地點很好，但是前台有一個金色頭髮的女人，他的服務態度不太好，沒有笑容，很冷漠，我希望老闆可以注意一下 老闆服務態度很好，很親切

무엇보다도 위치가 매우좋음... 방도 넓고 좋았습니다. 프론트 서비스..방의 청결도도 좋음. 전체적으로 괜찮았음.

Ja was für eine Überraschung ein kleines aber so feines Hotel mitten im Zentrum das Zimmer war groß und hat alles was man sucht und braucht sauber . Wifi, eine echte Dusche !! Bade Artikel wie Shampoo gel etc Flachbildfernseher Das Frühstück auch sehr ok aber - top die Rezeption !!!! So freundlich so hilfreich und aufmerksam - das habe ich bisher auch nicht nicht gesehen. Da brauche ich kein 5 Sterne Haus wenn ich hier übernachten kann

What I appreciated most about the Arte Hotel was its super-helpful front desk staff. They all spoke fluent English; their restaurant recommendations were spot-on. They provided great recommendations on options to get to the National History Museum, which is an out-of-the-way attraction that is also a must-see, and helped to make sure I had a ride back to the hotel. Miro, the friendly owner of the hotel (?), helped arranged for my transportation between the Sofia airport and the hotel. He reached out to me before I left for Bulgaria to verify my flight number and connected me with the driver. The hotel itself is located in the center of the city, well within walking distance to the major museums, the St Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the St Sofia Church, at least 3 grocery stores, at least 3 banks and their ATMs, and some of the best restaurants in town. The rooms are quiet, clean, and all have a fridge. The breakfast included a lot of choices. The common areas are decorated with works of Bulgarian artists. I enjoyed my stay and high recommend it!

This is a no frills hotel that is a perfect place to stay while in Sofia. The location is close to many of the notable sites in central Sofia, all within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we want to give a special shout out to Milo who went out of his way to help us.

I think this has been my favorite ever hotel. It was central to everything, I could get lost in the bath and I was able to navigate Sofia. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is a lovely airy environment. The breakfast was tasty and had lots of choice. My husband enjoyed cooked eggs and bacon, cheese and meat and I enjoyed the cereals, fresh fruits, yogurts and pastries. BUT by far the *best* part of Arte Hotel is the staff. Miroslav, is such a great guy. He told us how to get to places, recommended the BEST places to eat at, he was friendly and so helpful. He even thought to warn us about the distance between the terminals. After check out we were able to leave our luggage, use the facilities and have another coffee before leaving. Blagodaria!

This hotel was practically next door to the Serdica ancient Roman complex, so as soon as we had checked in, we went out and roamed among the ruins for awhile. But it's actually a perfect location for all your exploration, walking tours, historic sites, etc. The breakfasts were served in the little restaurant on the 1st floor, and it included lots of options. The staff were helpful and friendly, including giving me directions to a laundry, holding our luggage for awhile on our leaving day, and other courtesies. We recommend this hotel, and would stay there again if we ever go to Sofia again.

A very nice hotel and right in the center of Sofia. All sights are in walking distance. A large number of restaurants are nearby. They staff is very helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean. I can recomment this hotel for you Sofia trip very much.

Ottimo hotel al centro di Sofia a pochi passi fermata metro che porta in aeroporto. Camera come descritta calda accogliente e spaziosa ,colazione accettabile. Il personale alla reception gentile e cordiale ha cercato di soddisfare le richieste e le informazioni fornite sono state utili e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno gradevole ,apprezzata la tranquillità della zona la pulizia e la cortesia grazie a tutti lo consiglio vivamente!!!!Sofia da scoprire e apprezzare.

Muy buena ubicación, próximo a la parada de metro que lleva al aeropuerto,se puede ir andando a los principales lugares de interés.Amabilidad del personal de recepción.Buena relación calidad precio.Lo único negativo fue el olor a tabaco en la habitación.

Location strategica, vicina a tutto, a cominciare dalla fermata della metro Serdika che dista 3 minuti a piedi e collega direttamente all'aeroporto. Zona centralissima, vicina alle strade della movida, e al contempo riservata e silenziosa. Accanto al Palazzo presidenziale (il nostro Quirinale), al parlamento, al palazzo reale, al museo Archeologico ... e potrei continuare per le tante mete . Personale gentilissimo che risolve in un attimo qualsiasi problema. Ci tornerò!
