.5 Kilometer von Sofia entfernt. Das Parken ist nicht sehr bequem, das Frühstück ist gut. Das Zimmer ist sauber und hygienisch, nächstes Mal gehen Sie und wohnen Sie noch hier.

Als wir ankamen, um im Hotel zu parken, sollten wir wissen, wo wir parken und wohin wir gehen sollten. Dies machte die ersten 15 Minuten unerträglich. Uns wurde bei vielen Gelegenheiten gesagt, nicht hier. Bitte geben Sie in Zukunft positive Anweisungen. Das Hotel selbst war nach dem schlechten Anfang ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit einem guten Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Obwohl meine Frau das Bett und die Kissen als unbequem empfand, tat ich es nicht. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl und der Essbereich war geräumig. BITTE BITTE BITTE bringt jemand dem Koch bei, ein Ei zu braten. Egal, ob Sie es vorziehen, ob es sich um leichtes, umgedrehtes oder hartes Eigelb handelt, alle Eier hatten einen fantastisch verbrannten Plastikrock. TIPP Verwenden Sie die richtige Ölsorte, drehen Sie die Hitze nicht so hoch, lassen Sie das Öl warm werden, bevor das Ei hineingeht, und verwenden Sie keine eiskalten Eier. Das Hotel organisierte Taxis für uns und diese waren ausgezeichnet.

Our recent stay at Crowne Plaza Sofia was brilliant, thrilled to have stayed at this very impressive state-of-the-art, upscale hotel. Arriving into a stunning, airy, and free-flowing reception. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and spoke excellent English. Checked in by the shift leader he was extremely efficient, informative and professional. Allocated a King premium Lake view room, which was stylish, spacious, clean, well designed, and great to have an openable window. Received a box of Lindt chocolates and some Bulgarian natural honey as a welcome gift this was a charming gesture. Enjoyed a blissful nights sleep such a comfy bed with premium linen. A long work desk with chair, perfect lighting, mirrors and power outlets, also a very comfortable and relaxing chaise lounge. Opulent bathroom with separate bathtub and walk-in rainfall shower, cool and modern tilling, fabulous huge bathroom heated mirror with LED light, super soft towels and premium Apotheke Canvas toiletries. Plentiful room amenities, espresso machine and kettle, good minibar, complimentary mineral and sparkling water, plush bathrobes and slippers and an iron with ironing board. Exceptional spa facilities, lovely large indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, quality hot tub, but shame it was broken during our stay. Plenty of pool side loungers making a perfect spot to unwind in. The changing rooms were immaculately clean, well organised and contained more Apotheke toiletries. A disappointment was the club lounge, in terms of location it is isolated, and uninviting. Did not like visiting the club room, especially as I had to gate crash a wedding to gain access!! A windowless room although aesthetically pleasing certainly not a relaxing idyllic retreat, a bit claustrophobic. Our experience of the club lounge was unsatisfactory, as a discerning traveller I feel the location is wrong and felt a total a detachment from the hotels excellent atmosphere. Hoping this can be improved for a more enjoyable experience, I noticed the hotel has many flexible work spaces which would superbly host a club lounge, currently positioned along a corridor passing by meeting / conference / and ball rooms. I thought the offerings in the lounge were inadequate compared with other Crowne Plazas, throughout the day soft drinks, tea and coffee, and well presented fruit was available, but a some crisps and homemade biscuits would have of been nice. Poor drinks and canapés in the evening but nice light breakfast in the morning, pretty average facility not worth the extra. Excellent breakfast served in A PRIORI restaurant it offered a wide selection of food, really nice, fresh and tasty. Sleek stylish water dispenser with sparkling and still options, tasty coffee, divine croissants and the omelettes are amazing. Staff are fabulous could not be more helpful and friendly.
