Overall Great service. front desk helped us arrange taxi to airport. Room look new and spacious.

Good hotel in the area. Room was nice and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was disappointing. Pizza was horrible with a ketchup base. Burger was unfortunately available, only for one person whilst 6 of us wanted to order. Probably should have ventured outside for the meal.

Location is not bad, probably 20 mins away from baoan airport. Overall service is good, room is clean and neat.

My stay here was very pleasant. The room had everything I needed, including ample USB ports for charging as well as wireless charging for compatible phones. The decor is modern, clean and stylish with photographs of Shenzhen on the walls which is a nice touch. I used room service twice and the food was very high quality, well prepared and we'll presented. The menu caters for both Asian and western tastes. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I'd stay again.

If you need to stay in Boa'an area, this hotel is a good choice.

Decent hotel with nice staff. Located near a big mall and surrounded by shops and restaurants.

Great stay at the weekend. Very clean room with their signatory pillows, quilt and mattress 👍🏻👍🏻Very friendly and helpful hospitality. The only thing was that the restaurant The Mesh did not offer buffet dinner at the weekend of our stay! But we will definitely go again and try it.

Bellota and klein are so nice,that I love here so much.

酒店地理位置非常好，交通真的方便，去哪兒基本打車就十幾二十分鐘，房間在深圳這個位置真的很不錯了，符合喜來登標準，精緻衞生。 前台的Gwen 很熱情！上夜班結束，人很累還提供各種幫助，非常熱情，給她點贊hh，下次來還住這裏。

網上搜到這家店，就預訂了，到店後前台Tina接待了，過程中服務好評，耐心的回覆解決問題，非常好的安排房間，酒店整體乾淨衞生，早餐也非常可口，強烈推薦。🛏️

房間的枕頭是臟的，房間都是毛絮飄着，即使把被子換了也沒用，衹要一抖被子就都是毛絮，我這個鼻炎患者真的受不了，住了一個晚上就跑了，還有面霜落在酒店衞生間也沒有工作人員主動聯繫我
